Lo staff non parla praticamente inglese, hanno un servizio di drop off gratis in galle fort ma non c’è mai nessuno a cui chiederlo e la volta che riesci ci mette minimo 30 minuti ad arrivare. Abbiamo chiesto la colazione alle 7:30 per partire alle 8, alle 7:55 ci hanno portato il cibo. Troppo disorganizzati. Inoltra la piscina è sempre piena di foglie e fiori caduti dagli alberi e zanzare.

Comodo il servizio gratuito di tuktuk per il forte e la vicinanza al centro.

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte (fortunatamente), struttura che non rispecchia le immagini di Booking, ha del potenziale ma non viene fatta manutenzione, bagnio e camera con muffa sui muri e ragnatele ovunque, piscina INAGIBILE dallo sporco che c’era e al suo interno vi nuotava una rana. Condizionatore che punta direttamente sul letto a tutta potenza senza poter diminuire intensità. Scarafaggi nel bagno! Struttura gestita da ragazzini che invece di sistemare stanno tutto il giorno a giocare con i telefonini. Di Boutique non ha proprio nulla.

This was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. The pool was great for cooling off. The staff were always helpful and we made good use of the free tuk tuk drop off to the Galle Fort.

Our room had a modern design. We loved the decor, especially the 18 masks. Our room was comfortable and clean, the wi-fi worked well. We could order a breakfast menu- it was enough and delicious. Our room was next to the pool, which was beautiful, clean and refreshing. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Poor Bfast menu. No quality. Asked for local food options - were limited in availability. The bathroom had no water for shower etc most of the time, when needed. Did not use the pool!

Reception was very bad. Some local boys attending the reception had no way to represent a so-called "Boutique Hotel"

This property is not a hotel as described, at best a guesthouse only serving breakfast and seems to be run by the children. No wellness spa or restaurant as advertised in the property description or a lounge to sit and relax in. The bedroom was clean and good size but not properly cleaned, loads of dust under the bed and it wasn't serviced everyday. The breakfast was passable but sometimes it was cold on delivery except for the eggs which you ordered the night before.

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es ist oberflächlich sauber aber insgesamt war es nichts für uns.

Good breakfast and pool. Free Tuk Tuk a real bonus. A bit far out tbh but quiet location. Evening meals served (and very good) but are not advertised. An opportunity missed as it was excellent. Also has a bar on site.

Отель нормальный, но уже слегка изношен. В моем номере у шкафа был оторван декор, а когда ты принимаешь душ вся вода стекала по всей ванной комнате. В остальном номер нормальный, на 1-2 дня пойдет

Dirt everywhere. Mold (a lot!) in the bathroom, dirty sunscreens in the dining area, dirty floor, entrance to the rooms in the back bewildered with plants. Although personnel is kind and helpful, they should be managed and also do what they are hired for instead of fooling around with each other.

A 10mn seulement!!! Pour le retour en tuk tuk osez négocier 😉 Petit conseil restaurant au fort : le MANGO HOUSE, un peu isolé c était une petite perle dans un écrin magnifique oú on y mange délicieusement pour pas trop cher mais moins cher que plein d autre restaurant du fort et bien plus délicieux Petits et grands seront ravis

Kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern,welche jedoch einen hervorragenden Komfort bieten. Frühstück landestypisch und kein Buffet aber sehr schmackhaft. Lage zum Zentrum (Fort) passabel .... 30' zu Fuß .... maximal 10' mit Tuktuk

Personal sehr freundlich aber es gibt Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Umgebung sehr rural,totaler Kontrast zum Fort,islamisch geprägt

Superb interesting modern architecture. Room and hotel in general were well designed and comfortable. Good location a little outside Galle.

The staff were charming but mostly absent. Never anyone to ask for the advertised tuk tuk. Never anyone to speak to about anything. Had to shout and wait about half an hour to pay and checkout. Have the Sri Lankan breakfast or waffles/pancakes or you will regret it.

Breakfast was included and featured a fresh fruit platter, bread with spreads, yoghurt, refreshing watermelon juice, and a choice of main dishes. We chose the pancakes and the Sri Lankan omelette — both were absolutely 10/10. This place is incredibly well-priced for the quality of experience it offers. It’s stylish, comfortable, and full of heart. Definitely one to add to your bucket list — we can’t wait to come back!

Everything, the secluded but not remote location. The complimentary Tuk Tuk rides were so useful. We faced the pool which was very refreshing and we have a family of monkeys which entertained us most days. Very close to the road into Galle but you wouldn’t know it. The staff were incredible and the breakfast lovely. We would stay again.

The free tuk tuk drop off was really good and made the stop at the hotel so much easier. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Leider ist alles sehr heruntergekommen. Das Bad war voller Schimmel, die Außenanlage eher passabel und das Frühstück nur ok.

Ils offrent des tuktuk jusqu’au fort de Galle. Les chambres ont des prises internationales, pratique pour les branchements européens. La chambre est très propre et on vous offre un jus de fruit frais en arrivant. La piscine avait l’air sympa, je n’y suis pas allée.

Le personnel est très gentil mais ne parle pas anglais. Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant. Les chambres donnent soit directement sur l’accueil soit directement sur la cantine donc c’est un peu bruyant. Le sèche-cheveux ne marchait pas, et les serviettes étaient en piteux état. On est assez loin de la ville donc il faut prendre un tuktuk pendant 10-15min. Je trouve que c’est cher pour ce que c’est.

Everything was nice. The hotel was good and staff was super helpful. I liked the hospitality of the property also the auto ride to Galle Fort adds to the positives. Breakfast spread was super awesome.

The room could be a little more clean and maintained, and swimming pool though really nice and maintained can be little more improved in the area of sitting and cleaning. The beach which is really near is not the main beach and not that clean or maintained for a swim though evening and morning we went for a walk.

Breakfast was good but took a long time to prepare. No buffee, you just have to choose your breakfast from the menu during check-in.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. Check-in took a long time, and although we were eventually shown to our room, there was no key available because the previous guest had left with it. As a result, we could not leave the room for an hour to explore the city, since the room was located right next to the reception and was directly accessible from outside. The room itself was very dirty. The floors appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, the mattress had large stains, and there was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. The smell of mold was clearly being masked with strong air fresheners, which were so overpowering that they caused headaches even after we unplugged them. The curtains in front of the window/door were extremely dirty, and overall hygiene was very poor. Additionally, every small noise from outside and from the restaurant floor above could be heard clearly in the room, making it almost impossible to sleep after 6:30 in the morning. We also did not use the pool, as the water did not appear clean.

Ce que j’ai pas aimé ce sont les commentaires élogieux qui faussent l’idée qu’on peut se faire. C’est un hôtel très simple vieillissant avec certes les commodités mais rien de transcendant. Le prix un peu élevé pour cet hôtel

Some improvements needed in the shower (bit outdated) but overall had a nice stay here.

One of the best stays. Wish I had stayed longer. The staff and the hotel atmosphere proved that first impressions truly matter. Cozy, aromatic fraranced rooms set the tone perfectly, and the pool was a bonus plus. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations. Thank you to the staff who made us feel at home away from home. Loved the free drop-off by tuk-tuk service. They really know how to win their customers. Way to go.
