A bit strict on pool towels. No hand towel in the rooms. The pool was too warm. Can’t be helped as it’s just from the sun not heated.

Schönes Hotel mit schönem Garten. Die Lage war super ,nicht weit zum Strand.Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich.Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstück.

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Full Stop. The price is expensive if you compare with the room situation and facilities. The room have bad smell and the toilet is dirty. The floor in the room also very cold and the hotel did not provide room slippers. The furniture also looking old, bad smell and dusty. It is very different with the pictures in the booking platform.

This little place was a surprise. Once you got passed the very tired and old reception area the hotel was lovely. We stayed in a queen room which looked as if it had recently had a revamp. The bed was amazing, pillows soft. A nice little veranda with pool view. Mini bar, fridge what more do you need. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. Total value for money.

The face of the property definitely could do with some love. New sunbeds would be nice too. Although this didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

5 minute walk to Sanur beach, lots of good food and bars nearby clean and comfortable rooms.

Location was so convenient, easy access to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The grounds are fabulous, so lots of cover around the pool which is Cristal clear and warm. Aircon was really good.

Room was a bit dark even with curtains open.

Location was very central to everything, shops, beach, cafes, yet it was very quiet in the resort. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area was really lovely and relaxing. I had the deluxe room by the pool and it was perfect.. Meals from the nearby restaurant ( Forketta) were fresh and tasty, very good value... I would definitely stay there again. Great value

The restaurant by the pool only had Bintang and Sprite... a few other options would have been nice..

Great location, central to beach, cafes, restaurants etc. Pool area was lovely with mature gardens and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was very dated and in need of refurbishment. There is a sewer smell coming from the shower drain after use. Sheets and towels were in need of replacement also. Get a pool room if you can as these have been refurbished, we didn't see them but have been told by returning guests who are always pleased.

Just off the main road, the beach a five minute walk away, beautiful property and pool - had the pool all to myself one day! Quiet, staff friendly. Mini bar and fridge with lockable wardrobes.

The only thing is that the limescale was bad on the shower, but it’s to be expected. I didn’t like the gap between the door and the frame, as I could smell the people next door smoking.

It was very near the beach - just two minutes walk to the middle of Sanur beach. The hotel was very quiet and the room was comfortable. Everything was so good that we cancelled 2 nights in a much more expensive hotel to spend our last 2 days in Bali at the Wirasana Inn. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging this for us.

Great location in central Sanur, easy walking distance to the beach, Icon mall and the many eateries on JL Tamligan. Wonderful gardens and a superb breakfast. Very good value for money.

The hotel is a bit tired, and so are the rooms,bathroom towels so old that they appear grey, also have a damp smell. The pool is great, unfortunately its losing tiles which guests were picking up and leaving on the the pool edge. Also need to get water dispensers in the rooms as its not only environmentally good, its saves guests from having to purchase at the supermarkets as not much water was provided. On saying this i would still come back here.

Everything the staff were friendly and very helpful especially Wifa who was a great help

The location was excellent. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong, which made it easy to get work done during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was a wonderful place to relax. The beds were comfortable, and I especially enjoyed my first stay in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Having Toni, the taxi driver stationed just outside, was also a huge bonus. He was reliable and very helpful.

The rooms are definitely showing their age and could use some updating. While everything was functional, the accommodations felt a bit worn. The pillows were old and lumpy, so I was grateful I had brought my own. The bathrooms also lacked counter or shelf space, making it difficult to keep toiletries organized.

Excellent location…close to beach and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful.

- The shower does not work properly, it is very cold or very hot, nothing in between - Towels are clean but very worn out, need change for new ones - Whole complex needs modernization but the value and location is still very good for the price

Upon arrival, the property immediately felt unclean and unwelcoming. The communal toilets were in a disgraceful condition, far worse than those found in most restaurants. When we opened our room, we were hit by a shocking, suffocating odor of mold; the smell was so potent that even the staff recoiled. We requested alternative accommodations, but as they could not provide two different rooms, they suggested we cancel. Which we gladly did.
