Lokalizacja, czystość w pokoju.

Basen był bardzo brudny, na dnie leżały liście, które musiały tam wpaść dawno temu. Po pływaniu w basenie, następnego dnia mi i mężowi wyskoczyły na skórze krosty, a pływaliśmy już w najróżniejszych miejscach w Indonezji od trzech tygodni i wszystko było w porządku. Bardzo prosimy, dla przyszłych gości - myjcie basen!

La personne qui vous accueille et à peine arrivée vous demande de payer sans même pas eu le temps de respirer Et après vous lui demander quelques chose il s'énerve presque à vous frapper Accès à l'hébergement impossible et il fait rien pour vous trouver une solution , inondé vous rentrer à l'hôtel et après pour sortir ou à la mages ou en barque pour rejoindre le taxi qui ne veulent pas rentrer Par contre je remercie son voisin un expatriés avec son 4x4 il nous à fait sortir du chemin quand on voulait rentrer et sortir pour aller se restaurer Accès à la chambre avec un bébé il faut avoir un bon équilibre marché sur des dalles glissantes et faire l'équilibriste avec les bagages, un bébé et surtout si vous rentré la nuit manque d'éclairage Le petit-déjeuner il faut tout demander et pas de jus La première demi heure à notre arrivé j'ai envoyé un mail à booking pour expliquer ma situation pour un remplacement d'hôtel et toujours pas de réponse Et sans compter la piscine qui est impratiquable Et le frigo sans étagère et quand je lui est demandé s'il pouvait me fournir une étagère il m'a crier dessus et il est parti Photos pour confirmer mes dire.

Avec un séjour comme ça vous voulez apprécié quoi ? J'ai apprécié le départ et retrouvé un autre hôtel convenable Et j'espère que le gérant ou le propriétaire tiendrons compte de mes remarques pour faire des travaux Et que les prochains voyageurs pourront mieux profiter de leurs séjours. Et dommage que je puisse pas mettre d'autres photos

Good location. Close to beach and shopping area. Great rooms. Clean, plenty of hot water. Lovely pools. Bike hire on site. Was our second visit here and would definitely stay again.

La gentilezza dello staff in ogni situazione, dalla più semplice a quella più tragica come la via allagata dalla pioggia. Ci hanno offerto pranzo e cena che non erano comprese per la giornata in cui siamo stati costretti a rimanere in hotel. Inoltre, visto che il giorno seguente saremmo dovuti andare in aeroporto, si sono offerti di accompagnarci in moto fino a dove il nostro taxi poteva raggiungerci

Potrebbe risultare un disagio la pozione dell'hotel nel momento in cui dovesse piovere tanto, perché quella via non ha una buona rete di drenaggio dell'acqua

Super clean, loveliest staff especially in the lobby. Yummy breakfast, served fresh with a nice view. Very close to Icon bali mall and other restaurants. It’s a popular place, known to Gojek & other locals.

Location is a bit remote, walking at night alone is not convenient due to stray dogs and construction going on.

Die Lage war akzeptabel und ziemlich zentral gelegen. Zimmer war okay.

I stayed 3 nights in Sanur as solo traveller and I loved it. The property location is perfect only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Also close to everything you need, restaurants, convenient stores, Icon Bali shopping centre, pharmacy etc. The room was nice, the bed very comfy. Good breakfast and the staff were always helpful and smily. I pretty much walked everywhere, however I also rented bicycle from the property. It’s a quiet and peaceful place. Would definitely stay again 😊

It’s not like I didn’t like, but a full size mirror would be nice in the bedroom ( there is none in the bedroom ) as the mirror in the bathroom is small and the lights aren’t great.

The rooms were clean, the bed was soft, the breakfast was sufficient, the breakfast staff were lovely, the pool was nice. Also close to the market, main drag, good restaurants and laundry services. Bikes were also great!

One room was hot due to aircon not working consistently and window stuck open. Grabs found it difficult to get to the hotel due to the project down the street and the street flooding so were often cancelled, or they dropped us some way away. We would have all liked to be on one villa instead of spread across two.

The staff was friendly, the villa was quiet and small, it was cozy

During rainy days the street to the villa was flooded so I walked with my knees in water

Небольшой отель (11 номеров) с большим общественным пространством - бассейн, столовая, кухня и т. п. Поскольку у меня был поздний выезд, я обратился на рецепцию с просьбой продлить номер до вечера. Но мой номер уже был забронирован после обеда следующими постояльцами, однако мне предоставили возможность бесплатно пользоваться до вчера общественным пространством.

Напрямую до пляжа не дойти, нужно обходить. Впрочем, дорога занимает всего минут 20.

Lovely spacious room, the pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area, had plenty of room to move around and use. Breakfast had plenty to choose from to be cooked for you. The shower had the rain shower head and a separate hand held connection to choose from, which was great!. Staff where friendly, pleasant and tentative to my requests.

In my bathroom, the ceiling looked like it had water damage.

We stayed just for one night before flying out but everything was fine.

Bel établissement, propre et confortable. Personnel très accueillant. Une belle adresse !

The staff were lovely and the breakast very good.

The pools need railings to help older persons get into and out of the pool. Sometimes it is too dangerous to try so I don't swim which is a disappointment. The location is a little too far away from the main road.

