Staff really friendly & helpful. Accommodated our (very) late arrival and waited up for us. A bit confusing to find, but the video they send before arrival made finding the riad so easy. Clean property, comfortable bed, great AC, good breakfast in the morning on the rooftop.

Très bon emplacement au cœur de la médina, idéal pour découvrir Chefchaouen à pied. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le lit était également confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et permet de bien commencer la journée. Belle terrasse.

Attention au stationnement, qui est payant dans le secteur. Le parking le plus proche se trouve, sauf erreur, au niveau de l’hôtel Parador. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux mais manque un peu d’originalité pour une ville comme Chefchaouen. Nous aurions apprécié davantage de spécialités locales, comme la bissara par exemple. Le thé, quant à lui, est préparé uniquement sur demande. Un point important : il faudrait vraiment éviter de servir de la confiture à l’extérieur, car les abeilles étaient très nombreuses et nous n’avons pas pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner tranquillement. À notre arrivée, il manquait également du gel douche et du shampoing. Enfin, ce dernier point n’est pas directement lié au riad : certaines personnes claquaient fortement leurs portes le matin. Comme dans beaucoup de riads tout s’entend facilement, un peu plus de respect et d’attention envers les autres voyageurs serait appréciable.

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fueron las escaleras, pero aparte de eso, todo estuvo muy bien. ¡Una estancia muy agradable y recomendable

Boa localização. Embora seja no interior da Medina, é bastante calmo durante o período de descanso. tem dois terraços com vista para a montanha. Flexibilidade no horário do check-in. Comunicam em inglês.

O quarto aparentemente novo pelas gotos, estava, na verdade, muito gasto e velho. É bastante pequeno, não cabe duas malas de rodas abertas. Cheiro intenso a xixi de gato. Acredito que seja a água que estavam a limpar os compartimentos. Casa de banho desconfortável. Não sei sempre água quente. Infelizmente tomei banho gelado. Toalhas cheias de nódoas… E tivemos de pagar taxa municipal de 15 dirhams por pessoa em dinheiro, informação que não constava no booking.

Nuestra estancia en el Riad ha sido perfecta. Todo el personal ha sido muy amable y atento desde el primer momento. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era amplia y además tenía aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece muchísimo en Chefchaouen. El Riad es precioso y tiene mucho encanto. El desayuno, preparado al momento y servido en la terraza, estaba buenísimo y fue una forma estupenda de empezar el día. Además, después del check-out nos guardaron las maletas durante varias horas, lo que nos permitió seguir visitando la ciudad sin tener que cargar con ellas. En definitiva, todo perfecto. ¡Sin duda repetiríamos! Muchisimas gracias.

Parmi le personnel C'était seulement un monsieur qui était à l'écoute et il était hyper gentil.

Mauvaise communication , pas de savon , pas de papier toilette , on m'a confirmé un lit bebe et on m'a donné un Cassé . J'ai réclamé plusieurs fois et ils l'ont réparé seulement la veille de mon départ. Même pendant la journée (les heures d'ouverture) pas de personnel à l'accueil et lorsqu'on appelle sans réponse

Roof views WiFi acceptable Close to market and restaurants Breakfast was fresh and nice but bees on the roof was distracting and spoiled it as they were all over the food and difficult to enjoy it with so many.

Needs repair and worn broken toilet seat tv not working bathroom poor standard and shower not good. No toiletries. I would say more a 3 star. Acceptable for one night only.

​Un séjour tout simplement magique dans cette magnifique maison d'hôte ! La vue panoramique depuis la terrasse sur les montagnes et la ville bleue est à couper le souffle. Entre le lit d'un confort absolu et le charme du lieu, tout était parfait pour se ressourcer.

Il faut prévoir un léger bruit le soir dans la petite ruelle et quelques petits réglages de température pour l'eau chaude. La beauté des lieux et la qualité de l'accueil font qu'on y reviendrait sans hésiter😊

La colazione era buona. Il check-in è stato fatto un’ora prima di quanto previsto.

