Mooi hotel in Porto. Mooie kamers. Gezellig sfeer. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Der Park war zum entspannen und für schöne Momente sehr zufrieden stellend. Das Bad ist sehr romantisch gestaltet, die Wandfliesen haben uns sehr beeindruckt

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer im Bad lagen Haaren von vorherigen Mietern. Die Tagen die wir dort verbracht haben gab’s Tag für Tag mehrere Haare die nicht von uns waren.

Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Gutes Frühstück. Außergewöhnliches Ambiente.

Le personnels à la réception étaient plus que dévoués, le lieu est à faire rêver. Le petit déjeuné très varié et dans le château lui même avec son décor enchanteur c’est à vous couper le souffle. La région sur une rue principale nous n’avons qu’à descendre et la ville et ses attraits sont là.Merci à tous d’avoir fait de notre cours séjour une expérience merveilleuse.

De locatie en de kamer. Het was heel functioneel en niet gezellig. We zaten tevens naast een deel waar gewerkt werd en dus niet echt rustig. En het avond eten in het restaurant viel erg tegen.

Sengene var ikke særlig gode. Man kunne mærke fjedrene igennem madrassen. Det ville nemt kunne løses med topmadrasser, så ville alt være helt perfekt.

Colazione nulla di che con poca varietà e quantità , fanno dei contenitori piccoli che sembra tanto ma non lo è ; sono molto delusa perché nonostante avessi avvertito più volte in vari mesi dalla prenotazione che sono celiaca mi hanno fatto trovare solo pan carré ( due fette la prima mattina e tre fette la seconda mattina ) La stanza era a piano terra quindi devi stare con le tende chiuse perché altrimenti da fuori si vede tutto

Cordialità e disponibilità del personale, soprattutto nel dare informazioni. Struttura molto particolare, ben curata e pulita.

Colazione nella media, alcuni prodotti privi di gusto e freschezza.

Budynek sam w sobie jest bardzo ładny, sala śniadaniowa przepiękna. Miło po prostu posiedzieć na terenie hotelu, a jest do tego sporo fajnego miejsca. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Bardzo fajny hotel.

O espaço, interior e exterior, são magníficos, um verdadeiro castelo com mobiliário e estilo a condizer. Adoramos a experiência!

Prachtig hotel. Een museum op zich. Vriendelijke mensen stonden altijd voor je klaar. Op loop afstand van veel mooie dingen om te zien. De bruggen, kerken, winkels, restaurants etc.

Een oase in het drukke Porto! Mooi 'kasteel' met prachtige tuin en heerlijke zitjes en strandstoelen op het gazon. Uitstekend ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Servicepersonals waren bemerkenswert. Die Highligts von Porto wurden uns erläutert, Regenschirme über Nacht vor das Zimmer gestellt, um trocken zum Frühstücksraum zu gelangen. Die Qualität und Vielfältigkeit des Frühstücks haben uns sehr gut gefallen wie auch dessen Rahmen in den nostalgischen Räumlichkeiten. Unser modern eingerichtetes Zimmer war ausreichend gross und funktional. Vom Hotel aus konnte das Zentrum von Porto fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Wir waren total zufrieden.

Location non centrale

C'est la 2ème fois que nous résidions dans cet hotel. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et servi dans la magnifique salle située au premier étage du chateau. Le personnel de l'accueil est très avenant et sympathique. Nous avions la suite royale, spacieuse et confortable. Le quartier est facile d'accès, le lieu est sécurisé avec une porte à code.

Le plafonnage qui est en lambeaux au plafond, au-dessus de la porte qui donne sur la terrasse (dégâts des eaux?). Le manque de personnel au petit-déjeuner. Les 2 pauvres dames qui y sont ont peine à suivre et donc à alimenter correctement le buffet de manière régulière.

Un magnifique château à l'architecture classique de Porto, reconverti en hôtel. Outre un cadre splendide, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et le personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel propose de séjourner dans des chambres modernes autour de la cour du château, ou dans l'une des suites du bâtiment principal. Chaque suite du château est décorée de façon unique !

Nous n'avons rien à reprocher à l'hôtel. Cependant, avis à ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher : il est situé tout en haut de la célèbre rue Santa Catarina. Pour le rejoindre en marchant depuis le centre historique, il faut une bonne demi-heure de montée !

El lugar era encantador, la cama muy cómoda y los trabajadores tanto de recepción como de desayuno eran muy amables y El desayuno también estaba muy bien.

Lo único que aunque estaba cerca del centro histórico a la vuelta era todo subida, menos mal que hay la boca de metro marqués a 5 minutos que te deja en todo el centro.

Un cadre exceptionnel. Un hôtel charmant, très calme avec un jardin magnifique. Le personnel est très agréable.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und außergewöhnlich Es sieht wie ein kleines Schloss aus, mit einem gemütlichen Innenhof und schönen Terrassen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Ruheraum, der im klassischen Stil eingerichtet ist. Dadurch bekommt man das Gefühl, ein Kurfürst oder Graf zu sein. Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Saal mit Musik serviert und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Käse, Wurst und anderen Spezialitäten, die man sich zum Frühstück wünschen kann. Bushaltestellen und eine U-Bahn-Station befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe

El hotel es muy bonito, con una decoración y arquitectura increíbles. El trato y la amabilidad de los trabajadores ha sido excepcional. Además tienen un desayuno muy completo y variado. También la posibilidad de dejar el coche por un precio razonable.

