Die Unterkunft ist von außen nicht als Pension erkennbar. Man sucht vergebens nach dem Namen der Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut, da an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Man musste mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, konnte aber gleichzeitig die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen, da diese ebenfalls sehr laut war. Zwar gab es einen Kühlschrank, der jedoch ebenfalls sehr laut war. Generell war das Haus sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer hat etwas gemuffelt. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Haus selbst gab es nur einen Parkplatz, da dieser bereits vermietet war, mussten wir unser Auto in einer nahe gelegenen Parkgarage abstellen. Diese hat 19,00 Euro pro Tag gekostet. Die Unterkunft wirbt mit einem Bild, dass die Gartenansicht darstellt. Nutzbar für die Gäste ist eine Art Balkon, der von den Rauchern gerne genutzt wurde. Tatsächlich sieht das Gebäude von außen eher trist aus.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We were really well looked after by our host who was so helpful with advice on places to go. She also came in early to make breakfast for us on our last day which was really unexpected and we couldn't thank her enough. Breakfast was really good every day with a good choice and we looked forward to it every morning. Our rooms were incredibly spacious, modern and comfortable with a good sized adjoining bathroom.
Although we really liked the accommodation we were surprised how far away from the tourist attractions it was. There is a tube station that takes you to the centre which is 10 mins walk away but we would rather have been within walking distance. Our rooms were also facing the street and there was a lot of traffic noise.

Garaż tylko na jeden samochód. Musieliśmy niestety po pierwszej nocy oddać nasze miejsce innym gościom i parkować na pobliskim parkingu strzeżonym. Próbowaliśmy zarezerwować na całość pobytu ale niestety pomimo wcześniejszych próśb z naszej strony, zaproponowano nam w ostatniej chwili tylko jedną noc. W łazience były dwa prysznice i niestety jeden był zamknięty. Akurat wyglądał na bardziej poręczny...

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ich habe mich in dem kleinen Hotel (7 Zimmer) sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte einen direkten Zugang zum kleinen Garten. Swetlana, die gute Fee des Hauses, hat morgens ein gutes Frühstücksbüfett bereitgestellt. Und hatte immer Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Très bon emplacement, 2min du métro marques. Très proche du centre à pied . Très bon petit déjeuner . C'était propre et bien entretenu dans l' ensemble , enregistrement via wattsapp , très réactif au message si besoin ,parfait pour une nuit
Le ménage de la chambre pourrait être plus méticuleux.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Breakfast was good, tasty, and the lady who served it was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious. The access instructions were clear.
Everything is very old and run down: the sheets, the pillows, the towels. Linens really need regular updating because after so many uses they cannot possibly look clean, even if they are. The bathroom has two showers, but one was broken and the shower head on the other one was not fixed, so you had to hold it with one hand, less than ideal or comfortable. The mattresses are unconfortable (perhaps they are also old). The rooms, walls and floors are not properly insulated, so if you have noisy neighbours, you will hear them from all angles. We did. On top of that, the minifridge made loud noises every 20 minutes or so, all night long. Personally, I would have found it unpleasant to spend more than one night there, but luckily that's all we needed to stay.

Frühstück gut (Brötchen, Toast, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Eierspeisen, Würstchen, Müsli/Cornflakes, Obst, Marmelade, Schokoladencreme, Joghurt und 1 Sorte Wurst und Käse). Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Metro in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war mir persönlich etwas zu wenig. Ich hatte Zimmer Nr. 2 (Einzelzimmer) - direkt über meinem Zimmer befand sich der Essensraum. Daher hab es morgens immer schon Geräusche von Schritten und Stühlen, wenn ich noch versucht habe zu schlafen. Mit Ohrenstöpseln aber kein Problem.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La chambre était gigantesque, pratique, propre et assez bien placée ( bouche de métro assez proche pour rallier le centre de Porto). Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon.
C'est dommage que toute l' arrivée se fasse par des codes et avoir des interactions physiques qu'au petit déjeuner. Malgré sa situation proche du métro, le quartier n'est pas très animé.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hemos estado super bien, la habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. Un baño muy grande y vestidor!! El desayuno buenísimo! Puedes ir a pie al centro está a unos 10 minutos, no vale la pena coger metro. Para volver si estás cansado coge un Bolt, que te lleva por 4€.
Por poner un pero: el plegatin que pusieron para mi hija podría ser un poco más cómodo.

Recepció nincs, minden whatsappon vagy e-mailben jön, illetve megy... viszont ahogy belépünk a házba.... az mese....A szobám kertkapcsolatos volt, gyönyörű hortenziákkal, amelyek ott voltak a vázákban a reggelinél is, mert az is benne van az árban. A szoba makulátlan volt, és a szállásadó nagyon készséges volt..... virtuálisan....

