We arrived in front of the "Villa" and there wasnt any host who should meet us there except some neighbour who also tried to find the owner. He tried to find the keys of the apartment but he couldnt find them so we decided to book some other place and thank God, another Hotel was 100ft away and now we are there. Adress which is on the booking.com doesnt exist.. you should continue to drive for additional 3 minutes with car if you want to find "Villa". It should be forbidden to book this place to save some other people. And its not 5 min from airport, it is 12. Horror.

Не бронируйте данный отель!Хозяйка является мошенницей!Мы час не могли найти местоположение из-за того ,что вывеска не на английском языке как указано на букинге ,а на турецком языке,затем когда нашли никого на месте не было.Мы долго искали как связаться с хозяйкой,в итоге сосед помог нам до нее дозвониться,и на мой вопрос где вы и как нам попасть в номер,она начала возмущаться и хамить.Я еще раз спросила где вы ,на что она сказала,что она не придет чтобы я отменила бронь и она вернет деньги.По итогу мы остались без номера и с чемоданами на улице.Сосед сказала что она так часто поступает,в итоге люди просто уходят.Деньги она мне не вернула!Не советую!!

The hotel is hard to find; it is located in a remote area. The hostess wasn't there, so I had to wait for her to arrive. The key had been left inside a dirty sneaker. Furthermore, the room had no fridge, cups, or spoons. It was very dirty! All the cupboards were stuffed with personal belongings.

I really appreciated our host, Hatice. She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Despite our taxi being delayed and our late arrival, she waited for us in the middle of the night and even made my hungry child a quick snack at 2 a.m. The place is quiet, private, and conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, making it a great option for a long layover or an overnight stay between flights. Just a note: If you’re planning to take an Uber from the airport, be aware that it can be confusing. The airport doesn’t allow rideshare drivers to pick up passengers near the terminal, so you’ll need to walk quite a distance to reach the pickup point, which felt a bit unsafe late at night. If I had known that in advance, I would have taken one of the airport taxis instead. Getting an Uber from the property, however, was easy and hassle-free. Just make sure to have some cash on hand.

Wonderful villa close to Istanbul airport (7 minutes by taxi), clean room, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, a silent place, a hospitable host, a good place to stay between flights.

Katastrophe, der Gastgeber geht nicht ans Telefon, der Taxifahrer findet die Adresse nicht. Wir mussten spontan in der Nacht ein Hotelzimmer buchen. Bookingcom will uns das Geld nicht zurück erstatten, mit der Begründung, der Gastgeber reagiere nicht auf die Mail. Ist das zu glauben?

The interior is very modern and attractive.

It is an UNSTAFFED location. You are basically stranded with no resources in a neighborhood where you can walk to nothing. You have to get the help of a (wonderful) neighbor to contact the owners, who come and let you in. But, compared to a hotel, this is a real hassle when there is no staff to help you. Also, note that the exterior and tha landscaping are run down and not the least attractive Note that there are multiple bedrooms in the house, but only a single bathroom, located on the 2nd floor. So you will have to walk down the hall to go to the bath, plus if you are lodged on the third floor, down a flight of stairs. This might be difficult at night for some people, especially in view of the fact that the stairs curve. Also, the claim that you can purchase a dinner on site was a joke. The owner called Domino's Pizza on our behalf. That is hardly a great dinner.

Die Unterkunft wurde vorab über meine Ankunft informiert. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde die Tür jedoch nicht geöffnet, sodass ich die Unterkunft wieder verlassen und mir eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen musste. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schwer auffindbar, da sie abseits der Hauptstraße liegt. Der in Google Maps angegebene Referenzpunkt ist nicht korrekt, und vor Ort ist die Unterkunft weder ausgeschildert noch eindeutig erkennbar.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo. La casa è accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio, con tante stanze bellissime, arredate con gusto e tenute davvero alla perfezione. Si percepisce subito quanta attenzione e passione ci siano dietro ogni cosa. Ma la vera differenza la fa la proprietaria: una persona incredibile. Gentile, dolce, simpatica e sempre disponibile. Mi ha aiutata anche a organizzare il taxi senza farmi preoccupare di nulla, facendomi sentire subito a casa. In più, mi ha preparato da mangiare lei personalmente ed è stato tutto buonissimo: porzioni super abbondanti, prodotti fatti da lei e una qualità davvero rara da trovare. Si vede che mette il cuore in quello che fa. Un posto che consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto per l’atmosfera umana e autentica che si respira. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte.

Во-первых, отель позиционировался как близкий к аэропорту. Это не так. Я шла пешком с чемоданом минут 30 пешком от автобусной остановки. При том, что нет совершенно никаких указателей и если бы не прохожие, то шанса найти отель бы не было. На обратном пути - утром все равно пришлось брать такси в аэропорт. Хотя идея была именно в том, чтобы рано утром добраться быстро и без такси в аэропорт. Во-вторых, у меня была ужасная комната. Такое впечатление, что передо мной ее не убирали. Возможно, в других комнатах иначе и мне просто не повезло. Матрас был проломлен в нескольких местах, а простыня были с дырками. Душ не рискнула принимать. При поиске отеля - ориентир вывеска: Üzüm Konaklari

Une très grande maison avec une très grande chambre, lit confortable. La propriétaire est très sympathique, elle nous a aidé à confirmer la réservation de transport transfert aéroport le lendemain matin.

