Location. 5 minute walk to the night market. Add another 10 mins and you'll arrive at the "old quatters" of (touristy) eateries. Room didnt feel claustrophobic - even with 4 occupants. This place is not by the riverside, where the trendy and younger visitors tend to congregate to. Hence, it is super quiet, inspite of it being on the main road.

Not much. Two double beds, but each bed had only one pillow and one cushion. We only stayed a night, hence wasnt that big a deal. I suppose you can ask the receptionist for extra pillows. Bed/mattress was a little bit soft for my liking. However, the others in the grp were fine with it.

Clean. Very nice stuff. Comfortable. I suggest.

The staff were nice and accommodating. I actually stayed there longer than I planned because it was nice. Situated close to everything in kampot. They provided laundry and motorcycle too.

Nothing really. Only the shower was a bit cold. But that's just me. I like really hot showers.

lovely clean room with a great view over the mountains and city, close to everything and the staff are so kind and helpful with a laundry facility too. Incredible value for money I would definitely recommend if you visit Kampot!

The AC worked but it did not get very cool in the room.

Loveeed my one week stay there! Rooms are great, beds are confy, And the family owning it is soooo friendly and helpful. It really felt like home!

It’s 3 kilometres out of town that without transport is a faff. We had bicycles so were OK. There are tuktuks in town but few.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Ils nous ont réservés un Tuk tuk pour aller visiter la plantation de poivre et pour la suite de notre voyage vers le Vietnam !

Hotel is in a good location near market and shops with the riverside a 10-15 minute walk away. Originally I booked for 1 night but I was so comfortable I stayed for 4 nights The room was spacious and very clean. Owner and staff were very helpful and nice to talk with

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property

The property was in a good location five minute walk to the markets and Street food,cafés,restaurants and supermarkets. The Riverside was 15 minutes walk away and around 2 km away from the train station so everything is very accessible.

The staff were amazing and helpful giving me lots of information about local attractions and things to do and they weren’t on commission,they were just being helpful even arranging a scooter to be delivered within 20 minutes for $5 a day! They gave me advice on what to do if I had any problems with the scooter, and to take it to local garages and not contact the rental company The property was clean and well looked after The room was very spacious and fresh smelling with a very comfortable king size bed and desk . The bathroom was spotless with no mould around the shower area or sink. My original stay was for one night but I stayed for 4 nights because it was so comfortable only leaving because I had to meet friends in Sihanoukville!

Gute Lage, man ist schnell in den belebten Straßen. Roller wird unkompliziert organisiert. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Kein Schimmelgeruch.

L'emplacement est idéal. C'est silencieux et très propre. La gérante nous a géré les scooters et notre voyage vers le Vietnam. Le prix est tout à fait correct pour un établissement aussi agréable et un personnel aussi sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants.

Friendly and helpful staff,the hotel and room were very clean and room was spacious. I have stopped in five star hotels. that weren’t as good as this one. I really couldn’t fault this hotel. Very good value for the price.

Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Inhaberin sehr nett und spricht gut englisch. Buchte uns einen Bus nach Phnom Pen. Bietet auch andere Touren an, wie z.b zu den Bokor Hills oder der Pfeffer Farm. Waren hier 2 Nächte, vollkommen ausreichend 👍

Im Badezimmer kommt nur sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf

If stairs are an issue for you that’s the only thing to worry about, there isn’t a lift.

Staff was great, owner also around and very kind/helpful

No elevator, so if you are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor and you have issues with stairs, as our older guest did, that was the only part that could be an issue

Modern hotel with large spacious rooms. Room was like the pictures, large double bed, good AC/wifi. Staff were all very friendly. The hotel is 5 mins from the night market and 10 to the riverside restaurants/bars. We hired a bike for a good price (5USD) with no issues. We also booked our bus to PP through the hotel which was no more expensive (~8 USD for a minivan or 10 for a bigger coach).

Everything was perfect

The guesthouse offered good value for money and I have no complaints because of that. The room was nice and big, the bed comfortable and the location is good. I was on the fourth floor so lots of stairs to climb which could overwhelm older travellers but the view was great. I rebooked the hotel later on as I liked it.

My main gripe is that my room face the main road and because some of the windows lacked a handle I could shut them tight enough so the noise of the street woke me up very early in the morning. There’s a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, I guess that’s why the hotel is good value .

Lovely hotel in the centre of Kampot. Comfortable and spacious room. The staff are all super helpful and friendly, they helped us get a bus to Andoung Teuk which I couldn’t find anything about online.

As it is on the main road it is very noisy at night.

Amazing place and even more amazing crew, they are all the times looking for your help and taking care of you. Good location and good accommodations.

We loved the staff here, so friendly and helpful. And the room was very spacious and clean. We booked a trip through the hotel to the national park and pepper plantation which was great. Really appreciated the free water refills to reduce single use plastic too.

Our bathroom was very basic but it didn’t bother us too much

We loved the family atmosphere, the people were really great, they were always there with a big smile looking to help us and spoke really good English. We had a nice big family room, with comfy beds. $5 a day motorbikes were great delivered to the door. Central location, 5 minutes walk to the nightmarket and 10 minutes to lots of restaurants.

No hot shower just ambient temperature also a leak in the shower room that makes the floor wet all the time and no lift.

. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Very central location, short walk to many bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and it was no issue when we wished to extend our stay. Property is great value for money!
