Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Sehr süßes Café um die Ecke, wo es Frühstück gab. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade, die DreibettZimmer in der 1. Etage haben ein steiles Doppelbett , die Im Erdgeschoss sehen aus wie einem top Hotel! Schneller Weg zum Jetti, Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026For a one night stopover the room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The triple would be perfect for two single people sharing. The breakfast included at the local cafe was fantastic.
We booked two rooms but on arrival we were advised that they were in separate locations. We were single ladies and did not feel comfortable leaving one of us to walk the street at night alone so shared the same room. Just ensure your rooms are in the same location when booking.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Breakfast is served at a venue very close to Casa Casa. Guests are required to choose their breakfast options the evening before. The portions are not particularly generous, but overall the food is good. The property is located very close to all the main diving centers and is also quite centrally located.
Daily room cleaning is not included, which, in my opinion, would be a valuable addition and would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Habitacion super espaciosa y comoda. Viene bien teniendo en cuenta que una vez se vuelve las excursiones no hay nada que hacer en el pueblo. Refill de agua disponible en la entrada. Buena ubicacion.
La cama durisima, me levantaba con dolor de espalda. 4 noches y no pasaron a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas ni un dia. Tuvimos que acortar nuestra estancia una noche. Avisamos con bastante antelacion y pedimos reembolso de la ultima noche pero no nos decian nada. 3 dias despues tras reclamar por booking una vez mas, nos confirmaron que no nos reembolsaban nada.

La camera senza finestra e non era scritto da nessuna parte, GRAVISSIMO. Il lavandino aveva il fondo piatto non aveva una vasca e non riuscivi a lavare neanche le mani. La doccia aveva l'acqua che scendeva piano e senza delimitazione, si bagnava tutto il bagno. Semporna, inoltre, è bruttissima, sporchissima e puzza di fogna ovunque. Pessima esperienza.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Highly recommend Casa Casa! It’s in a good central spot and you can book boat trips through the reception, which includes hotel pick up. The room was a good size and was very clean. The second floor does get very hot without the air con on but, after 15/20 mins of the aircon being on it becomes comfortable. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good. Shampoo and body wash was included which was appreciated. We would stay here again!
The walls are quite thin between the rooms so we could hear our neighbours on one side. The entire bathroom floor also gets really wet from a shower so a floor mat would be great, placed just outside the bathroom.

The location of the room is just so-so. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the pier and over twenty minutes to reach Cape 1 of Longmen Inn. The room environment usually only provides us with a glass cup. There are mosquitoes in the room, so we have to buy mosquito coils ourselves. It's also very noisy outside when we sleep at night. The room service is just so-so. We stayed for three days, but no one came to clean for us. When we were checking out, we wanted him to delay our check-out by two hours and he directly deducted all of our deposit.

There’s a really nice café with a great atmosphere with high-quality, where they also serve breakfast. It’s the perfect base in Semporna, even if you plan to spend a few nights elsewhere in between.
They wouldn't budge an inch when we couldn't eat one of our included daily breakfasts—we couldn't even trade it for a free afternoon coffee. Aside from breakfast, you probably won't want to order anything else at the café because it's ridiculously expensive.

Erg veel straatlawaai ‘s nachts. Je hoort continu verkeer alsof je raam open staat.

因为是楼梯房，女生住宿有点费劲抬行李，这方面可以加强一点服务，还有就是吵闹的隔音，我们住了3天，没有主动提供清洁服务和用品，都是需要自己去找前台，包括早餐也是需要和前台提前取早餐券

The WiFi in the room wasn’t working. The shower didn’t have a separation from the toilet or sink and everything was getting wet when showering. The location wasn’t great, the city itself is not pretty, but the queen rooms are in another building in a back alley. We didn’t feel unsafe, but the alley was dirty and full of straight dogs and rubbish. Iced coffee was not included in the breakfast.

Vista la posizione centrale e di fronte ad un mercato a volte c'è un po' di rumore ma niente di grave, la mia camera aveva anche un balconcino che abbiamo usato per stendere la biancheria lavata. Tutto sommato ritengo che esiste un buon rapporto qualità prezzo (120 RM a notte) , è una buona soluzione per soggiornare qualche giorno.

Staff is friendly and super helpful, always available. Kitchen and fridge downstairs for all to use. They offer boat trips with pick up and drop off from the accomodation which was very convenient for us as a family. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Thanks for all team

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Very friendly staff, really clean room with new interiors. Loved that the breakfast was served at a cafe nearby (walking distance) because the ambience there was so cute, and the food was good. Quiet place with nothing much happening.
So, the property is in a shop-lot, amongst other run down stores. Semporna town is ridden with many beggars so they will line the exteriors as you walk in. Do NOT stay in rooms 1/2 (ground floor) as there is a strong drain stench that comes through the toilet. There are no windows in the room. No mini-fridge either.
