Comfortable room, good size with great balcony. Pool was lovely. Being further back from the main street made it quiet and peaceful. Well laid out with gardens.

Natuurlijk! Ik zou er een warme, eerlijke beoordeling van maken, zodat ook de kleine minpuntjes netjes genoemd worden: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Een heerlijk kleinschalig resort op een toplocatie in Sanur! Wat een fijne plek. Het resort ligt midden in Sanur, op een geweldige locatie: alles is dichtbij en toch voelt het er rustig en gemoedelijk. Het ontbijt is ontzettend goed en uitgebreid en het zwembad is heerlijk en gezellig. De tuin is prachtig en wordt heel mooi onderhouden. Ook het personeel verdient een compliment: iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer en vooral de badkamer zijn wel wat verouderd en kunnen hier en daar wat aandacht gebruiken. Maar eerlijk gezegd kijk je daar al snel doorheen, want de sfeer, de mooie tuin, de fijne ligging en de gastvrijheid maken veel goed. En ons prachtige balkon was echt een heerlijke plek om te zitten. Een heerlijke plek waar we met veel plezier hebben verbleven. Een resort waar je je welkom voelt en waar we zeker nog eens terug zouden komen! 🌴❤️

Not the hotels fault but Sanur itself is very geared up to Australians and not as authentic as some other places in Bali

We enjoyed the lay out of the hotel with individual villa type rooms. The pool was great & rooms very comfortable.

Lovely, small hotel in a very central location. Short walk to market, excellent restaurants, massages and shopping mall. Pool area is quiet and a great place to relax.

Ubicación excelente. Bonita entrada, piscina y muy agradable y silencioso para estar en plena calle central. Cómodo y personal muy amable. Destaco la atención de Ari antes de llegar y durante la estancia.

Un poco viejo y con algún desperfecto en los muebles de la habitación. El baño podría estar mejor de instalación, muebles y sanitarios. Les falta un poco de actualización pero como el resto es tan cómodo y bueno compensa.

Bathroom shower and toilet dated and stained. They do clean it but doesnt look clean. Room a little dark not enough natural light for me.

The gardens were pleasant, the breakfast was good, the location is excellent. Shout out to the lovely Ubud barista who was a delight to chat to in the morning. The cafe staff were friendly and attentive.

Filthy tiles , jammed bathroom door ( had to scrape it along the tiles every time), loose toilet seat, grey dirty towels, dirty sideboard, very noisy,aircon, small worn fridge,stained curtains, sweat stains on the mattress protector, I was too afraid to look at the pillows. I note these have been mentioned in previous reviews and are aspects easily identified by the daily cleaning staff. I think carefully before submitting negative reviews but these are all easy fixes which show pride in your business and respect to your customers. I have attached photos to verify these concerns. Reception staff were perfunctory at best, I don’t expect a brass band but a little wave and hello on passing would be hospitable. .

My bed a little hard for me

Great position and very reasonable priced . We did book 2 nights but never planned to stay fully the second night owing to our late flight home . Puri Sading hotel was great for this as it’s a reasonable priced hotel, in a great position to just enjoy your last day . Pool was the warmest we swam , we had a pool, view room at the front with only steps to walk into the pool . We didn’t notice it too much but if there were many children in pool could be noisy .

Excellent location and excellent breakfast. I was VERY happy that safe drinking water was provided in glass bottles. This is a very effective way to reduce the evil plastic bottles in Bali.

The bathroom was very sad in every way. The shower aimed four narrow jets at the floor outside the enclosure. The shower curtain was stained. The tiles were cracked. The towels were old and grey. There was a cockroach living there 🙁

There is a pool, there is a very nice breakfast, location is as good as it gets without being on the beach. Value for money is very good

The photos on booking.com make the hotel appear very luxurious, however being there it feels just a little bit more luxurious than a budget hotel. The photos make the room appear bigger than it is, and the exterior of the hotel also more luxurious and bigger than it is in reality. Beds in particular felt a bit small for 2 people.

Struttura pulita, personale molto accogliente e disponibile e diverse scelte per la colazione. La posizione è ottima per godersi qualche giorno a Sanur.

Kamers zijn eenvoudig, wel redelijk schoon maar verdienen wel een opknapbeurt, vooral douche en sanitair. Kast voor kleding is erg smal, slechts vier hangers en legplank wordt geheel in beslag genomen door kluis.

Room is basic and clean with Hot Showers, Air conditioning and WIFI. Plenty of space and a functioning and cold Fridge. The gardens were well kept and the pool was great. Close proximity to places to eat, icon mall and shopping.

Really great location in the centre of Sanur. Lovely pool facilities and garden. Ari at reception went above and beyond to organise our trip to Nusa Lembongan and helped us when we accidentally left things behind in our room. Very much appreciated!

Very good location and overall the property and staff fantastic, beautiful gardens and pool was great.

Bench top where kettle was had a little bit of mould and tray with cups and saucer on needed replacing.

Puri Sading is a 'Go To' for us in recent trips to Bali. It is the laid back Sanur area where there are many restaurants, bars and shopping experiences. We just love the location and wee impressed by the recently completed restaurant/cafe with either airconditioned or open street front areas. The service, food and particularly the coffee matched the quality new surroundings. We will be back !

Decor is a little tired. Water pressure was not to strong, but adequate.

Booked room with terrace but got room upstairs. Asked to change rooms as our grandma wasn't able to take all the stairs and had to pay extra for it. Room was small and quite run down... bathroom old. For the price we ended up paying I expected more quality. Location in itself is great but hotel has little atmosphere.

Sous classement pendant 2 nuits,nous avions retenu une chambre avec de grandes portes fenêtres, obligé de se disputer et de porter nos valises à l'accueil pour avoir la chambre réservée au bout de 2 jours.on m'a même dit que les photos ne correspondait pas à la chambre qu elles avaient rajouté pour faire joli. On a insinué que je mentais pour la carte piscine quand j'ai dit ne pas l'avoir eu en me montrant les caméras à 3 reprises et le lendemain après avoir demandé à se qu'elle visionne les caméras, elle a reconnu ne pas nous avoir donné la carte , obligé d'insister pour avoir des excuses. Personnels énormément désagréables, se permettant de dire aux clients qu'ils mentent a tort, et de très mauvaise foi, à éviter absolument si vous voulez pas qu'ils vous gâchent votre séjour. Nous n'avions jamais été traités aussi mal et de façon malpoli comme cet établissement. Photo de la chambre réservée et photos de la chambre attribuée , celle de l'intérieur a été prise en plein jour.

Struttura al centro di Sanur, ottima posizione, colazione eccellente locale a scelta fra cibo indonesiano e altre piccole specialità tra dolce e salato, veramente di buon livello. Stanza pulita e molto grande, letto comodo, ottima aria condizionata, nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo 9 !
