The location was great and the room was really nice. Drinks provided were really appreciated as it was so hot. Air conditioning was fantastic. Thanks Simona for a great welcome and stay.

A szállás rendkívül jó helyen volt! Közel a spanyol lépcsőhöz, metróhoz, gyalog távolságra minden egyéb latnivalotol! Simona a tulaj egy tündér, a vártnál később értünk oda de rögtön jött amint hívtuk hogy ott vagyunk! Szívből ajánlom a helyet!

The location was excellent, with so many bars, restaurants and shops on the same street, the host Simona was so helpful in sharing information about Rome and suggesting things to do, and the room was gorgeous, with proper aircon and super comfortable!!

La chica muy amable, cada mañana rellenaba el minibar y dejaba toallas limpias. Me enseño un mapa con las zonas turisticas y me dio algun que otro consejo. La verdad que el trato fantàstico y agradable.

La limpieza... Considero que deberían limpiar mas a fondo ya que todo estaba lleno de polvo, (cogí la habitación individual) SALPICADAS DE PIS DE OTRAS PERSONAS EN LA PARED (adjunto foto) ducha oxidada, MUY POCA PRESIÓN, (en la imagen que adjunto estaba a presión màxima) y con cal, espejo supuestamente con luz, estaba oxidado y mal cuidado, la cafetera en mal estado, estanterias mal colladas, mueble de la ropa con cajones rotos... En definitiva, carecía de higiene a mi punto de vista.

Spacious room right in the centre of Rome. No troubles with late check in. I even had a late flight and could use the room for always the whole next day cause the other guest would arrive late as well. Really appreciated that, made everything so much easier!

В комнате очень скрипела кровать, от любого движения, из за чего я вообще не спала.. я отправила видео хозяйке. На одеяле было большое пятно, а на люстре в ванной пыль. Не считаю это большими минусами, но думаю, что это стоит устранить.

Location is good, bathroom is large, closets are nice. Staff was great. Communicated early that we would not arrive until 5PM and a housekeeper was able to let us in and give us the keys.

Localização, atendimento, cama e lençóis excelentes. O quarto tem vista para o telhado. A TV poderia ser melhor, uma Smart. Quarto grande, banheiro espaçoso.

L’host e’ stato meraviglioso. Ho prenotato la struttura per la vicinanza con la chiesa in cui mi sarei dovuto sposare il giorno seguente. Sono stato seguito e coccolato dall’inizio alla fine , una disponibilità ed un servizio di livello unico, pari ad un hotel extra lusso. Sono il proprietario di un tour operator e son valutare il servizio in maniera professionale e distaccata. Poi la posizione è una delle vie piu belle di roma

La ubicación fantástica, excelente que guardan equipaje previo al check in y posterior al check out (sin cargo) nos ofrecieron y contrataron traslado (con cargo) para ir al aeropuerto, un gesto para felicitar. Las camas, sábanas y toallas de muy buena calidad. Con Simona, la anfitriona, la comunicación fue excelente, también el señor que nos recibió y despidió super amable y colaborador con nuestro equipaje.

Que no tiene ascensor y con las maletas se hace dificultoso. Cómo sugerencia un perchero o lugar donde colgar abrigos, carteras o toallas para que se sequen.

The shower was small and hot water was very inconsistent . It would be warm then cold then warm then cold. Staff tried to make it work better but it didn't work.

Very comfortable, large room, and in a great location near Piazza di Spagna and the metro stop. Funky furnishings were cool. The street was busy during the day but quiet enough at night to sleep.

Having to drag our suitcases up 4 flights of steep stairs without an elevator was challenging, and the shower alternated between 15 seconds of hot water and 30 seconds of cold water so showering was uncomfortable. The toilet and bidet are round-shaped and look cool but they were also somewhat uncomfortable to use due to the shape.

Location is great, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

Three flights of stairs were brutal especially with luggage. We stayed for 2 nights and could never really get any hot water for showers.

The downside would be the shower considering it was tiny and not the most comfortable.

Location, good air conditioning, great staff support, mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds, large bathroom.

Shower had constant temperature changes between hot and freezing cold. TV satellite not working. Weaker WiFi. Be aware there are many stairs for large luggage carriers.

Our hotel room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

The only downside was the noise from the street below, especially late into the evening and early morning. Traffic, conversations, and activity outside could be heard clearly from the room, which made it a little difficult to sleep at times. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s hospitality, but lighter sleepers may want to request a quieter room if available.

Se você busca conforto de fato, talvez não seja a melhor opção. O quarto é pequeno e você escuta o barulho dos quartos ao lado como se estivessem hospedados com você. Mas pelo preço é ok.

这个地方的入住时间很诡异，只有早上10点到晚上下午两点可以入住，超过这个时间不给入住，而且超时不准入住的这个描述没有在预订的时候提醒住客，然后我的飞机是下午6点才到的，我到达了以后看到这些入住的信，然后我就觉得我个人倒了一个人，到了酒店的那条街道上，然后我就我说你们那来接待我收到一个小时，已经卖给别人了，然后钱还要全部收，让我自己跟booking去商量。他们就是这么欺负异国他乡，一个人来游玩的游客，这是我在意大利最差的体验。很明显，他们就是oversell，然后还不退钱。有很多的酒店，人家哪怕是没有人来接待，也会提前发邮件说钥匙藏在哪里或者密码藏在哪里，或者发很明确的入住指引，让我可以得到自己完成入住安排的方式，他们很明显就是抢钱，这些人就是要败坏意大利罗马的，我要备要去提起工商局和旅游局的投诉

You asked what we thought of breakfast - There was no breakfast provided - or if there was, we didn't know about it. Location of the property was excellent as was Simona who gave us some great recommendations for places to visit

everything was great and exceeded our expectations

Simona was very helpful....couldn't ask for more. Housekeeping was exceptional with plenty of clean towels and bed linen. The mini bar was free and topped up each day....(we did stick to water though!!!)

