Das Zimmer war ein Zimmer mit dem Bett auf einer Art Galerie. Für ältere Personen ist diese Zimmeraufteilung eher ungeeignet. Nachts aufzustehen, ohne den Partner zu wecken, ist praktisch unmöglich. Die Couch ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bereits durchgesessen. Sky-TV hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert, obwohl ich den Defekt gemeldet hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar und bot kaum Abwechslung. Es gab lediglich eine Brotsorte (keine Brötchen) sowie Rührei, Bacon, Mozzarella, Käse und Schinken. Dazu kamen zwei Kuchensorten, Mini-Croissants, Mini-Pains au Chocolat, Mini-Muffins, zwei Marmeladensorten, Nutella und ein kleiner Teller mit Obst. Die "Säfte" waren nicht frisch gepresst. Das Angebot war an jedem Tag identisch.

Gute zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, großzügig Zimmer über zwei Etagen Das Abendessen im Restaurant auf der Rooftop Terrasse war außergewöhnlich gut!

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, wir hatten zum Beispiel Haare auf dem Boden beim Einzug und im Bad hat es nach Kanalisation gerochen

Top Lage in Bari Vecchia. Modernes, luxuriöses Ambiente, schön renoviertes Altstadthaus. Freundliches Personal, super Frühstück. Klimaanlage, die nicht zieht. Sehr gutes Rooftop-Restaurant (Badù Bistrot).

Der Zimmerservice hat nur das nötigste gemacht (= Bett & Abfalleimer). WC-Papier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Handtücher und Trinkgläser nicht ausgetauscht. Würde ich bei diesem Preis erwarten.

Très bon hôtel avec un super emplacement. Rue très calme très belle terrasse pour le restaurant où boire un verre. Petit déjeuner très bien .

Très bien situé dans le centre historique, joli bâtiment, une chambre vaste et confortable, un bon accueil avec un apéritif de bienvenue offert sur le rooftop! Nous avons très bien dîné au restaurant du rooftop où nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par une charmante dame qui parlait français.

Location was good, in the old town but still quiet at night.

Felt very disorganised, things were not explained well. For example, receiving a text to say we had a welcome drink on the roof terrace but the roof terrace wasn’t open so there wouldn’t be a welcome drink. In addition, we had several codes given to us to open the door and some didn’t work.

Il est recommandé de se garer dans les parkings extérieurs mais il était possible de trouver des places très proches. Grande marche inutile avec de gros bagages... L' accueil était très moyen : la réceptionniste n'avait pas l' air de maîtriser grand-chose... Aucune bouteille d'eau dans la chambre alors qu'il fait 33 degrés... Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas bon.

Situation géographique excellente, la taille de la chambre super et la clim ! Indispensable en cette période caniculaire. Planche à repasser et eau dans le frigo à disposition. La disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil. L'apéritif d'accueil sur le rooftop tres appréciable.

La chambre bien que propre avait des petits oublis dans les petits coins. Les murs de la salle de bain ont besoins d'une petite retouche.

Die Lage und die Terrasse

Das Bett war gebrochen und schief und die Wände schimmeln! Es sollte der krönende Abschluss zum Geburtstag meiner Mama werden aber schon beim Betreten mussten wir feststellen, dass das Bett gebrochen war. Ich bin sofort zur Rezeption aber das Haus war voll und sie konnten uns nur ein Doppelzimmer für 3 Personen anbieten. Das wollten wir nicht also mussten wir 4,5 Stunden warten und uns wurde ein Zimmer in der gleichen Kategorie versprochen. Als wir vom Abendessen retour kamen dann der Supergau, das neue Zimmer stank bestialisch und alles war voller Schimmel. Das Hotel wollte mir das Geld nicht refundieren und so mussten wir in einem kaputten Bett schlafen. Der Manager wollte nicht mir sprechen und es war eine absolute Horrornacht!

The palazzo is conveniently located on the edge of the historic town, making it easy to arrive and depart with baggage and a car during open periods and to relax and enjoy the time at night. There is plenty of street parking and the MooneyGo makes parking and payment a breeze. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed.

Bellísimo palazzo con ubicación ideal! Caminamos a todos lados en minutos. Muy amplio el Depto, con mesa, sillas y cocina. Tiene una estación de café muy completa y una terraza hermosa. Nos dieron una copa de bienvenida en la terraza, que es un restaurante abierto al público. Las chicas de la recepción fueron muy amables. Desayuno excelente!!

Что больше всего удивило. грязные простыни на большой кровати - это не приемлемо, но когда ложились уже было больше 2 часов на ре5сешн никого не было, для замены белья, пришлось спать на этом. Это сильно испортило общее впечатление от отеля, не рекомендую

The location was great.

The hotel room was in desperate need of a refresher. Maintenance is not taking care of the rooms and so wall outlets are not safely secure. The shower is beyond its lifespan and needs a replacement as the metal was corroded. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens appeared overused. Two separate chairs in the room were cracked in half and the shampoo appeared to be watered down by staff. Lastly, the bathroom door did not latch so we had to use a trash can to keep the door closed while in use. This place was pretty dumpy.

The property is situated in Bari's historic centre. It has been tastefully restored offering a number of rooms with modern decor and amenities. The rooms are spacious, airy and generally quiet. Breakfast, although basic, offers a good selection of local specialities which adds to the overall experience. Staff is helpful.

