Nothing much unfortunately. Saw the staff when we arrived and never again. Filomena was very nice that fort day.

Our room was in what would have been the attic with very narrow stairs. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - you could feel the springs. The noise and bass from the music was unbearable - started around 9-10pm and went on until 3am. The ear plugs supplied did not help. This is a place for backpackers that like to party and don't care about where they stay. The location itself wasnt bad. It was close to Chiado/Baixa Metro Station and lots of restaurants and shopping and attractions.

The location is incredible, in the centre of a neighbourhood filled with restaurants, cafes and clubs. The staff is so kind and helpful and the accommodation itself is pretty clean.

Ho soggiornato in questa guest house e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La posizione è centrale e ottima, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta, inoltre è fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Staff accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!

The room was very clean and comfortable, with towels provided and regular cleaning every 2–3 days. The location was excellent and very convenient. The host was also responsive, friendly, and happy to help. Room was located on the first floor, so you need to use the stairs to get there. The staircase is quite narrow, so if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage, it may be a little difficult and could take some time to get everything upstairs. However, this wasn’t a problem for me. Had no issues during my stay. Would definitely book again

The location is perfect in the center of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly. The price we paid for the hotel was perfect.

The bed mattress needs an update. In terms of the noise for our room it was okay. If you are noise sensitive you may need air plugs but to be honest for us it was never a problem. A very slight music/noise in the back because the hotel’s street is in the heart of the night life.

Très chaud, personnel très intrusif, rentre dans la chambre pour faire le ménage tous les 3 jours sans prévenir (entre 9 et 13h), nous avions un chien, elle voulait rentrer même quand on laissait notre chien, 20€ de plus à donner pour 1h de retard d’avion, attention le coin cuisine est une cuisine commune, aucune isolation entre les chambres, la douche fuie.. pas ouf

Het was echt verschrikkelijk. Bij ontvangst kreeg je direct oordoppen van de gastvrouw. Helaas hielp het niet. De kamers hebben dubbel glas tegen geluidsoverlast maar dit is niet voldoende. De accomodatie zit midden in een bar street. Met keiharde muziek en dronken mensen tot midden in de nacht. Daarnaast piepen de bedden bij het omdraaien en zijn de kamers super gehorig. In de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend hebben we constant geluidsoverlast gehad van de straat en andere kamers om ons heen. We hebben mega slecht geslapen. De kamer is extreem klein. Je kan er je koffer bijna niet eens openmaken. Daarnaast is de wc in de badkamer weggepropt. Hier kun je amper op zitten. Verder was de kamer voor ons gevoel ook vochtig. Het was niet echt nat, maar je merkte dat het matras gewoon klam was en dat was echt niet prettig. Badkamer heeft ook geen ventilatie dus grote kans dat het daar vandaag komt. Zeker omdat de slang van de airco ook uitkomst in de douchebak. Er is dus constant vocht dat blijft hangen in de kamer. Onbegrijpelijk dat dit verblijf nog zo’n hoge rating kan krijgen op booking. Blijkbaar dus niet voldoende om op een 8+ te filteren. Les geleerd voor de toekomst..

Camera spaziosa, pulita, con aria condizionata e terrazzino. Nel Barrio Alto di Lisbona, zona di localini e vita serale. La ragazza, Kabita, che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ci ha fatto vedere tutta la struttura (è in uso anche la cucina e un bel terrazzo).

Cudowna i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Pokój i części wspólne bardzo czyste. Świetna lokalizacja. Wszystkie udogodnienia zgodne z opisem. Możliwość przechowania bagażu. Dostępne zatyczki do uszu ;)

Nie jest to najcichsza lokalizacja.

Ausgezeichnete Lage - und da ich sowieso nie vor 2 Uhr ins Bett gehe, war der typische Bairro-Alto-Lärm kein Problem. Außerdem sind Türen und Fenster doppelt lärmisolierend, es gibt zwei Eingänge auf den gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gebäudes, Matratze und A/C waren gut, auch die Vorhänge haben ziemlich gut verdunkelt.

Ibamos con nuestra peque de 7 años y pensamos que al estar en una calle super ruidosa y ser un hostal, tendríamos que sufrir el ruido de la llegada de los erasmus a la madrugada pero para nada! No se si fue porque nos asignaron una habitación al fondo pero no se escuchaba nada! super tranquilo, la venta además buenísima no entraba el ruido de afuera. También pudimos tomar el desayuno en el patio tranquilamente o tomar algo en la noche. Está muy bien también poder usar la cocina que mantenia muy limpia.

