- Absolutně žádné odhlučnění. Vše!! je slyšet. - Extrémně vrzající postel. - Jen jedno okno, které se otevíralo do šachty a tudíž se v pokoji nedalo vyvětrat pro čistý vzduch. V noci jsme neměli co dýchat. - Večer netekla teplá voda, takže jsme se museli sprchovat studenou.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The housekeeper was such a sweetheart, there was a language barrier but she worked through it anytime we needed help (eg. locked in our room, showed us how to use the keys properly). Beautiful rooms, nice kitchen area! Walkable location with a lovely fruit and vegetable market right down the street.
Rooms locks were difficult to use/ had to be used to get in AND out of room, so we did end up getting stuck (as mentioned before, housekeeper was a huge help). Be sure not to forget your key!!

Siamo arrivati prima ma nonostante ciò ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dentro un armadietto con chiave.

We tried to reach the property multiple times and after almost an hour of trying we had to find alternative accommodations. The morning after the property finally contacted me back and refused to issue a refund for our stay. There are other reviews stating the same thing occurred to others.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Our initial concerns about this accommodation, based on some previous reviews, disappeared as soon as we entered the room. It was genuinely clean, pleasantly lit, and had plenty of storage space, a private mirror, and everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We felt very comfortable there. Our room was located right next to the entrance, so we could hear some of the other guests leaving in the morning, but it was nothing unmanageable. There were two shared bathrooms, and neither of them was ever occupied when we needed to use one. They were also consistently clean and well maintained by all the guests. We also disagree with the reviews saying that the entrance to the building is difficult to find. Although there is no accommodation sign by the door, it is the only possible entrance that the address and map lead you to, so there is really no room for confusion. The instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble finding it. The area itself is calm and pleasant, and we also enjoyed the lovely views from the accommodation. The hosts replied quickly through the chat, so it was easy to contact them in case of any questions or problems. Perhaps we were also lucky with the other guests staying there, but we genuinely did not experience a single issue during our stay. We would happily stay here again without hesitation.
There was nothing we disliked. Next time, we might simply choose a room with a private bathroom for a little extra comfort and to make an already great stay even better.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026I like that ther check in and check out is not complicated. You can do it independently. I like the aspect of common kitchen so that one can have the option to cook and store food in one big fridge.
Nitpicking but some of the equipment provided do not function like the drier. But this is just nitpicking on my part as washing clothes is not expected during a short vacation.

Pulizia sufficiente ma migliorabile (tappeto, bagno). Siamo rimasti 4 notti e a parte vuotare il cestino e cambiare una volta gli asciugamani non mi pare sia stato pulito nulla.

The lock to the front door and apartment doors were tricky when first doing it. The buttons on the front lock were rubbed off from use and it was hard to open. Need better instructions and a new upgraded lock.

Les codes des multiples poignées de porte un peu pénible à utiliser. Au départ le code de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la personne de ménage sur place ne semblait pas très motiver à nous aider, elle était tantôt hostile, tantôt accueillante.

Como fico em vários AL em Lisboa por periodos curto de tempo, posso dizer que é sempre a situação em que as casas de banho são apenas 1 para a quantidade de quarto partilhado. Isto dá um trânsito. Mas faz parte.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026L'hébergement est agréable, joli et propre. La chambre est spacieuse, bien meublée, la literie est confortable et l'endroit est calme. La climatisation est bien appréciée. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée.
La salle de bain commune avec les WC, il manque un deuxième WC. La chasse d'eau fuit et la poignée se démonte. Un peu compliqué au niveau des transports dans ce secteur.

Tricky to locate the property for the first time. Tricky door codes to operate the first time. The noisy doors when other guests came in after I was trying to sleep. The first bathroom had issues: light was poor, the doorknob came off on the inside, the basin plug didn't work properly and waste pipe needed plunging. Owners not around.

Super clean))) Kitchen was great! I got everything I needed))) thanks to management))) House keeping Victoria was absolutely helpful and adorable! Highly recommend this place even for families!

