Wir hatten ein wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, die Lage ist in einem ruhigeren Bereich der Stadt und das Team ist sehr Gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Un établissement très joli, avec des personnes très gentilles, à l’écoute et très réactives s’il y a un petit problème. La cuisine est délicieuse, un vrai régal ! Des équipements de très bonne qualité + bon emplacement. J’y ai passé un très bon séjour :)

Frau Sabah war eine sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche und deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die uns viele gute Tipps für ein selbstständiges und interessantes Erkunden von Marrakesh gegeben hat. Ihr Riad liegt in der Medina, so dass alles gut fußläufig erreichbar ist, doch in einer ruhigen Ecke.Ihre gesamten Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Very quiet location in the Kasbah. Comfortable, clean, simple and welcoming. Lovely rooftop with views over Marrakech and the snowy Atlas in the background. Very good breakfast.

Siamo arrivati la sera durante una tempesta di grandine che ha provocato allagamenti nella città. Ad accoglierci un ragazzo gentile che ci ha accompagnato alla camera. Abbiamo notato che il piumone ed il lenzuolo erano bagnati in un punto vicino al muro per la presenza di infiltrazioni di acqua nella parete. Abbiamo segnalato il problema e subito ci è stata fornita un'altra stanza, oltretutto più grande. La doccia più piacevole del Marocco, con giusta pressione dell'acqua e temperatura facilmente regolabile. La colazione è molto buona. Una delle signore che ci ha servito la colazione ci ha fornito una cartina e ci ha consigliato i posti da vedere. Entrambe sono state molto disponibili e cordiali. La camera è stata sistemata e pulita. Struttura silenziosa alle porte della medina. Zona tranquilla anche la sera. Parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi a pagamento (10€ per due giorni).

Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach. Es ist nur zum Frühstück Personal ansprechbar. Leider ist sonst niemand da. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach und nicht gemütlich. Die ganze Unterkunft ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Der Weg zum Riad war voller Müll und Katzenurin. Es ist nicht einladend.

Le Riad est super ! Le personnel est si gentil et attentionné ! Tout était propre, jolie et agréable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riad Sabah, nous vous recommandons fortement cet établissement !

Le seul petit bémol, pas beaucoup d’eau chaude lors de nos douches mais ce n’était qu’un tout petit détail et puis une petite douche froide c’est bon pour le corps !

Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le petit-déjeuner fait maison est tout simplement exceptionnel : produits frais, variés et préparés avec soin. On sent l’attention portée aux détails. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Un peu excentré - sdb et toilettes pas complètement fermées (existence d’une porte mais dans un style osier rotin et fenêtres en hauteur non vitrées).

L'emplacement, la décoration de la chambre, sa taille, et la salle de bain qui est magnifique. La literie est également très confortable et le petit-déjeuner, servi dans le patio, est copieux.

C'est un riad, donc par définition le calme dépend des autres résidents. Il manque des rideaux dans les chambres pour éviter d'être réveillé par la lumière du soleil passant par les magnifiques verres ouvragés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Les repas étaient très bons, avec un petit-déjeuner copieux et de grande qualité. Nous avons également été très bien conseillés sur les activités à faire à proximité. Un établissement que nous recommandons fortement !

I booked for 7 days with free cancellation and date changes. We had to change the dates and 2 of the new days were not available. The owner didn't refund us the two nights we couldn't stay and made some excuse.

Położenie (w ciekawej zabytkowe dzielnicy, 15min taksówką z otniska, 10min spacerem na główny plac, blisko wielu zabytków). Czystość, codziennie sprzątany. Cisza. Fajny taras na dachu.

Lekki minus za skromne i monotonne śniadania. Łazienka z toaletą wydzielone od pokoju jedynie ażurowymi drzwiami, z otwartymi na pokój oknami, co nie gwarantuje pełnego komfortu.

I would recommend this Riad to anyone staying in Marrakech, great location a short walk to the medina. It had everything you needed, was very clean and had a lovely roof top. The breakfast was fantastic too. All of the staff made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely come back to Marrakech and will stay here again :)

Rooms can get cold in the winter as no heating system

Amazing place. Very comfortable and clean.. and extremely quiet. It's located in the Kasbah of Marrakech.. not far from the old Medina.. a walking distance. The Kasbah is notoriously more calm. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great beds and the bathroom nice and simple. A modern AC in the room. The Riad itself is surprisingly warm (we visited in winter time) and very pretty with cute simple decorations. Good breakfast.. and smiley attentive staff, you can have breakfast in the terrace. Super recommended for all types of visitors.

Our room was cold and air-condition doesn't work properly. Sabah changed our room, and the second room was much warmer.

Sabah war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt und auch die Abholung vom Flughafen mitten in der Nacht. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Super war auch, dass uns Sabah am Tag unserer frühen Abreise noch extra ein Frühstück gemacht hat.

We loved that this property was in a quiet neighborhood and close to a secure parking lot. The Riad was beautiful and the room we had was picturesque. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, and amazing breakfast.