Desde antes, mucha informacion acerca de la llegada al edificio, los codigos para entrar, tanto al edificio como al cuarto, ya que no hay llaves, etc. El cuarto super limpio, comodo, todo lo necesario. La atencion de la Sra. Svitlana espectacular, para el desayuno, informacion, etc. Excelente!
Todo me gusto...lo unico que tal vez no les guste a algunos clientes es que la ubicacion del edificio no es muy cerca de todo lo que se querra ver.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Wonderful and comfortable stay with a sweet garden and birdies, a nice breakfast with freshly made orange juice and last but not least, Svetlana is a gem! I loved my stay there in Porto, it's a chill 20 min. walk down to the city and has a perfect connection by metro.
Nothing to add here. One indirect light or separately switchable lights for the room would be nice, but that is just very optional :)

Fabelaktig frokost og en service som overgår alt - her blir du stelt godt med. Aldri opplevd så god service som jeg fikk av henne som hadde ansvar for frokostservering og renhold. Hun fortjener all ros.

La verdad es que miré con poco detenimiento la habitación, solamente sé que me gustó. Mi impresión cambió cuando accedí a ella. La mía era la número 7, situada en la tercera planta (hay ascensor) y daba a un jardín interior (eso sí recuerdo que lo había seleccionado). Y fue todo un acierto porque la "única" molestia fue escuchar el cantar de los pajarillos a primera hora de la mañana: bendita molestia. Habitación muy espaciosa junto con el cuarto de baño y unos grandes ventanales. ¡Todo un acierto!
Como tal, no hubo nada que no me gustara. Tal vez, estoy acostumbrado a llegar a un B&B y que me atienda una persona física. En este caso, todo fue por Whatsapp. Eso sí, muy atenta la persona encargada y deseando tratar de resolver cualquier mínima duda. Nos comunicamos todo el tiempo en castellano. Y la mujer encargada de los desayunos fue muy discreta y dispuesta a ayudar. Quizá queda un "poco" apartado para visitar Oporto, ya que allí hay muchísimas cuestas y el viaje de vuelta se hacía un poco cuesta arriba (nunca mejor dicho) tras estar todo el día pateando las calles.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Die Besitzerin war unglaublich freundlich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr groß. Zum Frühstück gab es frischen Orangensaft, frisches Obst etc.. Es war ein gemütliches Ambiente.
Der Geruch der Dusche. Offensichtlich ist dort der Abfluss nicht richtig durchgespült worden. So roch es aus dem Rohr. Vielleicht sollte man vor der Anreise die Abflüsse noch einmal überprüfen. Das Haus liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße und ist dementsprechend laut. Zumindest was mein Zimmer betraf.

Reviewed May 16, 2026L'ambiance au petit déjeuner aidé par la personne qui s'en occupe. Même si elle ne parle pas le français, elle a toujours un mot pour vous et discute avec vous sur la journée passée et la journée à venir.
Lorsque l'on arrive, il n'y a pas d'accueil (comme prévu) et on se demande si on est seul dans l'hôtel car c'est très calme et pas de bruit. Mais ce n'était pas le cas, il y avait des occupants.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Die Haushälterin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bereitete jeden Morgen liebevoll das Frühstück. Sie interessierte sich für ihre Gäste und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld mit der Besitzerin die auch gleich sehr viele Informationen mitteilte.
In Zimmer 6 war die Duschtüre undicht, so dass jedesmal eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad herrschte. Da half auch kein bereitgelegtes Handtuch.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026We just had the most wonderful stay! As I was on holidays with my sister we were grateful for twin bed (most other apartments we saw offered queen size bed for 2 pax). Communication with the host was uncomplicated, even when we asked for early check in. Ana was always available when needed, and the housekeeper just made the stay complete - a warm and kind lady who prepared great breakfast and would always have advice ready for things to do in Porto. The sitting area for breakfast faces a beautiful backyard that is accessible for guests. Small groceries store was just across the street and the metro station was a 5mins walk. Highly recommended to book GR suites, would totally go there again.

A special mention goes to Svetlana, who prepared breakfast every morning. Her warmth and attentiveness made each morning a genuine pleasure. Highly recommended!

Destacaría especialmente a Svetlana, que es excelente conectando con las personas: cercana, simpática y siempre con buena energía, hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor. El alojamiento estaba limpio y el desayuno, aunque no tenía mucha variedad, estaba todo muy rico y bien cuidado. Como punto a mejorar, la insonorización no es la mejor y en algunos momentos se escuchaban ruidos. Aun así, una experiencia positiva y recomendable

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Na de boeking kreeg ik al een vriendelijk bericht en voor aankomst kreeg ik nog eens duidelijke informatie via what's app over toegang en ontbijt. De kamer was ruim, schoon en ruimtelijk ( hoog plafond). Het ontbijt was goed met verse fruit, yoghurt, muesli, gebakken ei, bacon, vers fruitsap etc. Tegenover is een supermarkt en de metro ligt om de hoek. Het personeel is ook heel hartelijk.
Er viel niets tegen, de houten vloeren kraakten, maar dat hoort bij het karakter van het huis. Wij hoorden geen stemmen, televisie of muziek. Wel af en toe straatgeluiden omdat wij aan de voorkant sliepen ( met open raam), maar dat is nu eenmaal in een stad.

Todo muy limpio. Ana, la persona al cargo, es muy atenta y amable, y trata de facilitarte las cosas si te encuentras con algún problema. Nos permitió dejar las maletas durante el día que habíamos hecho ya el check-out. Para nosotros fue una anfitriona de 10.