Reviewed May 7, 2026Die Lage war perfekt, die Zimmergröße sowie seine Ausstattung super und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Unser Zimmer hatte Zugang zum Balkon, was auch schön war. Wir hatten außerdem am Abreisetag noch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck in der Wohnung aufzubewahren.
Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist nur zum schieben und hat somit rechts und links immer einen offenen Spalt. Sie war auch recht schief und schwer zu öffnen und schließen. Außerdem war das Waschbecken sehr klein um sein Gesicht zu waschen. Eine Ablage für Kosmetiktaschen wäre außerdem wünschenswert. Die Halterung für die Duschbrause war nicht ideal.

I liked that all the needed facilities were available, bathrooms were super clean and the bed was comfy also :)
I didn’t have any issues because I am a deep sleeper, but if you are sensitive to noise be prepared for the echoing of the doors opening/closing. Personally I was able to sleep really well and I would recommend this place to anybody staying in Lisbon :))) To me it was perfect!!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026L'emplacement est excellent. Très propre. Très bonne organisation pour l'accès au logement.
Cependant, la chambre est petite et pas du tout lumineuse. En effet, la fenêtre donne sur une cour exiguë qui ne laisse pas entrer la lumière naturelle. J'ai dû allumer la lumière électrique et ce n'est pas écologique. La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre et commune avec les autres chambres. Je n'ai pas vu ce détail important dans la description sur booking. Ce n'était peut-être pas assez visible. L'eau de la douche était froide pendant 3 jours. Problème signalé mais non résolu. J'ai pourtant laissé couler longtemps, 15 minutes, mais pas d'eau chaude. Une fuite d'eau dans la cuvette des toilettes faisait un bruit continuel. Ce n'est pas écologique. Beaucoup d'eau gaspillée. Et enfin, le lit n'était pas confortable, matelas trop mou et la structure du lit en bois grinçait à chaque mouvement. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. Logement trop cher pour ces prestations. C'est dommage et c'est la première fois depuis plus de 20 ans que j'utilise booking que je suis déçue à ce point là et dans ma ville préférée ! J'espère que le propriétaire va arranger tout cela pour les voyageurs suivants.

I also really liked the balcony-a nice calm place to sit, and the location of the guest house was also really good… the cleaning lady was very friendly. Kitchen facilities were good. I I thought it was helpful that there are lockers giving the option to leave bags before or after check in
Shared bathrooms were also fine-no issues, just don’t understand why people do not take more care with shared spaces. But anyway in spot spite of other reviews mentioning noise issues I was not bothered at all even though my room was next to the front door and I heard people I slept very well!

Casa un poco vetusta da aggiornare, pavimento che scricchiola si sentono i rumori da sotto, sopra e di lato. Mi aspettavo qualcosina di meglio per la spesa. In bagno i prodotti sono di scarsa qualità, tant'è che ho usato i miei.

Misleading listing regarding the bathroom — I specifically filtered for a private bathroom, but this was not clearly stated in the room description at all. The room itself was extremely small (just a bed and a tiny wardrobe). We also experienced a very concerning incident where a man was aggressively banging on the door and trying to enter, before being casually let in by the cleaner, which felt unsafe as two female travellers. Communication from the host was slow before arrival and unhelpful when issues arose. Despite not using the room, our request for a partial refund was refused, leaving us unable to secure alternative accommodation and ultimately forcing us to leave Lisbon.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026We had a nice two night stay at Estrela. We changed our accommodations only a few nights before our stay because Estrela was in a quieter area and more affordable than what we had originally booked. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We were already aware that the noise travels a lot based on previous comments, so that didn’t surprise us or bother us at all. People were very respectful and we weren’t woken up ever. The bathrooms and kitchen are very clean, and there’s a cute little patio to sit out on.
The noise does travel throughout the apartment.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026The neighbourhood is really calm and nice. A 28 tram passes near by. The place is very clean and tidy.
I would have really appreciated the information that the building is under construction. It havent really affect my stay as it was weekend, but have really would have appreciated the heads up. Other guest makibg a noise during all night, but its not really establishements fault, but the lack of education and respect from other guests. Incredible.