El patio podría ser muy bonito con plantas y decoración, pero es el patio mas desangelado de Lisboa jajaja un desperdicio!

Clean, spacious, confortable beds.

Even though the guest house is well located when it comes to public transport, sightseeing,and tour starting points, in this street there are several Latin bars, which are very noisy and the worst of all is the smell of the trash in the morning, very disgusting. The place is not clean until the bars open the next evening.

Posizione centrale e prezzo conveniente. È presente uno spazio comune attrezzato e ogni camera ha il suo condizionatore. Lo staff molto disponibile. Disponibili i tappi per dormire.

Siamo stati messi in una stanza all’ultimo piano che era raggiungibile solo con una scaletta molto ripida, con soffitto inclinato che faceva in modo che non si potesse stare in piedi in tutta la stanza e non era possibile aprire le finestre. Non sono presenti prodotti da bagno ma c’è un phon. La zona è molto rumorosa (come segnalano anche gli host) e fino alle 2/3 di notte ci sarà molta musica in quanto le camere sono sopra ad un locale/discoteca. La stessa discoteca fa sì che la strada la mattina dopo sia sporchissima e piena di rifiuti.

Posizione perfetta nel pieno dei locali di Lisbona. Il rumore proveniente dall' esterno non si sente affatto grazie alle doppie finestre. Le signore dello staff sono gentilissime, mi hanno anche cambiato un phon non funzionante alle 21. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Tutto a partire dalla via. Qua su booking viene indicata una via ma in realtà la struttura si trova su un’altra via ed è totalmente impossibile dormire poiché sotto è pieno di locali con musica altissima fino a tarda tarda mattinata

La ubicación es ideal y el personal es super amable y atento. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes de hacer el check in, y también el día de salida. Me gustaría dar las gracias en especial a Neemi. Además, la comunicación antes de ir muy efectiva, te resolvían todas las dudas antes de la llegada. Las habitaciones son iguales que en la foto, estaban bastante limpias y adecuadas de espacio. Lo recomiendo.

Las instalaciones muy bien y el personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio, camas cómodas, personal atento y te dejan hacer el check in antes de la hora si lo necesitas.

El ruido y la ubicación. En la misma calle hay 3 discotecas, todos los días la gente está de fiesta hasta las 3 de la mañana. El alojamiento cuenta con ventana doble y dan tapones para intentar aliviar el ruido, pero se notan hasta las vibraciones dentro de la habitación. Mi habitación no daba justamente hacia la calle de las discotecas, si no que daba a la perpendicular, y aun así se escuchaba como si estuvieras en las discotecas. Además, una vez cierran las discotecas se escucha a la gente bebiendo y hablando en esas calles hasta las tantas. Todo lo demás bien, pero el ruido hace que la estancia en ese alojamiento pueda hacerse dura.

La stanza è all'interno di un edificio storico in una stradina centrale di Lisbona, molto movimentata. È dotata di bagno inerno e cucina e sala breakfast esterne in comune. L'arredamento è essenziale ma comodo, la host (Filomena) è venuta ad accoglierci e ci ha spiegato tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e fresca (Filomena ha provveduto a farci trovare il climatizzatore acceso). La metro è molto vicina, a piedi si raggiunge in pochi minuti la bellissima piazza do commercio ed il lungofiume con il terminal di imbarco dei traghetti

Purtroppo c'erano dei lavori in corso proprio avanti al portone di ingresso all'edificio, che hanno reso difficoltoso l'accesso con i bagagli. La scala interna dell'edificio è stretta e difficile da percorrere. Non c'è ascensore

Le cose negative riguardano principalmente la grandezza della stanza, avevo una tripla e stavamo molto molto strette. La pulizia non è il massimo, in bagno c’era la muffa e i filtri del condizionatore erano pieni di polvere, consiglio di non accendere. Le cucine comuni erano ben fornite ma a tratti usciva qualche scarafaggio da sotto i piatti o tra il microonde. L’edificio essendo molto antico inoltre ha delle scale veramente ripide, quasi vertiginose. Se avete spirito di avventura e vi serve solo un posto per appoggiarvi lo consiglio.