Excelente atendimento. Quarto confortável e cafe da manhã muito bom. Equipe muito atenciosa e o proprietário se mantém a frente da gestão do hotel, sendo também muito gentil e atencioso.

A única sugestão seria ter uma ducha higiênica no banheiro. No mais, tudo perfeito.

Amazingly beautiful hotel!Our room was very spacious with garden view. Soundproofing room.There was a happy hour at the bar for porto tonic which ofc we tried 😅Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It is a bit further away from the crowded city center, which is what we were looking for. Possible to store your luggages until your departure.

Por dónde empezar, las instalaciones de lujo, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda, la ubicación, aunque está en la parte de arriba de la Rua, muy cerca acceso a metro, la atención de TODOS los empleados inmejorable.

El edificio en sí es precioso y convierte la estancia en una leyenda romántica.

The room was 107, right next to reception. It was well insulated from reception thanks to a small hallway and a second door, but the same cannot be said of the window, which faces directly onto the entrance garden. Fortunately, there was little guest traffic in the garden during our stay, but it was clear that even something as simple as people talking outside could be a problem for guests staying in this room. The room also felt somewhat worn and certainly did not match the photos shown when we booked.

Il m’a fallu bien réfléchir pour trouver : effectivement si vous arrivez tard au petit déjeuner le choix est bien plus réduit

La struttura particolare e bellissima, l’accoglienza, i suggerimenti gentili ed efficaci dello staff.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima! Siamo stati accolti con competenza e simpatia. La camera super spaziosa, la colazione eccezionale con frutta fresca e dolci di tanti tipi, compreso il Pastel de Nata. La posizione è centrale e la Metro a qualche centinaia di metri.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel! Além do lugar ser lindo, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Cláudio, nos fornecendo dicas sobre a cidade e boas recomendações. Além dele, a Helena também foi muito solicita conosco. Recomendamos a todos e se voltarmos a Porto nos hospedaremos novamente no Castelo Santa Catarina!

L'Hotel è una dimora antica con un bel giardino e un comodo parcheggio per le auto (a pagamento). Lo staff gentile, la stanza pulita e una buona colazione a buffet. Dista circa 600 mt dall"inizio del centro storico,si fa una bella passeggiata. Grazie a tutti per l'ottima ospitalità!!!

This is a green and quiet oasis in the centre of Porto. The modern building (where we stayed) is very comfortable and the historical building (where we had breakfast) is spectacular.

I did not choose the exceptional rate (10) just because of the following two issues I did not like: (1) The breakfast is rather poor (no fried eggs, no fish, no pastel de nata, low quality jams and honey). (2) One is supposed to leave the key at the reception every time when leaving the object.

Beautiful architecture and gardens, split levels, historical interiors and safe parking. Easy walking access to all sights albeit it’s all downhill! You need to be prepared to walk up at some point! We took a tour with ‘Captain Douro’ on a launch cruiser and motored up and down the Douro river and saw a beautiful sunset whilst sipping white port tonics. It was magical. We would highly the hotel and the trip.

The garden and breakfast were great.

I did not like the 4 flights of stairs, no lift. The bed is not comfortable, the mattress needs to be changed. Water pressure was very low.

Hotellet var superfint och överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar! Den mysiga innergården med bord, stolar och solstolar var en stor bonus – perfekt för att koppla av eller läsa en bok. Vi bokade två rum. Det ena var rymligt med två sängar, medan det andra var lite mindre och hade en queensize-säng. Det fungerade bra för mig, men för två större vuxna kan sängen kännas något liten. Badrummen var moderna, väldigt fräscha och duschen var riktigt lyxig. Restaurangen har inte ett så stort utbud, men om man inte vill gå iväg för att äta middag fungerar den absolut bra. Hotellet ligger cirka 30 minuters promenad från floden Douro, och promenaden dit går mestadels nedför.

Fanns nog ingen som jag störde mig på.

We had a wonderful stay at Castelo Santa Catarina. The service was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated how attentive they were in coordinating everything and improving the communication and service process to ensure that we had the best possible experience. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space in both the bathroom and toilet area. It was clear that the hotel had carefully considered many small details that make a stay more convenient and relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of beautifully prepared dishes and was one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip to Portugal. What surprised us most was the building itself. It is not only beautiful but also full of elegant Baroque character. The hallways, reception areas, and shared spaces are all exquisitely decorated. There is also a lovely garden where guests can relax and fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Spending a night here was truly a special and memorable experience. We would be very happy to return in the future.

Very unique hotel with great court yards to explore and just chill in. The newer modern rooms were very functional. The much older sections were well maintained and had the needed updates. Super charming.

Mooi kasteel in het centrum van Porto. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Luxe schone kamer. Parkeerplaats was groot genoeg voor ons camperbusje met fietsenrek. Top plek!

Are o grădină spectaculoasă și un interior deosebit asemănător unui castel ce impresionează prin elementele de arhitectură și mobilier. Este aproape de o stație de metrou.

Personalul nu știa limba engleză decât foarte puțin și au fost probleme de comunicare. Micul dejun rudimentar și insuficient. Am găsit un miriapod în cameră ceea ce a creat disconfort. Televizorul foarte vechi fără acces la internet. Parcarea cu plată cu toate ca prețul pe cameră este unul ridicat față de media zonei.

No está demasiado céntrico, pero es fácil llegar

Tout a été plus que parfait lors de notre séjour. Le personnel très accueillant nous a même permis d'occuper notre chambre plus tôt. La literie est très confortable, les petits déjeuners très bons et copieux, la localisation proche de toutes les attractions et le centre ville, le personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Merci encore !
