Très bruyant, mal isolé, les gens claquent les portes et parlent fort, et ça résonne. Bref je ne me suis pas du tout reposée impossible de dormir à côté de gens qui ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres.

Quiet, calm with nice location

Siamo finiti in questo hotel perché quello precedentemente prenotato non ci ha accolto per il loro problema organizzativo. La sfortuna ci ha fatto però vivere una bellissima esperienza all’Umala at Bisma. Un grazie agli operatori, sempre attenti e gentili. Stanze pulite, buona colazione e bellissimo spazio piscina. Vicino al centro. Consigliatissimo!!

Good this was 24 hrs small market was in front and a good Indian restaurant at walkable distance. Value for money - yes at this price.

It’s at the end of Bisma road and you need a 15 to 20 mins walk to central market Suggestion is to stay at start of Bisama road. Our taxi took long time to reach here and after this road end for cars.

The property was ten minutes walk from Monkey Forest, Coco Supermarket and the main strip, but in a quiet side street so there wasn’t much noise. The pool was beautiful, however it was in shade most of the day, as was the balcony to my room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The balcony doors were in need of updating - they locked, but the metal support ring around the handle was loose. The bathroom was clean, but the shower gave the impression it wasn’t due to the limescale I think it was on the floor.

Great location, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Room was great and the staff were very kind and friendly!

Ráno prídu makaky na balkóny, netreba ísť do lesa :-) Čistá izba aj kupelna, čisté aj vnútro ubytovania a okolo bazéna. Zamestnanci veľmi ochotní.

Snažia sa udržiavať čistotu. Posteľne pradlo staršie, občas deravé a fľaky na ňom už zjavne nejdú vyprať. Klimatizácia sa dá zapnúť, ale vypnúť iba manuálne (vyššie na stene …) Starší typ klimatizácie, pri jej hluku sa v noci Neda spat.

En el centro de Ubud pero en una calle muy tranquila, lo que hace que se pueda descansar bien. El personal muy atento y dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Alguna mañana puede venir tu ventana algún mono

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Besitzer organisiert Touren und fährt selbst. Es war toll, informativ und witzig. Der Pool ist klein, aber sehr fein. Vielen Dank für alles!

- Good enough location, 15 / 20 minute walk to the markets. - Good WiFi. - Close to the monkey forest, 10 minutes walk. - Pool area appears to be well maintained, however we did not use. - Room cleaned daily. - Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. - Supermarket / cafes / restaurants very close to hotel

- Lots of limescale / Grime in the shower area and you did not feel fully clean after the shower. - Lots and lots of geckos in the room. We spent a lot of our time trying to get them out as it makes us uncomfortable. When we brought this to staff attention we were laughed at and said ‘this is normal’ - No safe available in the room.

The staff were happy, kind and helpful. The pool was great! Good range of breakfast options. Good location for monkey park and there is also a mart nearby. Excellent restaurant next door (called Shrida).

The tiles at the entrance of our door were broken and raised making it hard to open and close the door. There was constant wood shavings coming off the door due to grating on the tiles. Additionally, we needed to request new bed sheets as they were slightly stained. The lovely staff were very happy to assist with this. Overall it was great value for money and I would stay again.

Staff were so lovely and great helping fix the AC when I had food poisoning! Great value for money. Also so close to monkey forest that we would wake up to monkeys on the balcony which was cool!

Die Bettwäsche roch nach fremden Personen, besonders die Kopfkissen. Dadurch das ich die Türen wegen eventuellen Affenbesuchs geschlossen halten sollte, war die Belüftung nicht sehr gut.

Came for my wife’s 28th and our honeymoon. - They put wrote ‘Happy 28th and honeymoon’ for my wife in rose petals which she absolutely loved and was shocked by. The went above and beyond.

Классный отель за свою цену, персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый! Чистый номер, всё необходимое есть. Номер для "переночевать". Есть прохладный бассейн, чистый. В 7 мин ходьбы лес обезьян, много храмов, лавки с сувенирами, куда сходить поесть не проблема.

