On arrival, I was told the room that was confirmed to be available, by both Booking.com and the establishment, was no longer available. I had to fight to get what I paid for.

The rooms and the general areas are not cleaned well. Under the beds weeks worth of dust and dirt. Room smelling of cigarette smoke. Not all rooms allocated on same premises, never explained in the booking process, moved to rooms of less value just to be with my family together. We booked 3 rooms and on arrival were told they are not on same premises.

The place was super dirty - the braai still had ash in and the table where I was sitting to work was so dirty, it made black marks on my white shirt.

Everything is horrible. Bed linen was not changed, it was dirty and had blood stains on it. Everything was dirty , the shower has mould I did not even shower , the basin was dirtyI don’t understand how do you expect people use hand wash and sensitiser because the containers are filthy. The kitchen counter was full of hair and the whole place was full of bugs, you can clearly see it has not been swept for days if not months.. Expecting people to sleep in a place like that is pure disrespectful…

The view was amazing. The Cottage was neat and comfortable.

Cottage a bit dated, could do with some minor updates here and there, otherwise in neat condition. Noisy people in the cottage below us partying until the early hours of the morning put a slight damper on our stay.

The facilities was good.

Upon arrival at 14:00 the place was still dirty and not yet properly cleaned. The house smell like smoke. The parking was not on the property. There were hair still after the ladies "cleaned". The reception was not very professional. I have stayed here before in 2024, and it was much more professional, hence I returned, but I was really disappointed in the service rendered.

We rented the 2-bedroom main house which is a perfect location, the staff are friendly and the place is beautifully spacious and modern. There were fresh flowers with a welcome sweet gift and bottle of water when we arrived. The second day we left for a funeral early and did not have time to clean the kitchen, but we came back and the cleaner was there surprising us with everything washed and packed away and fresh towels in the bathrooms.

The 1 bedroom flatlet is way too close in proximity to the 2-bedroom main house, next time we will rent the place and include the 1-bedroom flatlet because it can be added to the main house with an interleading door.

Mattress was rock hard, toilet seat not fitted properly, towels had the Shein/Temu look and feel, they were awful. Could dust a bit better, some places that were still dusty were blinds and small towel holder in bathroom. It seems this unit is part of the main property.

My stay was wonderful, it was not the first time and it always exceeds my expectations.

Great location for our needs and close enough for a little walk down to the beachfront area. Apartment very light and airy with a lovely balcony and a bit of a view.

Windows and sliding doors need a good cleaning. Having said that, the staff were still cleaning at 5pm when we arrived to check in, after notifying the establishment of our check in time.

The cleanliness of the entire building is not up to standards there is dust on windows and walls and the place is not beautiful maintained.. They should fire the lady that cleans there

The unit was very spacious and we had everything we needed.

They can spend some time and money on maintenance. The one room smelled of smoke. We had to wait outside in the dark as the owner informed me that they will be back at a certain time but they ended up being 20 minutes late.

Cleanliness and comfort . The lady who cleans has great mannerism but the handyman is a disaster.

The handyman or security who had a gun which was not on the upholstery and intimidating in nature. Constant harassment that we are making noise when we were not even at the house which we deemed as hardness.

Fantastic, I loved the hospitality and politeness of the owner. I even overstayed my stay, I had to wait for my bus leaving at 7pm and I was allowed to wait in the common area till its safe to go board. I really appreciated that and everyone was so friendly and polite

I liked everything because the stairs which we didn't notice with my wife so we had to watch out one year old and we had to go up and down while sick but that was our false not noticing that there are stairs and shower was very small hey but everything else was exceptional.
