La ubicación excelente, a pasos de la estacion de Roma Termini. El barrio muy lindo lleno de restaurantes, supermercados, puestos de venta

La cabina de ducha muy pequeña incómoda para bañarse con cuerpos grandes y altos es dificultoso. El baño también reducido.

The property was secure and adequate for a couple of nights stay. it was clean and had all the facilities you would expect the Staff were friendly and helpful on what was a busy hectic weekend. close to train station and good access to restaurants

The location can be a bit intimidating particular in the evenings there is a lot of rough sleeping and a fair few migrants are based around the area that can make it feel a little awkward likekly due to its proximity to the main Terminus

The shower is tricky to get in and out of, very small opening…. But great water pressure !!

Federica was very friendly and caring. We booked last minute and yet she prepared our room very quickly and upgraded us to a bigger room. The small fridge had water and drinks and some snack. Which really helped in midnight as everything in Rome closes early.

posizione vicinissima alla stazione termini, stanza e bagno soddisfatta, lasciano anche delle cialde con qualche snack che non è da tutti anzi ! Ci tornerei senza problemi anzi forse è un punto di riferimento che non tralascerei in futuro.

non riuscivo a collegare netflix in lingua italiana .. ma questo non credo sia una problema della struttura pero'! ;-) non ho criticita' in merito se non fare una tariffa agevolata per chi come me ha usufruito di pochissime ore l hotel causa CONCOMITANZA treno di mattina prestissimo.

La ubicación es realmente muy buena. Cerca de terminal y cercano a todos los puntos de interés para caminar o tomar el metro. La habitación amplia con placar grande. Te dejan café y unas cositas para picar y salir. Además de agua. También tenés heladera.

El baño bien, la ducha un poco chica y si sos grande o tenés dificultades de movimiento te golpeas contra las paredes, la salida de la ducha es muy estrecha. La limpieza si bien la realizan todos los días no estaba muy buena los pisos no estaban aspirados, mucha tierra.

Sabah havaalanına gideceğim için terminiye yakın olsun diye tuttum. Ulaşım rahatlığı olarak iyiydi.

Leş ama leş gibi kokuyordu, sigara kokusu değil kesinlikle , tütsü yakılmışçasına ter kokosuna benzer keskin bir koku vardı . Berbattı . Yastığın üzerine tshirt ümü geçirip uyuydum.

As orientações são péssimas do proprietário, não da suporte de orientação, o ar condicionado não funciona, durante a noite minha pressão caiu de tanto calor, diz que está incluso café da manhã, mas não está! Não é hotel, se trata de Hostel com banheiro individual

El alojamiento es básico pero está muy limpio.

Está cerca del terminal de trenes Termini, en una zona oscura para caminar de noche. Pero llegas al alojamiento rápido.

Konumu harika, Termini istasyonundan tam 170 metre. Önünden merkeze giden otobüsler var. Çalışanlar harika. Tüm gün bavullarımızı bırakmamıza müsade etmeleri çok hoştu. Teşekkürler Giulio😊👍🏿

The location is only 5 min away from the central train station which makes it convenient if you have a short stay. The room had all the essentials, though I must point out that the room itself was way smaller than it looked in the pictures. The hotel staff was really nice and pleasant to talk to. It was great that there were some coffee capsules in the room and a welcome basket was surely a nice touch but I'd happily trade it for an earlier check-in. On the bright side, it was great that there was an opportunity to leave our luggage even after check-out.

Check-in time was unusually late (after 4:30 p.m.), while check-out was required by 10:00 or 10:30 a.m., which I found to be a major drawback. Communication (online) before check-in itself was very slow and in the end even left unanswered. Since there is no reception desk in the traditional sense, one must send ID photos per whatsapp, which some might find a bit bothering from the security standpoint. There was also some mold in the bathroom that should be taken care of. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Good location, next to Termini. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tea, coffee and snacks were available for breakfast in the room.

The most unpleasant thing was that check-in starts after 4:30 PM. Of course, it was our mistake not to check this before booking, but we were very tired and wanted to check in at 2:00 PM, as is the case in most hotels. There was black mold on the wall of the shower stall. It was disgusting. There was no toothbrush holder in the bathroom; that was inconvenient. The windows face the road, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione Roma termini Self check-in è andato tutto molto bene. Il proprietario ha risposto comunque ad alcune domande che abbiamo fatto era presente molto funzionale. Consigliato.

Nos gustó que estaba cerca de la estación, aunque las calles no se veían muy seguras (carteristas y gente durmiendo en la calle) El aire acondicionado funcionaba, muy necesario para el calor que hace en Roma en verano.

El servicio de limpieza fué practicamente inexistente. Dos días no nos hicieron la habitación, y nos tuvimos que quejar para que estuviera hecha el tercer dia. Al tercer día si que estaba hecha pero la cama con arrugas (daba sensación de que había pocas ganas).

Good value for the money Pretty good location Water, beverages and some small treats were free, which we appreciated. We could leave our luggage when we checked out for a while. Aircon available. It was nice and quiet.