Very clean and comfy place. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful sunrises you can watch from your bed. Very close to monkey forest and all shops and Restaurants.

Be aware that the monkeys are coming in the morning. It's fun to watch. But they will grab food.

A wonderful place for some quiet time but still within walking distance from cafes and restaurants. The staff were absolutely wonderful, each and every one, and they made it even better. I came for three nights and stayed for six.

This was my second time staying here. Location and the room 10 was facing the swimming pool . The staffs are all very friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom, should change the lighting to white instead of the yellow because it’s not safe when it’s too dark with the yellow lights. I hope that next time when I return all your bathroom lighting will be better. Thank you.

Я в полном восторге , мне все очень понравилось. Очень уютный отель, внутри все красиво , все новенькое , свеженькое , просторные номера и ванная комната. Я жила на втором этаже и у меня был был балкон с видом на бассейн , куда переодически приходили обезьянки с утра , это было так мило. Было все для удобства, хороший напор горячей воды , единственное что можно было добавить это кусочек мыла в ванне, но в остальном есть все необходимое (шампунь, гель для душа , набор для чистки Зубов и тп) Прибирались в номере каждый день. Были иногда муравьи маленькие на полу , но это меня не напрягало, главное больше никого из более страшных насекомых не наблюдала в номере. Кондиционер работает хорошо. За окном очень спокойно , шторы плотные , что позволяет хорошо высыпаться, но в тоже время все очень близко , улочка с кафе и магазинами совсем рядом , вечерами нет необходимости в такси , чтоб покушать. WiFi иногда немного тормозил , но в целом мне удавалось делать все необходимое в телефоне, что нужно , скорости хватало. Я сперва забронировала этот отель на 2 ночи , но в итоге осталась там почти на 10 дней , уж очень было там мне комфортно , что не хотелось уезжать. Локация просто топ и вокруг красивая природа. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и всегда мне помогали по любым вопросам. За такую цену это просто находка . Очень благодарна за теплый прием

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. They proactively every day asked if I want my room to be cleaned. Personally I enjoyed that I could observe some monkeys roaming nearby.

They don’t have elevator which is a bit problem for me. Also taxi can’t bring you until the door so you’ll have to carry your bag for a short distance. But staff is helpful if you need assistance. With heavy rain, toilet had strong canalisation smell. But it’s normal, just something to be aware of if travelling when there are rains.

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Tout est très confortable et propre. La piscine est superbe.

Sur booking il est indiqué que des petits déjeuners sont disponibles sur place contre paiement mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Il y a en revanche des tas de cafés et restaurants qui en proposent à proximité.

Das Hotel ist im Herzen von Bali und sehr ruhig, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf unseren Balkon hatten wir regelmäßig Besuch von Affen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr fair

I liked the room overall, but there are a few minor maintenance issues.

Some maintenance work is needed, especially the balcony door, which was difficult to close. I also forgot some personal items in the room, which I was unfortunately unable to recover.

Great staff and lovely room. Thank you for a great stay no internet working or TV . I loved the location . A suggestion ; It would be more comfortable if they had a cane or soft rug on the floor as the tiles are hard and somewhat cold.

Le bruit des travaux de chaque côté de l’hôtel qui nous réveil très tôt ! Les singes qui grimpent sur le balcon et le toit au dessus des chambres ! Manque de propreté ! Odeur d’égouts dans toute la chambre par moment et qui m’ont réveillé en pleine nuit aussi ! La douche n’a pas de pression d’eau, elle coule en tout petit filet !! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement ! Piscine juste dans l’entrée de l’immeuble ! Absolument aucune envie de s’y baigner 😢😩

The staff was super lovely and very welcoming. The room was getting cleaned every day with new towels, supplies.. We didn’t try the pool but it looked really nice. Very nice balcony view of the pool. The area was pretty quiet. You can access the main road very easily by walking and the road opposite has loads of shop, restaurants, laundry services, bike rental shop and everything you need. We booked two nights and extended it for two more ! And we will definitely come back again !!

Just a few monkeys and a bit of construction going on next door that made some noises in the morning but really not a big deal
