Really clean apartment, excellent location for most of the city sights. Quiet yet on a square where there were lots of bars & restaurants. Although we didn't actually meet the host her tips were helpful & instructions clear.

Shower power not great but manageable. Had to Google how to work the air-conditioning as I couldnt see any instructions. However, soon sorted that.

Excellent base for exploring Porto. The local area is fabulous

Como nome ja diz Residence, possui cozinha sem fogao ou microndas, o que torna a cozinha inutil. Nao serve para um casal que fazer o cafe da manha no apt ou ate esquentar uma comida comprada fora. Outro fato curioso nao tinha papel higienico extra, para uma acomodacao desse tipo. Precisamos buscar um supermercado para comprar.

Das Apartment war gemütlich, zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Es befindet sich sehr zentral in Porto, wir konnten alles, was wir sehen wollten, zu Fuß erreichen.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig niedrig.

Spacious apartment, clean,, comfortable, unit facing the back was very quiet with nice views, nice to have kitchen, huge closet area for luggage, liked having a bidet in the bathroom, enjoyed the exercise climbing the stairs to top floor every day! Host responsive - we almost ran out of toilet paper day 1 and she got some to us next day!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Its location was perfect — close to the main streets and very convenient for exploring the city. The host was lovely and gave us lots of great recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10 — highly recommended!

La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a las zonas que visitar en Oporto.

Cocina inexistente, un espacio pequeño con una mininevera sin microondas aunque sea para calentar algo y sin una mesa donde comer. El parking de la plaza carísimo, 35 euros 48h, pero asegúrate de llegar a las 48h porque si te quedas corto te tarifican 24h y después por horas, la broma me ha salido 54 euros por estar 24h y 21h del día siguiente.

Ubicacion excelente, muy centrico y con un parking en frente. La distribución es un poco extraña, pero es muy comoda. No se escucha barullo de la calle.

Muy buena ubicación y atención por parte de la anfitriona, a 500 metros de la mayoría de monumentos cómo el ayuntamiento,, el mercado, la catedral o el puente Son Luis, con supermercado y restaurantes al lado y un parking privado con precios para estancias de varios días, cómo por ejemplo 3 días 50€. El estudio está bien iluminado, el nuestro daba al interior y estaba muy tranquilo por las noches.

Poco menaje, algunos platos y vasos más no van mal, también falta una cafetera tipo Nespresso para tomarte un café antes de salir, una mesa un poco más grande por si quieres cenar o comer algún día en el estudio, tampoco iría mal una escoba y una fregona porque estando varios días no va mal repasar.

Great location in the middle of the action - surrounded by bars and restaurants. We booked this for one night upon our return trip from the Douro (having already stayed in Porto for 4 nights previous to that) so we just wanted something convenient for eating and getting to the airport. The soundproofing of the windows was amazing, we couldn't hear any noise from the street and had a really good night's sleep. Massive bathroom.

The fridge didn't seem to work and the room certainly didn't look like the pictures.. It felt quite basic. But it was fine for our needs.

Lovely nice clean room in the heart of the action with lots of restaurants to choose from and with very good sound proofing windows

There was no instructions prior to our arrival on which car parking garage the accomodation had a deal with so we knew where to park the car. There is no street parking available because of all the restaurants. When we rang when we arrived, we were still not told which car garage to park in, so we parked in the garage directly opposite Turra Residence as we thought it would be that one. Unfortunately it was not and it ended costing us over 40 euro in parking for the 2 nights. If you are bringing a car- you need to find out which one has the deal with them

Turra residence was very central to all the attractions, comfortable and clean and even had a small kitchen.

We booked three rooms and there were a couple of things (kettle) not working or missing.

Located at an amazing neighbourhood in Porto, this was really a lovely place to stay at! The room was huge and well distributed, it offered plenty of space for relaxation and suitcases. I arrived very late, but they offered late check-in without any problems. The staff was easily reachable through the messaging platform offered by Booking. This is located close to many restaurants and cafés, so even if they don't offer breakfast, you'll find something good nearby. We stayed there during the most festive night of the year, São João, and we were impressed to find out how well insulated the room is, there were plenty of parties going around and the noise didn't bother us at all.

très bon accueil de Johanna, l'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé pour un séjour long, les casiers à bagages très appréciables, la climatisation est pratique et efficace, et permet de profiter du calme fenêtres fermées. Et l'emplacement est à 500m de la station de métro Balhao avec ligne directe pour l'aéroport

il a bouilloire et cafetière... mais pas de café et la boite à tisanes/thés est vide... dommage quand on est juste de passage, mais cela reste anecdotique

We had an excellent stay at the Turra Residence! The location was absolutely ideal, right in the city centre and close walking distance to any Porto attractions we hoped to see. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that despite being in a lively area, the accommodations were nice and quiet. The host responded to us very quickly if we needed anything.

Gute Lage, ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Duoro. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr geräumig, durch die Steinmauern tolles Ambiente.

Bett etwas weich und schmal.

