Nous avons apprécié la clarté du logement, son aménagement et sa belle décoration dans un environnement calme. La livraison des viennoiseries le matin était appréciable. Celles de Martinucci étaient les meilleures.

Nous avons trouvé un peu de vaisselle sale à notre arrivée dans le lave vaisselle et le miroir de la SDB n'avait pas été nettoyé. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu trop limités.

Everything was just perfect. The delivery of warm croissants each morning an unexpected and welcome inclusion. 😊

Super lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta. Czyste, przyjemne miejsce, z niezbędnym wyposażeniem (suszarka do włosów, żelazko, kosmetyki, ręczniki, sztućce). Cały zespół bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Stanął na wysokości zadania aby przyjąć nas wcześniej niż godziny zameldowania. Klimatyzacja w szczycie sezonu letniego okazała się zbawienna. Pyszne rogaliki dostarczane codziennie.

Dwie małe niedogodności: 1. Krótki kabel od żelazka - trzeba wykonywać spokojne ruchy aby nie wyrywać z gniazdka. 2. Lodówka chłodziła bardzo delikatnie.

Superbly located in the old town with access to many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. They did our washing for free and booked us our onward taxi. Every morning someone arrived with a basket of fresh croissants. The room was cleaned daily.

We loved the property. Word of warning though, it is on the second floor with narrow steep stairs so anyone with mobility problems may encounter difficulties. We also suggest not taking luggage that is too large.

Wonderful! Immaculately clean, quiet, cool, and tastefully decorated, perfect location. Excellent bed, excellent shower, excellent staff. We loved the monogrammed towels and even the hand soap smells amazing. The room had everything we needed including wine glasses and a corkscrew, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board, kettle and coffee maker. The air conditioning saved us during the heat wave. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect!

The property and location was perfect we felt very much at home. The staff were very helpful particularly Cristina and Valentina made us feel very welcome and looked after us. We loved the personal touch of fresh pastries in the morning and thoughtful gesture of the special birthday treat - Grazi Mille!

It would have been useful to have guidance and map available in the room on the area and getting around.

clean nice apartment on super location

The apartment is located right in the heart of Bari’s old town, yet on a very quiet street. We stayed for one night and didn’t hear any noise at all, apart from a few scooters passing by. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed: an iron, a hairdryer, cutlery, plates, and wine glasses (which some guests may appreciate). In the morning, we were treated to fresh croissants, and there was also a coffee machine in the room. One of the biggest highlights was that we were allowed to check in three hours earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was centrally located. Our host was very prompt in her responses and helpful with recommendations for the area.

No elevator and 3 flights of stairs was a lot with our luggage.

So friendly and brought pastries every morning to go with our coffee. The apartment was cool and very clean.and well provisioned. Support staff available by phone when required - would definitely stay here again!

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist groß genug für 2 Personen und alles sehr sauber. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück hatten, haben wir frische Croissants am ersten Tag bekommen und im Zimmer sind auch ein paar Kleinlichkeiten zum frühstücken inkl. Kaffee und Tee. Das Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum und ist von der Garage (kostenpflichtig) in 350m zu erreichen.

Location was good in the center

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. The room had visible mold, and you could smell it as soon as you entered. It was very dark, with only one small window, and it felt damp all the time. The room was on the ground floor, so you could hear every person walking outside. There is also a building under renovation right next to the property, with construction workers and a construction lift operating from morning until evening, which made it very noisy. Based on the name “Luxury Home”, I expected something completely different. Unfortunately, this place did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it

Most probably this is the best location in town. Right in the hearth of the city, close to everything. Excellent, recently renovated facilities. Everything you need. Fresh croissants every morning, lovely.

I am not sure about the market for rent, but looking into the overall expenses for this trip, this is the biggest cost. If this is an overall middle cost location, something to think about.

This was my second stay, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. Patrizia and Cristina are truly exceptional hosts who make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Patrizia goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. From helping me arrange hair and nail appointments before a wedding to organizing transportation and making sure every detail of my stay was seamless, she was always there with kindness, warmth, and a willingness to help. Her thoughtfulness made me feel less like a guest and more like family. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail is carefully considered, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the small balcony is the perfect place to unwind in the evening and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you, Patrizia and Cristina, for another amazing stay. It was central in the old quarter of Bari. Very clean, comfortable and easy to find. The owner had left cakes and biscuits as well as tea and coffee capsules and also delivered a selection of fresh croissants for breakfast which was an unexpected surprise

The only thing which should probably be mentioned on the site is that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone of Bari and so we had to reorganise the pickup for our pre booked taxi which at late notice was a little more complicated

The room was really comfortable and suited our needs, Cristina let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected which was great. Close to everything and really quiet, which was great as I am a light sleeper. We would highly recommend to stay here.

Purtroppo gli Ospiti al piano di sopra avevano un cane che ha abbaiato tutto il pomeriggio, urlavano al telefono in viva voce. Visto il gran caldo e dopo aver girato tutto il giorno, avevamo deciso di riposare un po dopo pranzo e riprendere più tardi la visita di Bari.

Everything about this apartment was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, the place was spotlessly clean and cleaning was done daily. Fresh croissants were delivered daily for breakfast. When my husband fell and discolated his shoulder, the owner went above and beyond to help us.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Porta Piccola Luxury Home. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, especially the bed, which was perfect after a long day in the city. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Bari and close to everything we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Camera molto ben arredata, bagno nuovo con tutti i prodotti necessari per la doccia. Frigorifero con bottiglie d'acqua e bottiglietta di latte, macchina caffè con accessorio per montare il latte per fare il cappuccino, con una varietà di biscotti, brioches confezionate, marmellate e fette biscottate. Molto apprezzate le brioches fresche consegnateci la mattina alle 9.30

La zona dove si trova la camera e il fatto che sia a piano terra quindi con poca privacy, è poi molto difficile da trovare anche con Google maps e rientrare la sera nel vicolo non è il massimo

Lage ist sehr gut- das Parken in der Nähe jedoch eine Herausforderung.

Der Zugang mit den codes ist umständlich, einmal hat die Öffnung der elektronischen Tür nicht funktioniert. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, ein erholsamer Schlaf war leider nicht gegeben.

We liked the size of the apartment and were impressed with the high standard, the comfortable bed and the decor. The apartment felt very safe and secure. We were very happy with the generous supply of toiletries and refreshments. The location was excellent as just around the corner of Piazza Del Ferrarese and close to the Basilica of St. Nicholas. It was a pleasure getting lost around the alleys and streets of Old Bari

We had the ground floor apartment and there was a hot water boiler which made a noticeable noise at night but otherwise it was very quiet and felt very secure.
