Die Unterkunft war sehr schön! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, der Pool war toll und die Aussicht war schön. Das Personal war lieb und hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Una estancia fantástica en Megabe Villa. Después de unos días recorriendo Sri Lanka, fue un auténtico placer llegar aquí y encontrar una habitación enorme, muy espaciosa y, sobre todo, impecablemente limpia. El baño también merece una mención especial: ¡la ducha es incluso mejor que la de mi casa! Tiene 4 modalidades de mando/teléfono, así que puedes regularla prácticamente como quieras. La piscina es una auténtica gozada y el sitio perfecto para darse un buen baño y relajarse al final del día después de recorrer Galle y sus alrededores. Además, el entorno es precioso. Al estar junto al lago Mahamodara, hay muchísima vida alrededor: pudimos ver un montón de monos púrpuras, endémicos de Sri Lanka, moviéndose por los árboles, además de muchísimas aves. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, donde realmente se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Por ejemplo, pedimos el desayuno a las 6:00 de la mañana porque a las 7:00 queríamos estar en la estación de tren, y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Es más, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de tomarlo allí o preparárnoslo para llevar. Un detalle que demuestra lo atentos que son con sus huéspedes. Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomendamos muchísimo si vais a visitar Galle. Cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, con una piscina fantástica y rodeado de naturaleza. ¡Nos encantó!

Ruime kamers, een heel mooie tuin met uitzicht op de lagune. Achteraan in de tuin kun je ontbijten. Een fijn zwembad. Een vriendelijke eigenaar die voor ons een leuke boottocht heeft geregeld.

We misten een kleine frigo op de slaapkamer. We gebruikten dan maar de frigo met flesjes naar onze kamer om ons water koel te houden. Er wordt nog een verdieping bijgebouwd maar daar hadden we geen last van.

Tutto perfetto. Piscina bellissima (ti forniscono anche i teli) e host delizioso. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Se chiedete hanno il phone. Parcheggio in loco. Possibilità di pagare con carta. Colazione buona!

Todo fue genial. La habitación muy amplia con buen aire acondicionado y ducha. El desayuno muy rico en la puerta de la habitación! La piscina era un sueño, lástima que no pudimos usarla por el mal tiempo pero seguro que es maravillosa! Está a unos 30 mins andando del fuerte o a 7 mins en tuktuk

Der Eigentümer war super nett und hilfsbereit! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Pool war super und insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisch zwembad, aardige eigenaren die ook nog eens als tuk tuk driver kon fungeren. En een heerlijk ontbijt!

Niet zo maar op loopafstand van het centrum maar wel lekker rustig.

La piscina y las habitaciones muy limpias. El personal te facilita todo lo que necesitas. Muy rica la comida y raciones extra grandes, con un plato comen dos personas. Te facilitan tuktuk para desplazamiento al centro de Galle.

Tout aimé, le personnel, l'emplacement, le logement, la piscine. On a pu apercevoir des singes du balcon et descendre les admirer au bord de la piscine qui est nickel. Des boissons proposé dans un frigo si besoin. C'était top je recommande.

I stayed for 2 nights. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, breakfast was nutricious and delicious, quiet atmosphere.

There were ants in the toilet and sometimes went onto the bed.

We hebben twee top dagen/nachten gehad hier! De kamer was fijn en de tuin met zwembad was geweldig. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden en dat was te merken. We hebben heerlijk gerelaxed in de mooie tuin. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de laundry service en het ontbijt, allebei aan te bevelen. En bovenal: super vriendelijke en warme mensen! Wij zouden het zeker aanraden 😊

Mooie locatie met een prachtig zwembad

Onze kamer had geen ramen en toen er ook nog 2 keer een kakkerlak in de douche liep hadden wij het gehad en zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. We hadden ook al wel alle bezienswaardigheden gehad.

There is a clean pool for the summer and an amazing view of the lake. The breakfast is served with a lake view. They serve an amazing breakfast - english breakfast with a customization on request. They have a vending machine with bottled drinks and the price was reasonable. The host was kind and arranged a cake for my birthday. Food was priced in par with the star hotels outside and was decent. Overall it is an amazing stay near Galle fort along the coast.

Could offer 1 liter bottled water every day along with the rooms package.

Net buiten de drukke stad Galle. We meldden een probleem met onze airco en er werd meteen een technieker bij gehaald. Je kan er ook prima eten. Zalig zwembad om verkoeling in te zoeken.

De zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en het heerlijke zwembad in de mooie tuin. Een oase aan de rand van Galle en goed gelegen.

Moeilijk te zeggen, ik moet echt zoeken naar een minpuntje. Heel misschien zou het ontbijt iets uitgebreid kunnen worden met een extra broodsoort of wat zoets als een crepe of cake.

De accommodatie heeft een goede ligging en het is nog mooier dan op de afbeeldingen te zien is. Het meer en de omgeving geven een heerlijk rustig gevoel. De mensen zijn super aardig en het zwembad was heerlijk.

Logement très bien situé a l'entrée de Galle et a 5minutes en Tuktuk du Fort. La chambre est très grande et propre avec climatisation et un lit très confortable. Nos deux hôtes sont adorables et de bons conseils :) On adore cette très grande piscine dans le jardin avec vue sur le lac. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Het is een super fijn verblijf. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk, waardoor je je er meteen op je gemak voelt. Je kunt heerlijk ontspannen bij het zwembad en ze verzorgen een lekker ontbijt voor je.

De kamers hadden iets beter afgesloten kunnen zijn. Hier en daar zag ik een mug, maar gelukkig krijg je muggenspray en is er een ventilator aanwezig.

Super liebe Familie dort, man wird vom Besitzer mit dem Tuktuk gefahren, wenn man will. Frühstück war lecker und Pool super! Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Freundlich und hilfsbereit; wir hatten tatsächlich alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Toller Pool (mitvPoolhandtücher) mit vielen (schattigen) Liegeplätzen; außerdem noch Tisch+Sitzbank zum Essen (Speisekarte liegt aus). Gutes Frühstück und sehr ruhig gelegen… bei uns kam sogar ein 1m langer Veran vorbei. Der Chef hat uns noch (für kleines Geld) mit dem TukTuk zum Bahnhof gefahren.👍

Ein ruhiges, schönes Plätzchen außerhalb des Trubels . Bequemes Bett , saubere Zimmer , schöner Garten mit Aussicht zum See . Leider kommen die Putzleute schon ab 7 mit WASSERSCHLÄUCHEN bis kurz vor die Zimmertür und machen Garten und Pool sauber … Der Pool ist wirklich schön und ich war nur 1 Nacht da .Das Badezimmer wirkte renovierungsbedürftig.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war sehr schön und sauber, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit einer tollen Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere der Besitzer, waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch die Bootstour – ein tolles Erlebnis, das sich definitiv lohnt! Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Vriendelijke mensen die voor je klaar staan. Prachtige boottocht gemaakt over de rivier. Eigenaar heeft ons twee keer met zijn auto naar Galle Fort gebracht.

Nette en schone kamer. De kamers zijn ruim, met airco en een goed bed. De locatie is wat verder van het centrum, maar prachtig aan een meertje. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. De villa is netjes afgewerkt.

Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, avec la vue sur le lac derrière. L'emplacement est bien, à environ 5min de tuktuk du fort de Galle. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine !

Nous avons globalement été déçus par les prestations pour le prix : la chambre est un peu vieillotte, le petit déjeuner est ok mais pas incroyable, l'accueil et l'ambiance générale étaient un peu moyen...