La atención de Filomena, la señora de la recepción, siempre atenta a mis pedidos ayudando con sus recomendaciones. El barrio si bien está bien ubicado hay mucho ruido desde las 9:00 de la noche hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Lo cual ya sabía y lo resolví con tapones para los oídos. La habitación era cómoda y sencilla. Había una buena heladera para dejar comida y cocina bien equipada para cocinar. Además café, té, azúcar y sal free y pava eléctrica.

El baño muy pequeño, la terraza si bien hay sillas y mesas es un lugar entre paredes y además es donde secan la ropa. Las cortinas de la habitación muy pesadas y oscuras.

Struttura in pieno centro,a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Rossio. Nelle vie attorno ci sono molti locali,aperti fino a tarda notte,ma il rumore non si sente in quanto c'erano le doppie finestre. Camera e bagno puliti, lenzuola e asciugamani anche. C'è una cucina attrezzata in comune, e un terrazzo che è una chicca. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona,sceglierei ancora questa struttura.

Well it's old town so if you want to visit old town, it's perfect! Staff were very communicative. Bed was 2 singles tucked together but was nice and comfortable

Facilities were quite basic, it smelt quite musty throughout the hotel. Old town is quite noisy so you have to shut the windows which isn't ideal, but that's probably gonna be an issue in most hotels in that neck of the woods

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη. Το βράδυ υπήρχε πολύς θόρυβος από τα γύρω κλαμπ, κάτι που έκανε τον ύπνο αρκετά δύσκολο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, περισσότερο σαν σοφίτα, ενώ η είσοδος στο κατάλυμα ήταν ιδιαίτερα άβολη, καθώς έπρεπε να ανέβουμε μια πολύ στενή σκάλα, στην οποία χωρούσα οριακά τόσο σε πλάτος όσο και σε ύψος. Επιπλέον, παρότι μείναμε τέσσερα βράδια, δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα αλλαγής πετσετών, κάτι που θεωρώ σημαντική έλλειψη.

Il wc era assolutamente indecente, in pratica era impossibile una seduta corretta, bisognava mettere le gambe di lato. Non è accettabile.

La posizione ottima. La fermata del tram 28 a 3 minuti. A poco più di 5 minuti la fermata della metro. Filomena è una donna fantastica,disponibilissima ,amorevole e professionale. Se dovessi ritornare a Lisbona prenoterei di nuovo qui

Workers were friendly and helpful

I made a mistake in booking and paying for an extra night. I made the booking from Canada and was confused with the time zone so I paid for an extra night. We didn't arrive in Portugal till the 8th. I wish the hotel also allowed people to leave suitcases so I would have to pay for Bounce storage. When I connected via WhatsApp. They said nobody worked early at 7. Also our room was right above a night club so we couldn't sleep till after the bar closed which was around 2an. So for 3 nights in a row we couldn't sleep till 3am which meant that we couldn't get up early enough to do all the touristy stuff in the morning. Not being able to sleep early so we could do stuff earlier in the morning really impacted our visit and plan. This room also didn't have a window. This room only had a sky light. I asked about the refund for the 1st night that we weren't here for and they said I have to ask booking.com. I am now requesting a refund for the 1st night for July 7th as we didn't even arrive in Portugal from Toronto till July 8th Looking forward for your support!

Nel cuore del quartiere di Alfama, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone più interessanti della città, una trentina di camere essenziali ma funzionali con spazi in comune. Perfetta per un fine settimana senza troppe pretese

Essendo nel pieno della movida, in alcune camere c'è parecchio rumore fino a notte fonda e per questo vengono forniti i tappi per le orecchie. Lenzuola pulite ma macchiate, materassi non molto comodi.

Excellent room with private bathroom very clean very friendly staff nice community kitchen and small patio.

It is in a busy part of town with a loud nightlife. But once you’re inside, it’s much quieter in their complementary earplugs. I didn’t bother me and I slept great.

TOUT, a fuir, cela ne correspond pas du tout à l’annonce. Nous avons étaient contraint de quitter l’établissement dès le lendemain. Il y a une grande insécurité dans la rue qui est entourée de bars et de boîtes de nuit. La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée. De plus, le personnel ne s’est pas du tout montré à la hauteur et en décidant d’ignorer nos problèmes et notre décision de quitter l’établissement.