Ho prenotato per una stanza e ho ricevuto tutt’altro. Il bagno era indecente: fatiscente e vecchio. Non ci è stato fornito neanche il kit bagno di accoglienza. La stanza, seppur apparentemente curata, puzzava di umido e bagnato. La colazione era veramente buona e abbandonante, ma non è possibile consumarla attorniata da almeno 10 api che si posano sul cibo. Personalmente, essendo una persona allergica, per quanto innocue, temevo in una loro puntura. La cosa peggiore di tutte, però, sono state le urla, gli schiamazzi e i continui vocii fino a tarda notte. Probabilmente io sarò una persona che va a dormire presto (siamo andati a letto alle 23:00) ma, dopo una giornata di viaggio, ritengo che l’ospite voglia silenzio e tranquillità.

Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La chambre est propre et bien équipée (réfrigérateur, télé,....). L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, un véritable branch.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de prking contrairement à ce qui est mentionné par Booking. Il faudra laisser la voiture dans un parking payant et marcher 5 a 10 mn pour arriver à l'hôtel.

Fica em cima de uma pequena loja. Barulho até 3h. Pessoas conversando, motos. Para quem tem dificuldade para dormir, como eu, um grande problema. Pedimos para consertarem a TV e ignoraram. Quarto muito pequeno.

Only one soap was provided, could have done better with that or a liquid shower gel would be nice. Also bidet wasnt there.

Colazione in compagnia di vespe (che non abbiamo consumato) e attenzione ai parcheggiatori: ci avevano scritto che ci avrebbero mandato qualcuno al parcheggio (da loro consigliato) per accompagnarci al Riad. All’arrivo li abbiamo contattati senza risposta e siamo stati in balia di due persone losche che si sono spacciate per lavoratori del Riad (in cambio di soldi).

nous avons eu 2 chambres . L'une récente avec une petite terrasse, agréable, l'autre plus ancienne et plus petite. Nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit et cela nous suffisait

il faisait froid la nuit et nous aurions eu besoin d'une couverture plutôt qu'un petit plaid en polaire. Nous avons dû dormir avec un pull. Il y avait une clim certainement réversible mais avons préféré dormir sans, à cause du bruit.

perfectly located not too faraway from the mais plazza outa hammam and also Rass elma right in front of one the oldest community ovens in town ... Great rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city.

Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, assisted us with our luggage, and often offered us tea. Everything worked perfectly, including the heating, TV, and bathroom. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. Riad Zaitouna Chaouen is a lovely traditional Riad and meet our expectations. Lovely view from the roof top and a good Moroccocan breakfast. Its clean and has a hair drier which is a rarity in Morocco.

Watch out when you arrive. We were meet by Riad personnel who took our bags the 6 min up hill walk which was great. But then we were forced to pay 25 Mad. Not much when you think about it, but it's the unexpected demand. The water system is solar, so be careful not to turn know a tap when someone is in the shower. Air conditioning in our traveller mates room didn't work very well.

Un joli cadre et un personnel particulièrement accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. Même si la vue panoramique est principalement limitée à la terrasse, la qualité du petit-déjeuner vient compenser ce point : un délice avec le thé aux herbes aromatiques, la galette, la harcha et la Bissara préparée à la demande. Un grand bravo à Hamza, Kamal et au chef cuisinier pour leur attention et leur savoir-faire.

​La Chambre : Un manque de soin technique avec une boîte à fusibles et des câbles apparents dans le placard (voir photos), une seule perche pour les vêtements, deux prises non fonctionnelles et une propreté du sol à revoir.

Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto era molto pulito, la colazione era buona con succo d’arancia fresco, e il personale è stato estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, persino nell’organizzare un tour gratuito della citta.

Anche se avevamo molti bagagli, il che ha reso le cose un po’ scomode, il soggiorno è stato complessivamente eccellente.

The only minor downside was managing multiple bags with the stairs, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.

Le logement n'etait pas réellement propre. Personnel peu accueillant. Nous avions la chambre au rez-de-chaussée, salon bruyant (par le personnel) jusqu'à 23h. Petit déjeuner très décevant, le jus d'orange industriel était inbuvable.

Une expérience exceptionnelle à tous points de vue ! L’hôtel est très propre et confortable, les chambres sont parfaitement équipées pour un séjour idéal. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’emplacement est excellent, proche de toutes les commodités et des lieux importants. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié. Franchement, un séjour au-delà de mes attentes, j’y reviendrai sans hésitation. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne recherchant confort et qualité.
