Das Hotel hat eine herausragende Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ist schick, sauber, ruhig. Der Preis dafür ist sehr günstig. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Check out um 12 Uhr ist komfortabel.

Es gibt eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Bei Anreise waren 2 Kapseln vorhanden, am folgenden Tag wurden sie nicht nachgefüllt. Als wir an der Rezeption um Kapseln baten, mussten wir die bezahlen. Das ist kleinlich.

Great location!

The room we got had its bed up a flight of stairs and the bathroom downstairs. It was lovely but not if you have mobility issues. Staff was great accommodating us to a different room. Just be aware!

In the city center, near the best spots in Porto. Walking distance away from everything

Ligging is top, alles op loopafstand te doen. Kamers waren mooi, ruim en schoon.

Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen en weinig contact met personeel. Geen tips ontvangen of een kaartje van de stad bijvoorbeeld.

Schönes Zimmer auf zwei Stockwerken, modern, sauber, mit Klimaanlage und sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Rezeption ist nur sehr kurz besetzt, aber man kann trotzdem Gepäck hinterlegen und hat alles was man braucht! Das Hotel liegt direkt im Touristischen Gebiet!

Había muy mal olor en la habitación. Tiene una alfombra con olor a humedad o suciedad que no se va con nada. Era verano y hacía mucho calor y ni siquiera dejando todo abierto se iba

No staff at property during our stay. We didn’t need them but would have been nice to have a proper greeting and exit. Wasn’t keen on filling out the check in form with all my personal details on and having to leave it on the front desk all day

Ruime kamers op een goede locatie in Porto. De kamers zijn netjes ingericht en de bedden liggen heerlijk. Er is geen parkeergelegenheid (langs de stoep kan je 2 uur betaald staan) maar er is een garage op 100 meter lopen (let op dat de kosten erg op kunnen lopen voor een dag ben je zo 50 Euro kwijt). Ondanks dat er niet altijd iemand aanwezig was, kon je via whatsapp goed contact krijgen.

Niet echt storend: houd er rekening mee dat er niet de hele dag iemand aanwezig is bij de receptie. In de kamer waar wij sliepen kon het tapijt rondom het bed een update gebruiken.

The property and room were both as advertised. Awesome location, easy check in and after hours entry. The room was super quiet even though it was street facing and the air conditioning was on all the time so no issues. Didn’t see much of the staff but that didn’t matter.

Loved the room, views and location

Staff weren’t as welcoming - when asked about suggestions nearby to eat they couldn’t be bothered and said Starbucks… Also there is no place to put things in the bathroom like tower hangers, shelves to put toiletries or anything like that.

Das Hotel (kein Lift) mit originellen Zimmern ist aufgrund der Grösse sehr familiär. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr sauber. Sichere Gegend. Schnell am Hafen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Würde ich wieder wählen.

O quarto era super espaçoso e confortável. A comunicação com hotel pré check in também foi bem fácil. O staff do hotel é muito simpático e prestativo. A localização também é um ponto positivo, bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. O hotel também disponibiliza menu de café da manhã a um preço razoável.

Gostei bastante do conforto do quarto e da equipe. Não há nada que não tenha gostado.

Loved our room..spacious with windows that opened if required. Complimentary bottles of water every day.Comfy soft bed and pillows .air con worked very well. Location was great only a few minutes walk to river and many restaurants . Hostess was lovely and very friendly. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location! A 5-minute walk to the river. The room was cozy. Lots of natural light streaming in. The windows were surprisingly good at blocking out street noise. Shower water pressure was good. The AC was also quite good.

The sliding door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom was difficult to slide open. Most of the time we had to squeeze in between the door's edge and the bathroom sink to get into the bathroom. The ceiling was thin, and you could hear noise for short periods of time. Not a big deal except when we were trying to take a nap. Lastly, the coffee pods are 1 Euro each, not complimentary as we are used to in many US hotels. We could get them much cheaper at the grocery store.

La ubicación, el lugar está lindo decorado.

