Ya fue raro ir al sitio del supuesto hotel para luego darnos un papel con la dirección de donde está el piso, a 5 minutos. Una vez allí, el pitido largo e irritante cada vez que alguien cogía el ascensor sonaba por toda la habitación. La limpieza basada en estirar las sábanas (si levantas la colcha está arrugada debajo), ya que ni las sábanas ni las toallas las cambian. La cama es dura, las sábanas finas y ásperas, la almohada muy delgada... Una de las lámparas no tenía ni bombilla, y la que sí funcionaba parpadeaba. No he podido descansar nada estos días que he permanecido allí. Ninguna foto se parece a lo que nos hemos encontrado.

Удобное расположение ,хороший светлый номер, вид из окна .Все чисто ,полотенце меняли каждый день, перед отъездом можно оставить вещи на хранения( у нас перед отлётом домой были билеты в колизей,палантин и римский форум с16.15 на два с половиной часа, так что хранение багажа пригодилось...Спасибо большое сотрудникам апартаментов.

La habitación era cómoda y contar con baño privado fue muy práctico para una estancia de una semana. La limpieza se realizaba todos los días y también cambiaban las toallas diariamente, lo cual se agradece mucho. Las sábanas no se cambiaron durante la semana, pero en general la habitación se mantuvo limpia y ordenada. Contaba con nevera dentro de la habitación y fuera una pequeña habitación de comedor y kitchenette La ubicación es uno de los puntos fuertes, ya que está a unas tres cuadras de la estación de Termini, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos por Roma y el acceso al transporte público. En general, fue una estancia cómoda y con buena ubicación, aunque recomendaría tener en cuenta el ruido nocturno si se busca un alojamiento tranquilo para dormir.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el ruido de la calle durante la noche. Al estar en una zona bastante transitada, se escuchaba bastante desde la habitación y en algunos momentos resultaba difícil descansar bien.

Woda bardzo słabo leciała i długo trzeba czekać po odkręceniu kranu na ciepłą wodę. W sobotę jak brałam prysznic wieczorem to była bardzo zmienna temperatura, nawet zimna chwilami. Zmieniono mi pierwotną lokalizację którą wybrałam na Booking. Trochę dalej od dworca.

The staff at the reception was very nice. We arrived early in the morning and we left our luggage at the hotel before checking in. The location is very good. 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Plus there are nice restaurants in the area. The room was bigger than I expected. I think it was good value for the money.

It’s a little old and seemed dirty but not “it was not cleaned” dirty, more like it was used a lot and needs refreshing. Also an entrance door of the building was really noisy and unusually often used the first night we spent there. The second night was much more quiet.

Las habitaciones tienen baño propio, aire acondicionado, buena iluminación, y camas comodas y limpias. La ubicación es muy central, y ayuda mucho poder movilizarse a cualquier lado de la ciudad por metro o bus

Todo en el hotel está super bien, muy buen servicio y aseado. Lo unico es la zona que a veces huele y se debe ir con cuidado ya que se ven personas en situación de calle. No es inseguro pero se debe andar pendiente. Igual la ubicación en general es asi

Резервирах хотелчето с много съмнения, но останахме изключително доволни. На няколко минути пеша от гара Термини, но в тих и спокоен район. С денонощна рецепция, настаниха ни в три сутринта. Има климатик, мини хладилник, сешоар и общ кухненски кът. Всеки ден чистеха, сменяха хавлиите, зареждаха консумативи и оправяха леглото. Персоналът е изключително любезен и всички говорят английски. Позволиха ни да си оставим багажа след напускане. Много сме доволни от чистотата, удобствата и разположението. Съотношението цена-качество е много добро. Ще препоръчам хотела на мои приятели.

Душ кабината е доста тясна и няма къде да си оставиш нещата, а обзавеждането е малко старичко, но това е нещо, което се преживява. Моля, почистете си каните за вода, има препарати против варовик. Нямаше вилици и лъжици в кухненския кът. Всичко останало беше супер.

Even after we checked out, they kindly let us store our luggage at the property, which was a huge help! If the front desk is unattended (there's usually staff before midnight), you have to go through three key locks to reach the room, making it feel very safe. Outside the room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, the air conditioning works properly, and the hot water in the shower was really comfortable. Everything was great! It’s cheap, extremely worth it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the station!

Sono stata in questo hotel per un breve soggiorno per lavoro. Mi sono trovata bene.

Tengo a precisare che la struttura non si assume alcuna responsabilità per gli oggetti lasciati in camera (per esempio:orologi,orecchini,bracciali… )in caso di furti.Hanno una cassaforte ma non consiglio di utilizzarla indipendentemente dall’hotel. Non manca di alcun servizio Consiglio solo di controllare sempre e ovunque andate la pulizia degli ambienti (lenzuola,”copri materasso”,cuscini ,federe…) Quando tante persone condividono gli stessi spazi e la pulizia non è adeguata, gli hotel possono trasformarsi in ambienti ad alto rischio sanitario, dove la circolazione di germi e agenti patogeni è molto più probabile. Per cui ,controllare sempre!

Non ho visto nessun membro del personale dell'hotel.

Location was amazing, just a short walk away from the train station and not too far away from the main parts of the city. The AC was great and well needed as it was very hot. A little kitchen area was very nice. The mini fridge was really good to have in the hotel room.

Shower leaked. Shower head was poor, it needs replacing as it sprayed in many directions that it shouldn't spray! Hair dryer wasn't good - it was very basic with no hair attachment for drying your hair.