Un ottima camera spaziosa con zona colazione/spuntini, tavolinetto e due sedie, il tutto arredato con gusto. Bagno molto grande. Ottimo il sistema di check-in in autonomia con indicazioni precise e chiare date da Joana. Arrivando in auto, per scaricare i bagagli, bisogna fermarsi una decina di metri piu avanti dove la strada è un pochino più larga. Ottimo e conveniente anche il parcheggio convenzionato a 10€/24h. Si fa un giro un po po piu lungo per parcheggiare ma poi solo 300 metri a piedi per la camera. Vista sulla piazza piacevole. La titolare Joanna e stata disponibile e gentilissima. Da consigliare.

Location is excellent,shops,restaurants and a very good ice cream shop , nearby. I had a quiet ,clean and spacious room, in fact a studio with a small kitchenette where you can find among others à small fridge,electric kettle etc.The host is very communicative and helpful. A very pleasant stay!

Geruch Stiegenhaus, Geruch im Zimmer (etwas modrig-feucht), Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen.

El apartamento es muy amplio, nuevo y muy cómodo. Su ubicación es lo mejor pues está cerca de todo en Oporto. Estuve muy cómoda y me gustó mucho el espacio. Puntos extra por el aire acondicionado pues había una ola de calor muy fuerte. La persona que me recibió fue muy amable y atenta.

Yo reservé el espacio con la claridad de que tendría que subir tres pisos sin ascensor. Si bien para mí no representó un mayor problema, pues estaba viajando con poco equipaje, puede ser un poco cansado y hace que el lugar no sea apto para personas con problemas de movilidad o que viajen con maletas grandes, pues tendrían que subirlas y bajarlas.

Location was 10/10. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hostess was easy to reach and replied back quickly.

Bathroom was very small for 2 women. The shower had very low water pressure, no full-length mirror and not enough counter space to put toiletries, makeup and stuff. No elevator so if anyone has physical mobility issues, be mindful of that.

Everything went well

Ho dovuto annullare il viaggio a causa di un intervento chirurgico imprevisto. Ho chiesto alla struttura la cancellazione gratuita offrendomi di esibire il certificato di ricovero, ma non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Un po' di umanità non guasterebbe, visto che avevo avvisato in tempo per poter ricollocare la prenotazione.

El apartamento cuenta con una habitación y un baño muy amplios. Dispone de algún útil básico de vajilla (copas, vasos, cubiertos, platos) aunque no tiene cocina. También hervidor de agua y frigorífico. Esta es una ubicación excepcional. La plaza está llena de restauración y alternativas para comer. La cama es muy cómoda y las ventanas aíslan bien el ruido. El check in y el check out rápidos y sin problema.

Nos gustó mucho y lo aconsejaremos a nuestras amistades. Por destacar algo: indicar el ruido del motor del frigorífico que se conectaba automáticamente cada 20 minutos aprox. Si no vais a usar el frigo no encenderlo. Yo recomendaría al anfitrión que lo trasladasen a la zona del recibidor para evitar el ruido a la hora de dormir. Además como el cable adaptador iba por fuera no se podía cerrar la puerta del armario donde estaba. Por otra parte, el metro está cerca pero no en la puerta del apartamento, hay que andar unos 7 minutos. Lo comento para tenerlo en cuenta en caso de que se lleven maletas grandes.

It was beautifully designed and decorated and very comfortable.

Für uns sehr gute Lage. Mit dem Bus 207 vom Bahnhof bis zur Haltestelle "Duque Loulé" und dort in 2 Minuten zur Unterkunft. Sehr gute und rasche Instruktion für die Übergabe der Unterkunft. Rund herum Restaurants (sehr feine Sandwiches im "Casa Guedes", Frühstück im nahen Cafe "Molete") und Lebensmittelmittelgeschäfte vorhanden, aber wir hatten das Zimmer nach hinten und so gar nichts vom Lärm mitgekommen. Genial. Von dort aus schnell zu Fuss oder mit öV zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

There is no elevator in the building, making it inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The Wi-Fi did not work during our two-night stay.

No tiene ascensor y el la descripción no lo indican, sería de agradecer por la problemática que ocasiona llegar cargados con maletas. Además dice que tienen vistas a un jardín trasero, pero no hay tal jardín, es un patio de luces entre edificios, el cual también tiene chimeneas de restaurantes por lo que tener las ventanas abiertas no era agradable por los olores. Simplemente agradecería la especificación de no tener ascensor y no engañar con las vistas. Por lo demás es un sitio muy céntrico pero a la vez muy tranquilo.

No tener ascensor en una tercera planta, los olores del patio de luces y que en la descripción se dice que da a un jardín trasero y no es tal, sino un patio de luces.

Turra residence is very central, close to supermarkets and very good places to eat. The rooms are spacious, with a mini kitchen allowing you to feel at home. Very clean, with staff extremely helpful and flexible. Highly recommend. Stayed here numerous times.

ポルトの中心部に近く徒歩で観光スポットに回れる良さ。部屋は日本で言う2階を予約したので、荷物の上げ下げに特に問題なかった。シャワーの出もまぁまぁ良かったし、部屋も広くゆったり出来た。お水も置いてある。ポルトのバスターミナルから207か400のバスに乗って、７分、降りて２分ぐらいの場所にあるから便利。部屋に入るには暗証番号が必要で、それが送られてこない時は連絡した方が良い。ただし、隣のレストランのスタッフも助けてくれるから問題はない。

暗証番号の連絡の行き違い以外、特にない。