De taxi kon niet bij de Riad komen waardoor we een paar straten verder werden afgezet, maar door een van de medewerkers werden opgehaald. De riad ligt verscholen maar achter de deur ligt een gastvrije traditionele plek. De gastvrouw is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De kamer was helemaal prima en de locatie is top. Net buiten het meest drukke gedeelte van de medina maar alles op loopafstand.

De badkamer was open naar de slaapkamer toe waardoor er weinig privacy te organiseren was.

Owner Sabah and her staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop patio was delightful with homemade breads and cakes. Close to the Medina.

Just the crazy traffic with the cars, motorcycles, and bikes, it's very chaotic, and you need to have your head on swivel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Amina and Leila.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist insgesamt geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nicht übertrieben. Schöne Dachterrasse und super ruhige und zentrale Lage.

Appena arrivi ti accolgono con il loro classico te marocchino alla menta. Buonissimo! Amica, la ragazza che parla inglese, è timidissima, ma davvero molto gentile e cordiale. La colazione ottima. Per un quasi vero caffè italiano è importante chidere il caffè espresso non speziato.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Riad Sabah. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und alle sind sehr aufmerksam. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und die Lage war für uns genau richtig. Wir kommen beim nächsten Marrakesch-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder.

Es ist sehr sehr hellhörig dort. In den Zimmern kann man jedes Wort was im Hof gesprochen wird, hören. Wenn nachts Gäste ankommen, ist es extrem laut.

Buen lugar para alojarse en Marrakech. Cerca del centro y con buen servicio. El desayuno vale mucho la pena, se puede tomar en la azotea.

Le personnel est très sympathique et prend bien soin de vous. Le Riad est typique et propose une expérience de la vie à la Kasbah. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur une magnifique terrasse. La situation est géniale.

The staff were very caring, especially Sabah who arranged a great breakfast for us every morning as well as taxis. The riad is beautiful and well-decorated; especially the terrace with a view of the city.

The shower was a little cold sometimes.

First night in Marrakech, together with my friends. Perfect place, nice owner who welcomed us with delicious Moroccan tea and biscuits and also told us the most important things to know. Sitting on the terrace, good sleep and great breakfast. Thank you :)

Beautiful little oasis in the middle of busy Marrakech. The facilites are beautiful, the rooms and common spaces very clean, and the entire place has a beautiful sense of design and care. The staff is amazing! Preparing delicious breakfast every morning and helping us with anything we needed - from directions to washing clothes. Highly recommend this place!

Not so big windows in the room which made it a bit stuffy. Breakfast was a bit smaller compared to other Riads in Morocco.

It got quite noisy as we had a room on the ground floor. There are no rules around curfew, le silence afger 22 o clock, which - in our opinion- would be beneficial for the guests. So we recommend you to bring earplugs. Also no window in the room… we had better stays in Marrakech.

The riad was very lovely and the rooftop amazing. The staff was very friendly and we even got some recommendations on what to do. We felt very comfortable.

The rooms are not very soundproof and relatively dark. You need to be aware that it is not possible to park your car in the medina in general, but there are parking spots like 400m away. We got charged 100 dirham (10€), but that was probably a scam and the parking would have been free.

Riad Sabah became a home to me from my first visit in the Spring. I liked it so much I returned in the Winter. Riad Sabah offers a tranquil respite. A place where you can relax, and quiet your mind. Breakfast at the rooftop or down in the foyer are both a perfect experience. The rooms are beautiful, the way they are adorned, the comfy beds - I was surprised to find the rooms cleaned after a day out. It was very professional and kind of the staff to have our room ready each afternoon. The team at the Riad treat their guests like family or long time familiar friends. Home cooked breakfast or Dinner (food is made all by hand) Riad Sabah is truly a splendid place in Marrakech. Walking distance to the medina. Tuk-Tuk are only 50 Dirhams from the Medina.

Nice hosts, good location in Kasbah, access with taxi/car a few minutes away. The Riad is beautiful, has a beautiful terrace (but it was too cold to spend time there in January, the room was warm, the water hot - all good. Breakfast is usual Morrocan fare, we requested early breakfast as we were going on a trip and we got it.

We once ordered a taxi via Riad. The taxi was supposed to cost 50-70 according to the man at the reception, the taxi driver demanded twice as much.

Friendly family, comfortable rooms, clean and a good location away from the hectic medina but in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would come back!

We came with 3 suitcases which wasn't a good idea, since you have to leave the car outside on the road 7min walk to the Riad. It is better to bring a backpack or one small bag instead

Our last day we had a marvelous dinner cooked by their Lady Chef, also we needed a Taxi to the airport last minute and it was organized right away. Very much recommend Riad Sabah. Everyone was wonderful, we not only loved the city but also our stay and the kindness from everyone.

Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. We also got to enjoy it in the rooftop terrace which was lovely. Staff was really friendly and accommodating! The whole riad is also beautifully decorated, really cozy space.

Room was a bit small but has all the essentials. There is also not a hair dryer in the room, but you can ask the staff if you need one.
