Находится близко от аэропорта, две остановки на метро, да, от метро нужно немного пройти пешком, но недалеко. Отель чистый, номер достаточно просторный, хорошо убран, есть все необходимое, шампуни, чай, кофе, вода, удобный трансфер на хорошем микроавтобусе за 20 евро в одну сторону , англоязычный любезный персонал, также если попадаете в дневное время, то в отеле есть завтраки и еда по меню

The hotel staff were incredibly gracious and friendly! It was early evening when I arrived, and the staff went above and beyond to set up a solo table in the garden, just for me, so I could watch the sunset and enjoy the fresh air while eating dinner. Although my room was sparse and kind of "bare bones," it was spotlessly clean, surprisingly quiet despite being under a flight path, and very comfortable. (Bonus: I used the hotel's airport shuttle and was happy with their clear communication, as well as the friendliness and skill of the driver.)

I didn't like that the only light switch was across the room near the entrance. A small lamp near the bed would have been helpful, or even a light switch near the bed.

It’s a close drive to the airport. They have a restaurant (looks like a small breakfast room). But they served good food and at reasonable price! It had room for our family of 5. Also, it has AC in the room. They offered us airport shuttle. When we realized we needed to be there sooner than the shuttle was picking us up, we asked for it to be moved up. They didn’t seem like they could do anything about it. But early morning, the van showed up early and we left in time!

First of all, if you’re American - don’t come to another country expecting hotels to be like America. They just aren’t. So the building itself had some minor craftsmanship imperfections. You can just tell it isn’t constructed like American buildings. But it’s clean! The staff was very friendly to us. And willing to answer questions. They cooked and served us dinner it was very fast.

Location. Very efficient airport / hotel transport. Good value.

Welcoming staff, great location if you need a few hours of rest between flights.

In the room it was full with mosquitos, lost 1 hour to kill them. The shuttle service is nice but a bit pricy for 9min trip.

Velmi profesionální a ochotný personál s velmi dobrou znalostí anglického jazyka. Hotel je na velmi dobrém a klidném místě. Spousta míst pro parkování vozidla.

Myslím, že v hotelu téhle kategorie, by měla být na pokoji k dispozici lednice. Cedulka na recepci "Zákaz donášky vlastního jídla a pití" mě přišla hodně přes čáru. S tímhle jsem se za více, než 100 ubytování ještě nesetkal.

Second time in this hotel. Stayed two years ago. Since then, they opened a restaurant/cafe as there is nothing to eat out nearby in the walking distance. Also, brought down the price of the airport transfer which I used this time. Other than that, no change, rooms are just basic. This place is perfect for one night stays to catch your next flight, but not more than that.

Windows have poor insulation, stayed twice during summer, and it was fine, however, not sure if rooms are warm enough during winters, as there will be definitely some draught of cold air. Have not used the restaurant as the prices seems to be on par with cafes in downtown Istanbul.

The location was a bit scary when I arrived late at night because there was nobody nearby and the street lights were shut down or very weak, so I was afraid that somebody would come and blackmail me in a foreign country, but luckily it was safe, and the hotel was good.

The place is great in term of proximity to the airport. You can even get the metro to/ from the airport since the metro station is 10min walking distance from the hotel. It was basic facilities but very good for the value and proximity for a night of stay when in transfer. I was a little uncomfortable first since I was traveling solo and the hotel looked rather basic in terms of security (felt a little remote when I arrived in the middle of the night) but the staff were on shift 24-7 and then I could feel ok to get some rest. The reception staff were friendly, caring and professional. They showed responsibility and care when I had questions about whether tab water is drinkable or about how easy the access to the metro is, etc.

We needed a basic hotel near Istanbul Airport for one night, and this was the only one we could find available. Our first impression was a bit confusing. The hotel had a different name than the one we booked, so we initially thought we were in the wrong place. The location, which is quite isolated, and the exterior of the building were also a bit surprising. However, once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the room was equipped with all the basic amenities. Overall, despite our initial doubts, it turned out to be a comfortable and convenient option for a short stay near the airport.

The exterior could use some updating, as it doesn't make the best first impression.

Las camas y la limpieza excelentes. El personal que atiende súper amable sobretodo la chica de Pakistán, muy atenta!

El baño está muy deteriorado, se sale el agua de la ducha, el WC estaba despegado del piso. La entrada al baño tenía la pieza de metal rota y nos golpeamos.