The location is near the train station, while it's a good location, on the street it stinks a bit and there might be some shady people outside. We didn't have any problem, just be a bit extra cautious, as you need to be everywhere in Rome.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location

Easy to get to from the station and near bus stops for airport. Good communication with owners and able to access quite early. Lady in reception area was helpful. Easy walk to Collasseum and Forum and on a transport hub if you require it. Some snacks and water left in the room, which was a nice touch. Nice view from the window too. Sometimes in cities you can look out on the rubbish bins. Would use again for a short city stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location walking distance from the Roma Termini.

The room was not ready even though we arrived when expected. Thankful we could leave our bags, but we wanted to wash up and rest before our scheduled event.

Acceso autónomo. Tiene ascensor. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La habitación es amplia y ofrece refrigerio gratis (papitas, croissant, mermelada, te, pava eléctrica). Un ventanal hermoso que da a una plaza. Muy buena ubicación a 200 o 500 metros de Termini (según que salida tomes desde/hacia la estación)

Entra un poco de ruido de afuera si dejas abierta la ventana.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos ahí para descansar antes de seguir hacia otra ciudad. Muy cerca de la estación Termini. Limpia y amplia habitación con un hermoso ventanal. Hay snack gratis que ofrece el alojamiento o que sirven para desayunar incluso.

Entra un poco de ruido de la calle pero nada grave.

Location was good for the station but this is not a salubrious area

This was not a hotel, it was five rooms in an appartment block, consequently we saw no staff. We rang the number given but there was no reply. Then we received a text message but never spoke to a person. The room was clean, but the curtain was hanging off the wall and the toilet flush didn't work properly. The tea and coffee were not replenished.. The entrance was not obvious, just a door in a graffiti covered wall. On first sight we thought we had been scammed .

Molt net, atesos en tot moment, la recepcionista molt atenta i encantadora. Cap inconvenient.

L’última nit van arribar uns nous hostes a les 01:40 de la matinada i ens van intentar obrir la nostra porta dos o tres cops, tot i cridar-los per avisar que hi havia gent a l’habitació. Van fer molt soroll. No és culpa directa de l’allotjament, sinó de l’educació de la gent.

Everything was perfect!

It’s a guest house in the second floor from a house. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. And it’s close to termini if you want to go somewhere else from Rome. Cleaning lady was nice. She cleaned the rooms everyday.

We stayed 5 nights and I only saw the girl from the reception just 1 time. Location is very central but there is a lot of homeless people which is making it scary. We just went 1 time in the evening outside and they were fighting. So not very safe. It was a bit expensive for this kind of quality

La habitación muy limpia y desinfectada a diario, nos reponían rollo de papel higiénico. La neverita y lo espaciosa y poco ruidosa que era, además transmitía seguridad.

El entorno al estar cerca de Termini puede resultar peligroso de noche, hay muchos mendigos.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely not clean — it felt neglected and poorly maintained from the moment we walked in. The service was equally disappointing; the staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs properly. The room itself was unacceptable. Instead of a proper double bed, they had just pushed two single beds together, and they weren’t even aligned properly. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We even complained about this issue, but the staff told us they had no other rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked, offering no solution at all. That level of disregard for guests is simply unacceptable. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. Total waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

Check inn alle 16,30. L’impossibilità di guardare tv con i canali Rai e Mediaset…. Mancavano istruzioni per poter accedervi… benché contattato l’host abbia provato ad aiutarmi. Poi il piatto doccia rialzato di oltre 20 cm rispetto al pavimento…. veramente pericoloso uscire dalla doccia, che è stretta e l’uscita angolare angusta!!

Posizione. Doccia molto grande e funzionante. Bollitore e snack gratis. Letto rigido e comodo.

La camera sarebbe stata una doppia e hanno messo un lettino piccolo contro il muro perché io ho prenotato una tripla e perciò è diventata ingirabile. Tra i letti 20 cm neppure lo spazio per scendere. Il bagno non ha neppure un appendi asciugamani.

We stayed for our last night. Less than 2 min away from the main train station Roma Termini. Beautiful central location. The concierge gave us cold water bottles upon arrival. The minibar was stocked with FREE (!) water, cola, fanta and a small sweet breakfast. They even had a tea pot and a coffee machine. While we didn´t try any of it, the service was way, way better than expected. 10/10 value for money

Amabilitatea personalului.in camera a fost curat , camera mare prosoape schimbate zilnic , un Snack în fiecare dimineață. Cu plusurile și minusurile avute a fost ok.

Nu mi-a plăcut oamenii străzii pe care i-am întâlnit zilnic pe lângă clădire un miros foarte urat de urina, oameni ai străzii foarte mulți în zona clădirii.cabina din baie era foarte mica în cazul în care ești puțin mai mare.seara era zgomot în zona abia puteai adormi nu este bine izolata fonic.

Very small room and tiny shower , we are both slim but found it a tight fit to get in and out of the shower ! Very noisy , inadequate sound insulation between rooms . Expensive for what you get which is very basic
