Service efficace. Cadre très calme et environnement pittoresque, loin du tumulte de la ville. Confort sommaire mais chambre spacieuse et propre. Superbe terrasse, bonne cuisine, personnel serviable et aimable. Horaires souples et personnel joignable 24h/24h. Service de laundry à la demande. L'hôtel nous a organisé une excursion privée à Abu Simbel sur simple demande. L'île Éléphantine est accessible à toute heure par navette.

Pas de meubles de rangement dans les chambres.

Une expérience formidable et une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est fantastique et met tout en œuvre pour que l'on se sente comme chez nous. Les chambres sont propres et confortables avec la climatisation. Les repas sont excellents et la vue depuis le rooftop est magnifique. L'île Éléphantine est très calme et le dépaysement est total. Cet hôtel est notre gros coup de cœur de notre voyage.

老板十分热情友善！42度的天气，老板不但为我们升级了房间，还提前开好空调等我们来。在码头下船，只需要走2分钟即可到达。一路上有指示牌，比较好找。他们楼顶是餐厅，我们住在厨房和烧烤炉旁边，也不贵觉得吵闹。如果你是背包客，这里也是一个很好的选择！

La habitación era buena, las camas eran cómodas y no se escuchaba mucho ruido exterior, pero si escuchamos ruidos de otros huéspedes ya que nuestro baño conectaba con otro baño por una especie de hueco en la parte superior. El trato fue bueno, nos cuidaron las maletas después de hacer el check out para que pudiésemos disfrutar las últimas horas de la ciudad. La terraza también tenía bonitas vistas y podías relajarte y tomar algo ahí

La conexión del baño con el de otros huéspedes ya que no había insonorización y se escuchaba los gritos de los niños en nuestra habitación

Owner Ali and his team went above and beyond for us! They helped us so much with our luggages and transport to and from the island, and we were greeted with a beautiful rooftop and an amazing vibe, especially from Ali, who even upgraded our room. Elephantine Island is a special place, and we highly recommend Bob Marley to anyone!

This is a fantastic place to say. The rooms are lovely and great views from the top floor restaurant. If you are in Aswan then this is the place to stay.

Great location as there are sights to see on the island and boat trips go from almost next to the hotel. Ferry, which is 30p each, runs from 6am to 11pm and is very frequent but we had to go earlier for a flight which was all arranged by the hotel. They also arranged all our sightseeing which was really good. Food was nice and the roof terrace was nice for the evenings with a beer. We wheeled our suitcase from the ferry which wasn't too bad and possible if you're reasonably able, they will help if you arrange it before you arrive. Big rooms, hot shower etc. Non enquire rooms have private bathrooms just outside rooms. We highly recommend this hotel.

There are some noises in the night so earplugs advisable but this goes for all of Egypt, not just this location.

Ali and his staff are amazing! Perfect location, perfect ambience, perfect experience! There is no better accommodation to choose for your Aswan experience!

Great sized rooms and welcoming hosts. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar and restaurant. Nice to be on the island away from the hustle of the mainland and close to the ferry.

岛上民宿的整体设施都相对老旧，旅馆房间的照明和隔音不太好，但这不是单个民宿的问题。

酒店露台风景很好，早餐味道不错。房屋装修好。

J’ai adoré ! Le lieu est super sympa, très bien décoré avec une ambiance chill qui met tout de suite à l’aise. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. On n’est pas resté longtemps mais on a passé un super moment, un endroit où on a envie de revenir !

I have to catch an early morning flight, l didnt know it was in an island, the owner organized a provate boat at 5am, when l went accross River Nile a taxi waiting for me at 5am, l was really suprised, the guy who worked there carried my luggage, helped me to the boat and very polite and nice , fabulous experience! Thank you !

The greeting was exceptional very friendly made us feel at home. The energy of the staff 10/10 the hotel was beautiful decorated the food smelled amazing. They were so helpful

Ma première chambre était dans l'entrée entre la musique et la cuisine. On m'en a donné une autre,sans aucune vue et les chats et les coqs m'ont réveillé très tôt. Étant donné le choix aux alentours, on peut facilement trouver mieux.

Liked the location on Elephantine Island and the ability to walk around the island easily and see a bit of the Nubian way & watch sunset from the ruins. The laid back experience and the vibes on top of the building eating meals and enjoying some brews was exactly what we were after.

Very quiet, clean rooms with good bathrooms

The music can be quite loud but always went off by 11pm. Not a dislike but remember that tours won’t pick you up from the island so factor in the ferry to trips.

Egypt can be a bit hussle and bustle so it's nice to find somewhere so laid back. It has a jamacian vibe. Staff are so amazing. Great food. And great value for money

Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη! Μακριά από την βαβούρα της πόλης και ταυτόχρονα μέσα στο κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό φοβερό. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον Αλί που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας.

The property is located on the lovely elefantine island, nice roof terrace with views of the Nile, close to the ferry port with everything you need around. We loved being on the island instead of in the city. The rooms are cute and clean and the beds are really comfy! We had our best sleep in Egypt here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, we were even able to finally do our washing. Last thing - the veggie tagine was absolutely delicious, one of the best vegan meals I had in Egypt and that is a very high bar!! I will be dreaming of the tagine until I come back.

La douche , il n’y a qu’un faible debit, et on a ensuite pieds dans l’eau car toilettes, evier et douche en même temps dans toute petite pièce.

Loved the warm welcome and the staff's incredible attitude! The entire place was amazing, and the rooms totally exceeded my expectations.

Ali upgraded us to a better room for free because he had it available. The terrace had an amazing views of the city. Rooms are very clean and the neighborhood is walkable

Hay que tener en cuenta que está al otro lado del río Nilo y cuando se va con maletas de ruedas es un poco dificultoso. Las calles son de arena.

It might sound like a cliché, but Meshail truly made us feel like family rather than just guests. The place is excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the town center, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, or grab an ice cream. There are several restaurants nearby, and you can also enjoy exquisite meals on the hotel’s terrace. You can even arrange transfers to stunning beaches just a short drive away. However, Meshail’s hospitality and dedication are so wonderful that even if everything else weren’t as amazing, it would still be worth it. I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve never felt this way in a hotel before.

Chambre climatisée, propre et spacieuse avec le minimum. Bon accueil à notre arrivée , ils nous ont aidé pour les bagages car ce n'est pas tout proche du ferry. Personnel sympathique merci à eux. Environnement tranquille.

Le fait d'être sur l'île et devoir prendre le ferry payant même à faible coût peut être un frein. Nous étions les seuls clients mais il y avait apparemment d'autres occupants de la guesthouse qui n'étaient pas discrets : cris et parlent à voix haute la nuit. Lors de notre départ très tôt le matin, la navette bateau réservée n'était pas la et personne pour nous aider pour le bateau ; heureusement des jeunes en bateau nous ont rendu service... Attention la guesthouse n'est pas tout proche du ferry ; si vous avez des bagages assurez-vous avec la guesthouse qu'ils vous aident. Nous avions les sanitaires séparés de la chambre (choisi lors de la réservation au vu du prix) : c'est pas pratique... Dommage qu'il y ait autant de dechets dans les ruelles de l'île - c'est un problème général au pays mais ça pourrait facilement être gerable sur l'île si chacun jettait dans une poubelle et nettoyait autour de chez lui...