La zona parece insegura por lo movimentado del comercio en la estación, pero en realidad no lo es.

Perto da estação, quarto limpo

No principal os quartos tem camas pequenas e as acomodações são mais velhas. Porém o mesmo b&b tem quartos em outro prédio. Porém, se você chegar tarde da noite como foi meu caso e tiver de ir pro segundo prédio estejam atentos porque as ruas são muito escuras e cheias de andarilhos. Eu fiquei no segundo e corri demais haha. Mas os quartos ali são mais novos e bem limpinhos. O b&b peca muito se você precisar ligar antes porque não respondem ao telefone e os funcionários são todos estrangeiros e tem dificuldade com o italiano mas também com o inglês. Então falar e ser compreendido por telefone é muito difícil. São pessoas gentis e educadas, mas como recepcionistas pecam.

I stayed at the second location and thank you to other reviewers for letting me know it could happen. The room was basic with AC, a mini fridge, and Wifi that worked. It was very quiet as my room faced an inner courtyard and I slept well. I let them know that I preferred not to be disturbed with cleaning and my request was respected. The room could be spruced up with a fresh coat of paint ( looks like they were moving furniture and left scrapes on the wall) and some new shower doors, but, honestly, there was everything I needed and quiet at night, so details like paint and shower doors didn't bother me. The supermarket is 7 minutes walking and the metro 4 ( same direction). Termini station is 10 minutes walk. I felt comfortable in this location and added 4 more nights to my stay.

The only thing that was a minor annoyance was when people left the elevator doors open, an alarm went off to remind them to close the doors. As most people came and went when I was already up, once I found out what it was, I ignored it.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist echt super, 5 Min. bis zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort kann man den Zug nehmen, zum Beispiel zum Kolosseum. Ebenso befinden sich gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ebenso war die Klimaanlage ein echter Retter bei dem heißen Wetter.

Das Einzige, was nicht so gut war, war, dass es etwas hellhörig ist, man hört die anderen nebenan. Abgesehen davon hat es keine Mängel.

Está cerca de todo, hay varios bares y restaurantes y la verdad está muy bien comunicado. Los de recepción muy majos.

Se encuentra al lado de Termini y a unos 25 minutos del coliseo andando. En el mismo termini tienes metro para poder llegar más rápido a varios de los monumentos de roma (tus pies lo agradecerán)por si no quieres caminar todo el tiempo. El personal de la estancia es muy agradable y hablan inglés y un poquito de español. Te ayudan e indican todo lo posible . La habitación es cómoda y bastante amplia , también cuenta con TV, una mini nevera(que nos dió la vida) y aire acondicionado .

No es que no nos gustará, pero hay que tener en cuenta que el baño es bastante pequeño y la ducha minúscula (cabe una persona y poco más). El barrio no parece muy seguro ya que hay abundantes mendigos pero ves más durante el día que en la noche . Varios días llegamos tarde , pero no tuvimos problemas para llegar ni vimos nada peligroso

The host at the reception was super nice and friendly, he hosted us to the room, helped us when we needed the washing service for our clothes. Room was small but very clean, it had small balcony looking into the yard and nights were quiet and calm. We got fresh towels every day and the host offered a little kitchen, mutual space for guests with the stove, sink and extra space for dishes. The accomodation is 2 mins away from the central train station, cosy and in super quiet neighbourhood with a lot of caffeterias and minimarkets. Metro station in Termini is 2 minutes walking away from Palma place, with A and B lines taking us to any part of Rome. Also, local buses drive from outside the station so everything is at hand/foot. If you like, you can also walk to the center, 30 min away are Colosseum, Forum Romanum and other historic curiosities. A perfect place if you want to stay longer, as well as if you only stay shortly, I highly recimmend it.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Termini. Ebenso die Möglichkeit, zu jeder Zeit reinkommen zu können, da man einen eigenen Schlüssel hat.

- Einige Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr lustlos - Manche können noch nicht mal italienisch und auch nicht wirklich Englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwert. - Nachdem ich der Reinigungskraft gesagt hatte, sie möge bitte noch draußen bleiben, wurde das Zimmer gar nicht mehr gereinigt und der Müll nicht mehr entleert. Auf den Fotos kann man den Zustand des Zimmers sehen. Es entspricht nicht einem Hotel, sondern eher einer einfachen Herberge. In Deutschland würde man dafür max. 2 Sterne bekommen!! Ebenso wurde mit Glasfaser WLAN geworben. Die Realität sah natürlich anders aus. Wenn man etwas Empfang hatte war das schon viel.

El alojamiento está bastante cerca de la estación de Termini lo que permitía desplazarnos fácilmente de un lugar a otro. Se trataba de un apartamento con habitaciones y baños independientes. El mobiliario del dormitorio era actual y se veía más o menos limpio. Todos los días entraban a hacernos la cama y cambiar las toallas. El edificio contaba con ascensor.

El baño necesita una reforma. Los grifos y cabina de ducha están oxidados o dañados por el moho. El wc está puesto en una zona que para personas de mayor tamaño no entran fácilmente.

I originally booked this hotel for two nights (July 26–28) for myself and my adult son, then extended our stay at the reception for three more nights until August 1. During our stay, 110 euros were stolen from my backpack in the morning while we were away. The money had been inside the backpack in our room. When I reported the theft, the staff showed little interest in helping. I was told that there were no security cameras on the residential floors, only at the reception, making it impossible to determine who entered the room. I was very disappointed by the hotel’s response. As a guest, I expected my belongings to be safe and for the management to take the incident seriously. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
