Parking is a nightmare, the rooms are way too small one can't move in the bathroom. The shower looks very cranky all plastic. It felt like I was in a dormitory. Microwave oven was inoperable.

The room was so small,the noise.. and most of it all the water issues turned me off water just stop at the shower with soap all over your body…throughout my stay and it was not good at all

We loved our our rooms very neat and soon comfortable everything was in close proximity to us.

The room was cleaned consistently whenever we went out, which we appreciated. The accommodation was also quiet, with no disruptive noise, and the location was very convenient. It is close to the airport, Boardwalk Mall and the beach, while having a garage next door, which made access and convenience much easier.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay and feel that the accommodation did not meet the standards or expectations that were communicated when we made the booking. The accommodation was advertised as self-catering, so we reasonably expected a functional kitchen with the necessary facilities, including a stove and a sink for washing dishes. However, there was no stove and no sink, making it practically impossible to use the accommodation as a self-catering unit. This was a significant inconvenience and does not correspond with what we expected when booking. To make matters worse, the room was leaking whenever it rained. This is a serious maintenance issue that negatively affected our comfort and our overall experience. A leaking room is not something guests should reasonably have to deal with, particularly when paying for accommodation that is expected to be properly maintained and suitable for occupancy. We had also requested a baby cot in advance, and this request was approved. Despite this, the cot was not provided when we arrived. We only raised the matter the following day, after which we were told that the cot was apparently with maintenance for repairs. This is unacceptable. If the requested cot was unavailable, we should have been informed before our arrival, giving us an opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Instead, we were left without an essential item that had specifically been requested and confirmed. Taken together, these issues significantly affected our stay. The absence of basic self-catering facilities, the leaking room, and the failure to provide the confirmed baby cot demonstrate a clear gap between what was promised and what was actually provided.

It was clean and comfortable.

No hair dryer available. As an international traveller, I do not carry a hair dryer due to the different plugs etc. Most hotels supply hair dryers. I asked at reception and was told no hair dryers available.

It was very cold, very small for a family, very expensive..not worth the money at all...

Great location, as in close to airport and the boardwalk. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

The rooms are small, I interpreted the advert the wrong way. I thought it was a cost effectively homely B&B, but it's actually a lodge. If all you want is a night for a worker, then it's fine. It lacked creature comforts but was a bed for the night, which was all I needed.

The room was very small, we couldn't even bring our luggage in. We were right next to the staff kitchen and dustbins.

While I checked out I’ve asked my passport copy they demand from me at check in since I get their key room back and it all was good like the reception say they didn’t wanted to give me my own personal details even so and that terrifying my privacy since they can rule my life even at stay and even when I’m leaving the guest house and I’m quite sure it’s using laws abuse force on private people and lovely person the price allready ain’t cheap and I quite sure it ain’t worth it like so..! Sorry guys but your service costumer must be priority to improve life and not make modern jail lost and unpleasant to your own customer!

I loved everything about it

There is no plug in the basin, no kitchen towels, till we asked for one, no cutting knives, just 2 bread knives, stove did not work very well. Floors are dull and not polished

Not a quiet space. The room we were in had no real privacy. We could hear the people staying upstairs, foot steps up and down and unfortunately the guests staying across from us were incredibly noisy. From 1am showers to what sounded like vomiting, was all off putting.

The gate stays open till 10 pm, they don’t close it . There were noisy tenants who were drinking near the fire place whom seem to be familiar with the place .

No Iron in the room yet they don't answer their calls before 8am, as well as the the R200 fee that you must come back to collect. At least if their reception opened at 7am and the whole key issue sorted so as to not inconvenience others

The reception was quite disappointing because when we arrived there was no one to attend to us, we had to walk around looking for someone to assist us

It doesn’t accommodate kids, we only had showers of which it only made it difficult to bath the little ones The rooms are very cold, we were freezing

Cold water in the morning, but hot water came back again after 7 minutes.

1. The door was banging, I had to stuff toilet paper in the door grooves. 2. Had to lay towels the floor by the door to stop the wind from coming in. 3. The shower drainage. 4. The bedding and towels was smelling like the green bar soap, it was stinking. 5. Smaller than expected. 6. The fridge made so much

Cleanness

The bed needs to be replaced. We did not sleep comfortable at all. I don't know if the room next to ours was a control room or not, but you could clearly hear people having a normal conversation with the television on pass 24:00. Thank you. Gavin Merrick.

The location was convenient. Checking in and out was relatively easy. The room was of a standard caliber, cozy and clean, and felt like a little home away from home. Would definitely visit again! Thanks!

There's not much to mention except the noise level in the periphery, including low flying planes.

They could do better with cleaning their showers and the whole bathroom,fix lights that are dead and door handles

They don't compromise on appliances and bedding, choosing only top-brand quality.

Some rooms are divided by boards, so you can literally hear a person snoring from the next room.

The room is too small you can’t open the door because the bed is near the door,and we found the long hair on top of the pillow and the floor was dirty I wasn’t impressed with that.