Pas de signalisation pour se rendre à la maison. Heureusement on est tombé sur un chauffeur sympathique qui a contacté la propriétaire pour avoir des explications supplémentaires pour s'y rendre.

Phòng không giống như chúng tôi thấy trên mô tả . Nên khi bước vào chúng tôi đã rời đi và không ở lại đó dù chúng tôi đang rất mệt . Một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn không tốt chút nào . Tôi nghỉ rằng Booking.com đã không kiểm tra và xác nhận đúng để một nơi hoàn toàn không đủ tiêu chuẩn và an toàn để vận hành lưu trú .

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with a lovely villa feel. The staff were also very helpful.

we had difficulty finding the hotel because there was no name displayed on the building, so we drove around a bit trying to spot it.

The host is so kind, she’s willing to help you with everything you need. It’s a private villa house, pretty big on three floors, with various room. I got the one with the private bathroom for a modest price. The facilities are not the best (the bathroom flooded after one shower) but for the price it was perfect and comfortable. It’s really near IST airport (10 min by taxi), if you need a backup like our case (flight cancelled last minute) it’s the best option.

Majutus asub keset perifeeriat kus ümberringi barrakid- väljast ei ütleks, et see majutusasutus on. Bookingust ette tellitud/tasutud taxojuhti lennujaamas vastas ei olnud! Isegi kohalikul taxojuhil võttis kaua aega majutuse asukoha leidmine, sest google maps näitas kõike muud kui majutuse asukohta. Lõpuks majutuse perenaise juhatamisele kohale jõudes pidime pikalt ootama väljas, teeääres värva taga perenaist, kes kuskilt mujalt tulles meid sisse lasi. Oli tõsiselt külm, niiske ilm. Perenaine ei vabandanud, et pikemalt väljas ootama pidime:( "Wonderful Villa" on väga-väga väsinud (ukse avamisel jäi link kätte, maja ja dussiruum külmad kui loomalaut) Kuulutuses olev info on eksitav, kus lubatakse sööke-jooke, suupisteid jms. Reaalsuses juhatab perenaine teid soovi korral poodi süüa ostma. Lähimad kaks poodi on väga nõrga valikuga, lähemasse ärge sisenege- saate shocki.

Close to the airport, confortabile and spacious rooms, kind host, and clean.

The only thing was that communication was lacking - I coordinated to eat the local meal between 6:00-7:30pm but didn’t hear anything about it until 10pm. When I asked the host she thought I had already eaten and that her brother had taken care of it, so she ordered me take-out after that. There are no other good options around the property so it was my only choice! The host was kind and apologetic, just very busy and not able to keep up with guests’ needs.

Хареса ми отношението на може би сибственичката която се погрижи за мен и 2 годишната ми дъщеря след 40 часово пътуване бяхме изтущени и трябваше да чакаме полет за следващият ден. Направих резервацията и се настаних буквално след час. Собственичката приготви супа за дъщеря ми ( часът беше почти полунощ) за което съм много благодарен и наистина бих се върнал отново там. Искам да кажа едно голямо Благодаря! Спасихте ме в много труден момент!

Attitude of the staff. Before I come, I already asked if someone can help carrying our luggage up and down the staircases. I specifically mentioned we would arrive at midnight and the next day 06:45. The one answered in WhatsApp said 'I will help' so I booked the place. When we arrived, the lady waited for us grumbly said she was alone, must carry luggage to 3rd floor, sounding so unhappy. She mentioned she did not want to come earlier then next day to help us carrying down the luggage. If we were not happy, she could refund us the money . My point is why promise if you don't want to do it. To threaten us like that to us, foreigners, who arrived at midnight, so unfair. Bad attitude. If from beginning they say could not help with the luggage, I will not book there. The places are dirty too

First I want to say that even local car services had a hard time finding the place. Once they realized they had to drive down a dirt road into a village they located it from photo provided. Walkway to the entrance is a mix of broken rocks and flag stones and grass. Very difficult to move luggage. Staff don’t like answering there phone or answering questions in a timely manner within booking website. Checking in thy did not provide any way to lock the door from either inside or outside. After several unanswered calls and booking messages I had to contact Booking support for them to reach out to why no locks are provided. Only after that the staff irritatedly gave a key to the room. Overall the room was very dirty with visual signs it was not cleaned. Crumbs in draws and candy wrappers left behind. Exposed lighting wire in the ceiling with no light, bathroom lamp tied wall rack plugged into extension cord. Shower wand missing with just cut tube. Overall a very bad experience, especially after a 12 hour flight.

It was so hard to find the address at midnight and the room with private bathroom was at 3rd floor and no lift and smell of cleaner whitex didnt allow me to sleep and the bed and blancket was super wet.. it was like scary movie at late time

Everything was great. The staff was very helpful. My mother in law was traveling by herself and didn’t know the language. They were very accommodating. I really appreciate it.
