Reviewed Sep 17, 2026In ruhiger Lage, sorgt für ruhige Nächte. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr behilflich bei allen Fragen zum Aufenthalt, dem Ort u.v.m. sogar Busverbindung wird gesucht. Alles bestens. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The building itself is the highlight, a vintage mansion with carpet runners and fresh flowers throughout. Rooms have wooden furniture, and the bathroom door is solid, good quality and quiet. The balcony is spacious and there's a drying rack, useful for laundry. The whole place is very clean.
There's no fridge in the room, though if you ask, the owner will let you use hers, which works but isn't especially convenient. The charging outlets by the bed are placed awkwardly. We got back around 9 pm and found there's no lighting in the corridors at all and no windows there either, good thing we had a flashlight, otherwise we'd have hit a chandelier hanging at about 170 cm from the floor in the hallway. If you're visiting the town for leisure this is a good choice, but for a Camino stop it's average: nowhere to cook, nowhere to store food, and no shop nearby, the closest one is about a 20-minute walk. Check-in is strictly after 3 pm.

Einziges Manko für mich war die Lage (aber das hätte man auch beim buchen merken können). Relativ weit weg vom Zentrum und dem camino.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Isabel fue muy amable, nos dio dos aguas cuando llegamos, nos explicó el lugar y nos dio un mapa. La habitación tenía balcón. Todo estaba limpio. Podías ir caminando al centro de Ponte de Lima.
Los desagües del baño daban olor, consejo poner tapón en el lavabo y mantener la puerta del baño cerrada.

Isabella was so helpful and the room has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable . This guest house is conveniently located up downtown and a nice place after a long day on the Camino.
Comfort above all, great bed, large bathroom and nice shower.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026he owner was very friendly and gave us tips about the city and its restaurants. In addition, it was possible to wash our clothes for a small fee, which is very useful if you’re on the Camino, as we were. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
The only caveat (not really a negative) is that the accommodation is a bit outside the center and up the hill. After we had already walked 30 km that day, it was a bit of a stretch.

I didn't have anything that I didn't like during this stay. Everything wenth smoothly and I had a great time.

She was waiting for me when I arrived, super responsive, offered laundry service for 5 euros which was done immediately. She told me about kayaking on the Lima, which I then paid to do. It was lovely!
It’s a bit of a walk from the river but not bad at all!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026A dona da casa Isabel é um amor de pessoa, muito atenciosa. Casa linda com uma vista muito bonita da cidade. Fica em um bairro bem tranquilo, cama maravilhosa com roupas de cama gostosas e cheirosas. O banheiro é novinho e o chuveiro uma delicia.
A localização é um pouquinho longe para quem está fazendo o caminho Português, você chega na cidade e ainda tem que subir uma ladeira, para quem já está cansado e com mochila complica um pouco.

Чистый современный санузел. Размещение возле вокзала, что в нашем случае было вдвойне удобнее, так как мы переезжали с прибрежного на центральный путь.

Vi är enormt tacksamma för det! Vi fick också många bra tips om vad vi kunde göra i Ponto de Lima. Vi är supernöjda och vill komma tillbaka hit.

It was not in downtown but 4-5 blocks away in a quiet neighborhood. But very convenient from the bus station - 3 blocks away. For me that was just fine.
