The rooms were well kept, the atmosphere was peaceful, and Yolande at reception was caring and helpful throughout. The breakfast was superb, adding even more to the enjoyable stay. It was a great stay over, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The breakfast the next morning was also delicious. Added bonus an excellent restaurant close by called the Ramlong a rose.

Estrema cura di ogni dettaglio nella stanza e nelle parti comuni, interne ed esterne. Colazione veramente eccellente e varia preparata con cura. Di passaggio per una notte, merita un soggiorno più lungo per visitare i dintorni.

We loved the tea and coffee station, especially the daily rusks, and the small touches like the dessert wine and two little chocolates left for us each day. Breakfast was delicious every day — the baked pear starter was a standout. The gardens are beautifully kept and the whole farm is stunning. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. Their personal touch made all the difference. I would highly recommend Mirihof Estate to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt. Wir können Mirihof wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wenn in Montagu, denn dort.

We would have liked a connection to DSTV but only they only provide a smart TV where you could use your own apps. Unfortunately the internet signal was not strong enough to prevent continued 'buffering' so we unable to use that option.

Very clean and quiet. All set in a beautiful garden with a plunge pool for those hot days. Surrounded by olive trees as it is an olive farm. The hosts were just lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming or kinder. Excellent breakfast. All round a really great place to stay and we'll be back! Highly recommended!

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Die Gastgeber sind großartig, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und längeres Gespräch und haben viele interessante Dinge erfahren. Die Herzlichkeit war unübertrefflich. Beim Abendessen im Blue Vines hat uns die Gastgeberin damit überrascht, dass sie dem Koch unsere Lieblingsvorspeise telefonisch kommuniziert hat und er uns dann dieses Gericht im Restaurant serviert hat. Dazu hat er sogar vom Guesthouse eine Avocado abgeholt, die zum Gericht gehörte. So etwas hat für uns noch nie jemand gemacht. Die Überraschung war ebenso wie unsere Freude groß! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Das Frühstück war auch super mit vielen hochwertigen Zutaten. Vielen Dank.

Chambre agréable, avec des petites attentions, bien équipée, avec des produits de bain de qualité. Très agréablement surpris par le petit-déjeuner, salade de fruit raffinée et crêpe à la banane excellente.
Chambre un peu petite. Salle de bain pas très propre (WC, sol), mais je pense qu’il s’est agit d’un loupé dans le nettoyage.

Am Pool hat es sehr wenige Liegen, es gibt keine Sonnenschirme einzig eine Pergola, wo man sehr eng aneinander liegen würde. Ich finde die Preise etwas zu hoch, für was es dann tatsächlich ist.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026It was really peaceful with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were really welcoming and hospitable and the unique banana pancakes delicious!! Added bonus I could get a much needed massage and we enjoyed being able to sit on the outside stoep area to enjoy the view and soak in the peace.
The pool lounging area was only limited to four loungers and our room was really small for road trippers with lots of extra luggage.