No está muy limpio, la primera noche nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado. La puerta del baño de vidrio no terminaba de cerrar bien por lo que no había mucha intimidad. De todas maneras estuvo correcto el hospedaje. Es bonita la habitación. El café es muy rico.

Excellent location and very clean rooms.

The location of Rio da Vila was perfect.

Porto was experiencing the heat wave that so much of Europe suffered. However, the hotel’s ac was either not working at all or simply not able to keep up. We were quite uncomfortable in our room. Additionally, I would not be comfortable traveling alone in Porto with a stay at this hotel, simply because the desk is not staffed after 3:30 pm. We didn’t see any other guests. It was creepy coming into a hotel that felt empty.

Jolie maison d’hôtes, propre et confortable. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Très bon emplacement et point de départ pour visiter la ville.

Good choice for breakfast. The advert states that breakfast is 19€ however that is the price for brunch. Breakfast options cost around 8€ to 10€ including tea or coffee

It took a long time for hot water to come through in in the shower!

Muy agradable, impecable, la ubicación es excelente, si deseas tomar el desayuno está muy bien!! y Antonio es muy amable. Cerca tienes ricos restaurantes, lugares locales con atención increíble. Es un lugar muy recomendado. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

A localização é excelente! Perto de restaurantes e principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é bonito, confortável e bem decorado. Tem um espaço bom também. Adoramos!

O chuveiro não tem muita pressão. Poderia ser melhor. Poderia ter também alguma maneira de deixá-lo um pouco mais alto. No último dia o wifi parou de funcionar, nos informaram que estava estragado e que só seria consertado no dia seguinte.

Posizione ottima, pochi minuti a piedi dal ponte Luis I. Stanza grande, viene pulita quotidianamente, la colazione è a pagamento ma si può ordinare alla carta (c'è un piccolo bar aperto al pubblico esterno annesso alla struttura), il crostone di pane con uova strapazzate e bacon o avocado è ottimo! staff gentile e disponibile.

l'unica pecca è che per nostro gusto personale abbiamo trovato il letto un pò scomodo perchè un pò morbido.

Difícil de encontrar porque el nombre del hotel pasa muy desapercibido en la fachada.

Location seemed central although we did not have an opportunity to explore the area.

It is a converted room. The bathroom seems to be where the closet was previously so the toilet is to close to the bed and without privacy of a standard door. I also do not like self check in without prior notification. We were walking the Camino and not in a position to check email the day prior. The room was clean and the bed comfortable though.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, mit Kühlschrank und kleiner Küchenzeile, sehr bequeme Betten

Do no stay here!! No working AC in room (during a heatwave). Multiple rooms had this issue and we found out the issue has been ongoing for months (we were not made aware of the issue until the day we arrived. The hotel management is doing nothing about it. And after their staff promised me a full refund, the hotel is now reneging on this. Getting in touch with someone is impossible. Save yourself the trouble and found somewhere else to stay in Porto!

The breakfast was very good!

The only issue were the steps in the room. We are Seniors and were concerned about getting up in the night and falling.

Tolles Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptstraße mit viel Verkehr. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man den Lärm aber fast gar nicht.

Sehr gut! Sehr freundliches, flexibles und umgängliche Personal. Hat uns beraten und wir durften unser Gepäck abstellen. Zugänglichkeit war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert. Schönes Studio Zimmer! Schöner Ausblick.

Нажаль, на вулиці прямо під будинком був ремонт, тож з самого ранку дуже шумно. До того ж не працював кондиціонер, що в таку спеку не додавало комфорту

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación. Muy bien insonorizado del ruido de la calle. Limpio. La cama cómoda. Cuenta con cafetera y hervidor de agua en la habitación.

Si vas en coche, no dispone de zona en el exterior donde poder parar para carga y descarga de equipaje

Great location. Clean and well designed rooms. Easy check in and out.

It is in the downtown historic center, so there is a lot of action in the area. That was fins with me, but some may like a quieter area.

Friendly staff, great location, good size room and well presented. We had a balcony to the street frontage which we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Boutique hotel, be nice to have a gym. Only rated slightly lower for value for money due to cost in nzd we would have these facilities included.