Transfert nickel dès la sortie de l’avion, sans aucun stress. L’hôtel était vraiment parfait pour une étape d’une nuit après le vol : confortable, propre et bien pensé pour se reposer. Et cerise sur le gâteau, plusieurs restaurants sympas juste à côté, accessibles à pied, pour manger un morceau sans avoir à chercher loin. Une très bonne première impression pour démarrer le séjour. L’hôtel propose aussi un repas !

Zimil was an amazing receptionist, gave me great advice and made the stay wonderful! Best receptionist ever!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage etc. The room was spacious with a big TV and good air-conditioning. I arrived late as I had an overnight layover at Istanbul before an early afternoon flight. The shuttle was quick and efficient both ways as the hotel is close to the airport but with good soundproofing. For dinner at the hotel I bought the meat and cheese toasted sandwiches ( 2 full sandwiches) with freshly cooked hot chips , tomato and cucumber ( only 10 Euro) and ate in my room rather than the dining room. I would happily stay there again if need to be near the airport for an early or late flight.

Nothing once I was in the hotel. Don't be put off by the street and surrounding buildings.

The hotel offers a shuttle for €25, but it's a bit pricey. If you don't have too much luggage, you can easily walk to the train station instead and take the train (which starts running at 6:40 AM) to save your money!

Great location by the airport. Great value for money but you do get what you pay for.

Near the airport. Airplanes are quite close but you don't hear them, I slept well. Comfy beds and the room is quite spacious. Free water provided and room tea and coffee available. The front desk was polite and professional. We'll organized for the shuttle bus.

Electric socket are too high and the cable of the kettle too short so we had to put it on the bed to boil the water (it's just a little thing).

I have no complaints regarding this place or its services, but the combo hotel+transfer obviously costs a lot of money. I understand that other places nearby may charge the same, but at this rate a connection using another airport may be more affordable than IST.

We booked this hotel for our parents for one night because it was conveniently located near the airport. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment they arrived. The first issue was that the hotel had a completely different name from the one listed on Booking.com. It was called New Green! When they asked about it, the staff said the hotel’s name had changed just two days earlier. If that is true, the listing on Booking.com should have been updated immediately. The explanation given by the staff regarding the hotel’s name change was not convincing. Guests should not have to arrive at a hotel with a completely different name than the one they booked. Arriving at an unfamiliar hotel with a different name is confusing and concerning and a safety issue. The room they were initially given did not match the room shown in the listing. After they complained, they were moved to another room, but it was not much better. The door had an old, worn-out lock with an outdated key and could be easily forced in from the outside, which made my elderly parents feel very unsafe during the night. To make matters worse, the room did not even have toilet paper upon arrival, which reflects a lack of basic housekeeping and attention to guests. Probably they know some guests spend a night only for airport transfers and do not provide what they advertise. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The misleading hotel name not matching, room not matching the advertised photos, the security concerns, and the lack of basic amenities made this stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this property and listing.

The hotel is located close to the airport, very basic, but adequate for an overnight stop.

I dont know why it is called "the New Garden" hotel, as there is no garden in sight. The site looks more like a building/construction site, The room was clean but quite small - the double bed was pushed up against the wall. There is a small cafeteria on site for basic food choices - but very limited.

The price to ratio quality is decent. The facility doesn't have that many things, but it's enough for a short stay. The rooms was spacious and was relatively clean. I'd have preferred if the bathroom was in a better shape. It could use some renovation. You could hear the planes from inside, but not too much to cause a disturbance and there were also not that many flying over that part of the city. There were some small issues with completely closing the window. It couldn't click to indicate it's completely closed, despite being pushed all the way. The location is a bit strange, but nothing too bad, it's just before a hill, so when you go you have to go down and then when you exit you have to go uphill. Despite that, after the hill, the metro station is very close, which makes it convenient for travelling to the airport or to the center. The staff was great! They even helped me with my car at 2am in the night, which I am very grateful for!

Google said it’s mostly flat… Google lied😂… definitely not walkable from train station to hotel with luggage with 2 uphills and 2 downhills.. I guess equals mostly flat😂

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, da das Hotel ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Can’t actually estimate New Garden Airport hotel exactly, as I was placed in totally different one (named D Twins Airport hotel) positioned to me as “our second block” The only positive thing worth mentioning: very friendly staff and transfer driver, as well as lower transfer cost (20 eur instead of 25 in other hotels)

Cheating on hotels and rooms: instead of New Garden Airport hotel I was provided worse for wear room in D Twins Airport hotel which seems a bit lower-priced that I paid. P.s. As it was 01:30 am didn’t want to waste time on open up the debate