The stairs were steep and there were three flights of them.Older folks would find this difficult (we managed ok in our early 70's. It took four keys to access our room which is a bit excessive... a touch key system might be an alternative.Simona provided a second set as we frequently went our separate ways.

Check-in was a bit of a challenge. I would have appreciated having a WhatsApp contact number, as my call went unanswered. It was also unclear which floor the check-in was on, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs while trying to find the correct door.

Simone was very welcoming—met us as the door, carried luggage, sat us down in her office and shared advice and recommendations for a great time in Rome, showed us to our room, very caring & friendly. The room was beautiful, clean & comfy. Bathroom was huge, great shower & counter space, good lighting. Also had a changing closet. Door to hotel was not marked, just an intercom system on the left side of door with hotel name on button, but easy to find once we understood. Involved using 4 keys to get inside—street entrance, internal gate to stairwell, office, then room. But again it was easy once we knew how to navigate it. Coffee, water & a few alcoholic beverages provided in room fridge. Great location!

Couldn’t get air-conditioner to work but ended up not bothering host about it because we didn’t end up needing it.

The location was perfect to explore all Rome. The room had everything I needed, in terms of storage spaces, large bathroom, comfortable bed. The property owner was more than helpful and stored my luggage after checking out, even provided a key so I could get it any time I wanted. I felt safe as a solo traveler and everything was within a walkable distance.

The stay exceeded our expectations! Its location is definitely its highlight, being a 3-4 minute walk from Piazza di Spagna and 5 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi, with good access to both metro and bus stops. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, and the bathroom was big and clean and had everything we would need. The room was also cleaned every day which we were not expecting to be included in the low price was paid for the property. Simona is also a fantastic and very friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Overall a highly recommended stay.

The entrance to the building was a bit of a shock at first (however we quickly got used to it), and there are two flights of stairs with no lift. There is not much soundproofing and therefore you can hear quite a lot of the noise from other rooms, however it did not disrupt us too much. Also the furniture and general style of the rooms is quite dated, however it matches the pictures provided and therefore met our expectations.

There are huge windows that look out to the outside, which is beautiful. The area is a prime spot and is made accessible to everything. They also came in between and cleaned our room and made our bed while we were out sightseeing.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Lucky for us, the guy helping the owner helped carry our luggage upstairs. The bathroom is also translucent and can be seen in the living room while you shower. So keep that in mind while booking this place.

Accoglienza scadente. Ho comunicato alla struttura nei giorni precedenti l'orario del nostro arrivo, ma all'effettivo arrivo, peraltro sotto la pioggia , non c'era nessuno. Provo a chiamare col numero fornito da booking e non rispondono. La mia amica trova un numero da google e per fortuna era la signora che gestisce e ci ha aperto telematicamente e guidato nell'accedere alla camera. Arriviamo in camera e il terzo letto richiesto in fase di prenotazione non era preparato. Abbiamo rischiato di perdere l'entrata ad una mostra per il ritardo causatoci. Anche se gli spazi sono molto ampi e di interessante arredamento, le pulizie non sono eseguite con cura, polvere presente in bagno e sul lampadario ad altezza occhi sopra il tavolo. Luci che non funzionano benissimo e attrezzi da ginnastica a random nell'anticamera.

Simona gentilissima nell’averci dato la possibilità di riprenotare il soggiorno mancato causa malattia senza addizionali, massima disponibilità e risposte tempestive. Camera molto ampia e accogliente, curata, in posizione ottima. Veramente molto soddisfatta, consiglio

Mi primera estadía en Doctor Rome fue excelente. La ubicación fue uno de los puntos más fuertes: estaba cerca de todo, especialmente del metro, lo que me permitió moverme fácilmente por toda la ciudad. Aunque por fuera pasaba mucha gente y había bastante movimiento, la habitación estaba muy bien aislada: desde las ventanas hacia adentro había una especie de cancelación de ruido, por lo que no se escuchaba nada y se podía descansar perfecto. Apenas salías, era otro mundo: calles llenas de vida, tiendas de todos los estilos y mucho ambiente. Además, me pareció un barrio muy seguro. Viajé sola y en todo momento me sentí 100% tranquila y protegida. El personal también fue un gran punto a favor: la persona que trabajaba allí fue muy servicial y buena onda. Cada día me dejaba toallas limpias, me hacía la cama y hasta me dejaba una cápsula de café para empezar bien el día.

No hay nada negativo que decir ❤️

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were lovely. We were there celebrating my partner’s birthday, I let the staff know and they put up a banner and gave us champagne! Brilliant location, 1 minute walk from the spanish steps. Lots of places to eat and drink very very close by. We want to return to rome and will definitely book here again!
