Rooms were huge, and air-conditioning worked great. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here at my next visit.

A wonderful guesthouse with a great location — everything you need is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and overall it was a great place to stay in Kampot. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t work, but there was a fan in the room, so it was still manageable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this guesthouse to other travelers! 😊

They advertised on booking with AC and wifi. No wifi or AC. I ask for AC remote. They said 16usd more per day. Barking dog at night wakes me up every night. A scam operation with no clients. I was the only one there for 3 days. There was only a fan which they want to charge me 9usd per night and l said no.it was 30plus degrees in the room without AC. My most uncomfortable stay. A scam hotel for sure.

Very good place to stay. Friendly owners, spacious room, both room and bathroom were kept tidy. The bed was large and comfortable, AC worked well and wifi had good signal. I recommend this place.

Good location near the centre, it did the job.

Made up prices to use the aircon, $15 one day, €7 the next. Ended up paying $30 for aircon which was basically the same cost as the entire booking. Be warned if you book a fan room and then need aircon. No toilet roll, no soap. A lot of stairs if you stay at the top.

Le point négatif c’est que pour avoir la climatisation vous devez payer en plus alors que dans l’annonce il y a marqué climatisation

Il est marqué télé et climatisation, pas de télé et il faut payer pour la clim. Un ventilateur usé est proposé, Du mobilier qui a souffert. Les photos ont été prises il doit y avoir longtemps...

When I arrived he demanded that I pay DOUBLE the price. I showed him my confirmed reservation with the price, so he started laughing, as if I was expecting some unreasonable priviliges... I refused to pay double, so he downgraded me to a room without windows and little privacy.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette guest house. En arrivant, nous avons été installés dans une chambre sans fenêtre vers la rue (il y avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir) qui sentait un peu l'humidité. Nous avons donc fait remarquer au propriétaire qu'il y avait indiqué fenêtre vers l'extérieur sur notre réservation. Il nous a changé de chambre, et nous nous sommes sentis bien mieux dans celle-ci ! Elle était spacieuse et il y avait une moustiquaire sur la fenêtre donc nous pouvions aérer sans souci. Nous n'avons pas ressenti le besoin de demander l'option clim car il y avait un ventilateur et avec la fenêtre ouverte nous étions très bien ! Nous avons pu prendre les deux vélos disponibles pour aller faire du kayak, et un des hôtes a gonflé nos pneus avant de nous laisser partir.

Le fait que nous avions d'abord été installés dans une chambre sans fenêtre (qui heureusement ne correspondait pas à notre réservation) alors qu'il y avait bien des chambres avec fenêtre disponibles. Mais ce souci a été réglé rapidement !

Moustiquaires aux fenêtres, guesthouse un peu isolée du centre donc calme, lits confortables.

Il faut payer un supplément pour avoir la Clim. Un peu loin du centre ville à pied (ça ne m’a pas dérangé). Compliqué de communiquer avec le propriétaire quand il s’agit d’argent, surtout pour réserver des transports ou activités, je vous conseille de réserver ailleurs

Good sized room with airco, nice size bathroom. Fridge available in the room. I have read the comments about paying for airco remotes but we booked a room with airco so this was included in the price paid.

The shower was not very warm. As our room backed onto the road at the back there was a bit of noise from the road during the day.

הגעתי לקומה 3 (ללא מעלית) כשאני האורח היחידי שם , החדר היה נראה נטוש כאילו לא התארחו בו כמה חודשים טובים, ארונות ללא דלתות המזגן לא עובד 2 מאווררים שרק 1 מהם עבד מלא זבובים ברצפה, וריח מסריח מאוד בחדר. גרוע ברמות לא הצלחתי להירדם בגלל החום והסירחון שהיה בחדר 24/7 חוויה על הפנים

Établissement très bien placé, personnel adorable, très efficace, salle de bain un peu ancienne mais utilisable avec eau chaude.

Mériterait un petit rafraîchissement !

Il n’y avait qu’une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir donc aucune luminosité ni aération Une Clim était installée dans la chambre MAIS pour avoir accès à la télécommande il fallait payer 16 dollars pour les deux jours (soit plus cher que le prix de la chambre) La salle de bain de bain sentait terriblement mauvais l’humidité. Elle était mouillée en arrivant, sans papier toilette…. + dans Clim impossible d’y rester

Staff were really nice. We stayed for one night which cost roughly £6.

The room had a super strong mould smell, and clearly didn’t get aired out in between stays. Mould in the main room, in the wardrobes and under the beds. Passable at best for a night but wouldn’t plan long term stays.

Owner ripped me off as I was paying, handed him a $100 dollar bill, he hides it for a second behind the counter, then hand me a fake $100 bill, and accuses me of trying to cheat him. Owner smelled of booze and gave off very bad vibes. Not a place I'd feel comfortable in. Not to mention towels and sheets were brown, toilet and sinks leaked water onto the floor. If you're trying to save money, many other places to go to, which are cleaner, more welcoming and won't rob you of your money (needless to say didn't get my hundred dollar bill back despite threatening to go to the police - had to keep moving that day, no time to wait for police involvement).

Very clean well built guesthouse right next to bus company and highway 3. Never saw an insect, amazing! Only issue was bathroom fan of another room (could have been next door hotel) that reverberated. But be in good shape as steep staircase no elevator. Great views of Bokor mountain though!

It’s a good Guesthouse, comfy bed and close to the city center. The host is very friendly and willing to help you with scooter Rent and ferry boat tickets.

Rooms were large and hosts were extremely nice, rooms were however boiling like a lot hotter than the outside temperature, there was an air conditioning unit in the room but you had to pay an extra $7 per night which we did in the second night and it was a lot more pleasant, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest with ants and cockroaches too, decent location around 15/20 minute walk to the centre

Great location, close to many shops and restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the riverside and tourist bars. I arrived by VET bis services which is a 2 minute walk from the drop off point. Quiet area. Efficient laundry service.

My room and bathroom had a very bad damp smell, and in the bathroom there were a lot of mould markings on the ceiling. The place was a good 20 minute walk to the any kind of area with bars and nightlife and you had to walk a good few dimly lit streets. As a solo traveller it felt a bit dangerous at times, I would say for a solo woman travelling, if you want to go out to bars, then stay somewhere closer and pay that little bit extra

The people running this place were very sweet and helpful. They can organize you a transit to any part of Cambodia, including Koh rong. Also possible to rent scooters there for a cheap prices which can save you a lot of time if you are staying in kampot for only 1-2 days. The rooms were decent too, especially in that price range