La piscine

Le plus mauvais hôtel de nos 15j à Bali. Chambre vétuste mal entretenue serviette de toilette trouée . Mal placé au bout d’une impasse (15minutes mini à pied pour accéder à la plage à pied) Nous y sommes resté 3 nuits . Beaucoup d’occupants y étaient pour de long séjour sans doute qu’ils avaient de meilleures chambre (enfin j’espère pour eux)

Idéalement situé au calme d'une petite impasse proche du marché nocturne et des commerces. Chambre sans fioriture mais confortable, salle de bain pratique, plusieurs piscines très agréables. Petit-déjeuner de qualité et personnel sympathique et accueillant.

Nice view of the pool from our room. Lovely staff in the kitchen, very helpful. A women’s touch needed in running the place.

Torn sheets, towels. Nice architectual feature of glass ceiling over shower dirty. No information on checking in about how the outside kitchen worked, could we use it? No offer of drink (water) on arrival, difficult to find. Driver left us two streets away as couldn’t drive in.

Un lugar super agradable con el personal, sobre todo de cafeteria super atento. Muy tranquilo, ningún ruido, desayuno incluido a elegir entre tortillas o pankakes siempre con cafe con leche y pan de molde para las tostadas con mantequilla y mermeladam que por el precio es fenomenal!!. Si vuelvo a Bali, repetiré con toda seguridad. La piscina muy chula y con acceso a cualquier hora del dia y de la noche. Todo muy limpio y con dispensador de agua fria y caliente para cafes e infusiones las 24 horas del dia. Yo pedí una habitación accesible y me dejaron en la planta baja, así que ideal.

Por poner un pero, la ubicación que como en toda la isla, como las calles no tienen acceso directo a la playa porque están bloqueadas por hoteles o villas , hay que dar bastante vuelta para salir a la calle principal y a la plaza, pero de esto no teine culpa el establecimiento.

Came for one night before going to Lembongan early the next day. Arrived 11pm and staff were ready to greet us. Good AC, breakfast, bed and shower. We were able to use a baby cot.

The location is perfect

We did not have warm water. It was not a big issue but not comfortable

Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Filtered water was unlimited and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to great eateries and not far to shops and beach.

Breakfast was tasty, staff were helpful, overall the property was clean. Location was good and easy to navigate with a scooter. Bathroom was more spacious than an average bathroom

Breakfast options were limited, the cot and towels were a bit outdated which triggered my dust allergy slightly. I’m not a fan of transparent bathroom doors especially when you’re staying with friends.

A good stay before catching the ferry from Sanur port the next morning. 20 minutes and little cost using grab/gojak. Large villa with comfortable bed and pool right outside the room. Large bathroom equipped with toothbrushes, soap and shampoo and good shower with warm water. Within walking distance to Icon and many restaurants.

Nothing that wouldn’t put me off staying again in future. Some general feedback: - pool is essentially shared between 3 rooms, only one set of sun loungers however we were the only people who used the pool so it essentially felt private. Could be an issue if all rooms choose to use the pool. - whilst a short walk to main centre, road getting there have no pavement (like much of Bali) and cars get close when coming round bends. - asked if breakfast could be at 7:30 to catch ferry. We had a taxi booked for 7:45. By this time, we saw no staff so left without breakfast. - TV couldn’t connect to internet and therefore nothing on it worked. Again, wasn’t bothered but may be an issue to some people.

Mooie kamer met uitzicht op de zwembad, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, fiets verhuur, niet heel ver van het strand. Het zag er best chic uit, zat verstopt tussen huizen, erg verrassend

Moeilijk slapen omdat er een gezin met kinderen onder ons zaten die veel en lang geluiden maakten van deuren, huilen kinderen maar daar kan de accomodatie niets aan doen

Perfect sanctuary. Peaceful and a short stroll to the main street

We stayed in four (upper)rooms for our teams of 8 and especially the four kids having their best time with the two private swimming pools, in which also almost every other day, well maintained by the pool attendant! We really enjoyed the tasty home made breakfast made by the kitchen team each and every morning. Also, the head of villa keeper provide us with the best service and care! Definitely will come and visit again.

Please note that the narrow corridors are not suitable for cars to turn around and therefore must reverse to exit (when ordering a grab/taxi to pick you up). However, it is walking distance to the main street with all kinds of food, drinks, and entertainments, and less than 900 meters from the relatively new Icon Mall.

Mooi verblijf, prima gelegen (idealiter wel een fiets nodig, dan ben je net iets sneller). Ontbijtje ook prima, personeel vriendelijk en je kan fietsen huren.

Het is niet dat het niet beviel, maar wellicht goed om te vermelden voor toekomstige boekers dat de badkamer iets verouderd is (kalkaanslag, wat overigens logisch is). Dagelijkse schoonmaak is goed en er is geen vuil op de grond te vinden, maar hier en daar hangen wel wat stofwolkjes.

Breakfast very limited choice especially if you don’t eat eggs. Only 2 pool loungers for potentially 6 guests. Only one set of chairs & table on balcony shared between 2 rooms. Outdoor kitchen poorly equipped, cupboards dirty, no gas bottle for gas stove, no cutlery/crockery. No pool towels freely available, had to go out to office to request.

La camera grandissima con tutti i comfort. Colazione con diverse scelte. A piedi 10 minuti dalla strada principale.
