Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Excellent Kruger Layover We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect if you’re planning a drive into Kruger National Park via the Malelane Gate. It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood while remaining very close to local amenities. The units were spotlessly clean, and our host welcomed us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. While the bed was a bit too firm for my personal preference, the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again as a layover on our next Kruger trip!

Reviewed Apr 8, 2024Sehr schön eingerichtetes und modernes Zimmer. Das Gästehause liegt am Rand des Kruger Nationalpark. Die Betreiberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerschlüssel liegen bei der Ankunft in einem kleinen Außentresor bereit. Der Öffnungscode zu diesem Tresor ist telefonisch zu erfragen.

Honestly, the room is very smelly and very noisy. The common areas are not kept well either. Because of these reasons we decided we didn’t want to return for our reservation a couple of days later - we asked to cancel but they wouldn’t refund us. I would not recommend.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2023Very clean, peaceful, and safe. The room we were allocated was big enough for our family. The area is extremely hot, and the good thing is that the room has a functional aircon.
There was an issue with the TV stations, and that wasn't necessarily the owners fault. But it is the type of tv channel package.

No one to receive us, took a time to get a hold of the host. I only realised when we got there that we have to share a bathroom. That should be part of the name of the room in the advertisement. No refund. The bathroom was not clean. I could not use the bath, it was dirty, the shower had tuffs of hair in. The room is very small not 25 squares advertised, more 12 - 16 squares. No Netflix as advertised.We did not have a view of the courtyard, but of the street, the cars were parked in front of our window. Parking is in the street, no security.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2023I appreciated not being affected by load shedding and being able to keep my infant warm with the air conditioning when there was electricity. Also, being able to binge on Netflix because we never have such time, although we ended up passing out to a wonderful sleep on the comfortable bed.
It was a one night stay so didn't pick up on the negatives.