Since the location of this property is in a historic centre and the property itself is a historic building, there are some challenges. Access is restricted and walking in with luggage is not an experience to cherish at all. There are solutions and other properties across Puglia have managed to solve successfully such issues.

Central location in the Old Town of Bari. Friendly and helpful staff in reception, at breakfast and in the restaurant. Food good at breakfast and excellent in the evening (need to book as restaurant open to non-residents). Good hotel and would recommend.

The stairs up to the bed are steep and a bit scary esp at night if you need the bathroom. Would book a room all on one floor if we came again.

Excellent hotel in the Old Town. The Palazzo is a short walk from the train station through an outdoor pedestrian mall. Once you get to the gate of the old town, there is good signage to find the hotel. Service at the hotel was quick to check us in and handle any special requests. Rooms were large and unique, incorporating the style of the old city. We dined at their restaurant on top of the hotel and found it delightful - delicious, good service and friendly conversation. Breakfast in the hotel was in the regular restaurant space and offered many good options.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Bari und bietet jeden Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross - zum Teil mit einer Galerie und Küche (mit Kaffeemaschine!). Auf der Dachterrasse kann man die Sicht über die Dächer der Stadt und die Kirchen bei einem Drink geniessen. Es hat dort sogar einen kleinen Pool - der war allerdings bei unserer Übernachtung just zu.

Man kann nur zu bestimmten Zeiten zum Ausladen mit dem Auto bis vors Hotel fahren. Parkplätze hat es keine in der Nähe, was bei viel Gepäck etwas schwierig werden kann.

O fato da cama ser em um andar superior não foi uma experiência agradável pra gente. O ar condicionado não resfriou o andar de cima e sentimos calor. Além disso é bem tenso toda vez que precisamos ir ao banheiro ter que descer as escadas principalmente de madrugada. Não tinham travesseiro extra.

Great location in Bari old town. Staff friendly, helpful and professional especially in the rooftop restaurant which is very good. Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. The split level rooms are well done.

It’s location is great for exploring Bari’s interesting historic center. The staff was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bed is in a loft, up a staircase. The bathroom is at the lower level - less than ideal for an older couple. We managed fine, however.

The location of this hotel and hotel and room style was wonderful. Breakfast was included and the lady taking care of that each day was warm and hospitable. Having an iron in the room was great, a balconette door to open, the room had a kitchenette and small dining table (which we didn't need but good if you wanted to). There was a complimentary drink on the rooftop bar which I'd recommend you go to as lovely space for sunset. I'd recommend this hotel.

If travelling in warmer months, I'd avoid the loft room. We had a loft room, level 3, which although created space and looked great, unfortunately you noticed the air con and heat upstairs rise by what felt like 10 degrees hotter (which made sleeping through very tough).The temperature upstairs and flat pillows unfortunately effected sleep, and one night after 11pm we had tables being dragged around from upstairs for about 30 minutes - so noisy so late one evening.

It’s in a perfect location right in the old town, a short walk from the main station. Our room was fantastic, light and airy but cool, with a lot of space. Despite being in the centre it was incredibly quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Well equipped bathroom with a decent shower too. However, the BEST thing was the staff, so friendly and helpful, this is what makes a place exceptional. I would definitely go back.

locatie is goed, lastig met de auto te komen maar centraal gelegen en arrangement met parkeergarage die iets ver ligt dan men noemt; kluisje was kapot, beetje klungelig personeel om dit te verhelpen.

bed was boven via een trap zonder leuning in de woonkamer; verduistering was niet goed, kamer heeft klein raam waardoor de kamer nogal donker was. Kamer was niet gezellig ingericht of ingedeeld, maar we verbleven er dan ook nauwelijks

Location in the old town but access is difficult if you have a large car (e.g. Ford Kuga) Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices including hot choices like scrambled eggs and bacon. Rooftop bar very pleasant for pre-dinner drinks. Property does have a lift which means you don't have to climb a lot of stairs (it is a converted bulding with lots of character on multiple floors.) Helpful and friendly staff.

Bathroom needs some renovation especially sealer around the bottom of the shower and plasterwork around the doorframe. You had to slam the door of the room to get it to shut securely - not good for the other guests. Closest parking (Jolly) is valet parking only - not entirely comfortable with that, cash only and at the end no receipt.

Der Balkon war durch ein fixes Fliegengitter im Palazzo Maurelli nicht benutzbar. Auf die traumhafte Dachterrasse im Palazzo Calo mit Blick auf die Kathedrale wurde nicht hingewiesen

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, az ablakok hangszigeteltek. A reggeli finom, minőségi. Több ház egymáshoz közel, de mindegyik igen minőségi/butikhoteles design. Nincs saját parkolójuk, tehát aki kocsival érkezik keressen előre parkolót (az utcai sem túl drága...).

Autóval nem megközelíthető (óváros=nyilván... :) ), tehát 2-300m kofferhúzás az ősi köveken... A mi szobánkban az ágyon nem nagyon lehetett aludni. Mozgott, nyikorgott, majdnem szétesett. A zuhanyzáshoz komoly IQ teszt kell (egy vízcsap van, nincs hideg-meleg= állandó a víznyomás, a tekergetéssel csak a hőmérséklet állítható). :) A lift a második emeletre több mint 60másodpercig megy... :) A lefolyó kopott, a zuhany csöve szigetelőszalaggal van megerősítve,...

All staff were very helpful throughout and the top class restaurant in the hotel was a bonus. It is very centrally located and ideal for exploring the old town of Bari on foot.