I knew the property was located in a very lively neighborhood, so I brought good earplugs and the noise from the nightclub was not a major issue for me. However, it was quite loud until around 3:00 a.m. There is no air conditioning, but the fan was very helpful. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for reaching the main tourist attractions.

Las escaleras y la ubicación. El barrio es bastante ruidoso por la noche y a pesar de que muy temprano pasan limpiando las calles se ve basura acumulada en las esquinas y huele mal.

This is quite a big guest house, very well organized, easy contact, quick answers with kindness. There is a nice tarrace on the second floor where one can sit and enjoy some food, etc. This is a noisy location, maybe book outside of the city centre if you're looking for sth quiet. There are proper windows and earplugs, so it is managable, if it us quiet inside. It is very central and easy to get around. Cleaning can be done every two nights.

Очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал. Удобная комната, есть все необходимое. Уборка раз в 2 дня, поэтому довольно чисто. Есть оборудованная общая кухня. Удобное расположение.

Было действительно шумно (как и пишут другие гости), но об этом заранее предупреждают. Лично мне шум не мешал.

Perfect place if you are a traveller and want to stay downtown Lisbon. There is a common area with a kitchenette and fridge.

It is a noisy area with lots of bars, but our room had good doors and windows so it was very quiet.

Centrally located with a clean, reasonably sized room. Very friendly staff and excellent water pressure in the shower!!

I think some rooms may be quite noisy as the street has lots of bars. Our room was on the other side of the building so we were ok. Horrid pillows - pretty much the only negative thing!

Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze, lokalizacja świetna, w samym centrum. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, pani Kamala i druga pani pozwoliły nam na zostawienie ostatniego dnia bagaży w nkezajętym pokoju, na cały dzień bez pobrania dodatkowej opłaty. Jest miejsce do przygotowania sobie posiłku, w pokojach było czysto. Miejsce w gwarnej okolicy, Ale pokoje mają okna, które świetnie tłumią dźwięk. Minusem jest sam budynek, który jest stary, posiada bardzo strome schody, chociaż nie jest ich dużo. W pomieszczeniu socjalnym był też wyczuwalny zapach jakby wilgoci, ale w pokoju już nie było go czuć. Polecam miejsce!

La posizione pessima, di notte non si dorme, vicinissimo a locali aperti fino a notte fonda. Assolutamente non adatto a famiglie. La stanza a piano terra con una finestra che dava su un terrazzo ad uso comune per cui si doveva stare con le tende chiuse.

I found guest house rooms to be accommodation with character of an old building with modern facilities. Its is in an area with a very loud, busy night life but when you close the large windows in you room- silence. The internet is very good and kitchen well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. As an older solo traveller I really enjoyed my 5 nights here and got lots of exercise walking uphill.

The location of the place is 10/10 for exploring Lisboa, the en-suite bathroom was a plus as well! It’s quite cheap compared to other places around the area. Upon request the host allowed us to have a room not directly above the clubs. The host Neemi was very kind and helpful with any questions we had! The room was just Ok and fit for the purpose we needed to use it for.

I booked this place because of its location and I knew there is going to be negatives before booking. Like previously mentioned the location is very good but not for everyone since it’s above the clubs. For me and my wife was fine since once windows were closed 90% of the noise was gone. (One thing to keep in mind if you go in the summer you won’t be able to close the windows because of the heat, so be prepared.) - The bed was very uncomfortable, made me appreciate my bed back home more than I ever had before. - Towels were worn out, and one of them had blood stains which we obviously did not use. - Sometimes there was a smell from the bathroom drains. We did not mention any of these to the host since we thought it’s not worth complaining for the amount of days we stayed. All and all you get what you paying for! The place is good only for a few days, if you looking for a place to stay longer than 3 days I would not recommend!

The location is superb , close to bars , restaurants and attractions . Staff where great ., loved the fact that it had a sun lounge on the roof and two kitchens for gursts to use

Du bor centralt, städarna är trevliga och gör ett bra jobb och rummet är inget speciellt men ändå fräscht.

Det bör nämnas att detta hotellet ligger på en festgata i Lissabon, vilket innebär att det är hög ljudnivå utanför fram till iallafall 02:00. Det värsta av allt var att du hörde absolut allt ifrån korridoren i hotellet då där är stora glapp mellan dörren och listerna. Kan ju även nämnas att den personen som tog emot oss sedan snackar skit om sina gäster, vilket är riktigt osmakligt.
