The place was clean, check-in and check-out were easy, and luggage storage was available. The staff were also very friendly.

Spinnenweben im Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit, im Badezimmer Handtücher aufzuhängen, Lichtschalter neben dem Bett funktionieren nicht richtig. Für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten ist das für mich aber auch kein Weltuntergang. Den Fernseher habe ich nicht benutzt, aber er hängt über dem Kopfende des Bettes, was wahrscheinlich gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Für Kurzaufenthalt räumlich geeignet, Lage durch direkte U-Bahnstation sehr gut. Zugang durch Code, kein Personalkontakt. Unterkunftsmitteilungen zwar per Mail, aber ausschließlich in englischer Sprache. Für den deutschen Sprachraum und Kunden ist dies eigentlich nicht akzeptabel. Es wird dabei nicht berücksichtigt, dass in Europa bevölkerungsmässig die deutsche Sprache die meistgesprochene ist!!

Reviewed May 10, 2026Perfect location just steps away from supermarket, bakery/café, restautants and the U4 underground. Kitchen facilities in the basement in case you cook yourself.
Shower and sink within the room. I always had to open the window and start the ventilator in the toilet to get rid of the steam. Sometimes the front door to the Pension didn't shut properly on itself. No reception; I didn't meet anybody from the staff during the whole 7-day stay.

Por estar en PB, un poco ruidosa, pero nada importante. Por suerte no había demasiado movimiento en el edificio. La pared divisoria entre habitación e ingreso es de placas de yeso, y se movía cada vez que abrían la puerta..

Reviewed May 3, 2026Было чисто и уютно. Приятная подсветка. Я останавливалась в одноместном номере, был стол и стул, чтобы поработать или поесть. Очень приятная была ванная комната. Изначально я забронировала двухместный номер, но узнала что там душ прямо в комнате и попросила заменить его на одноместный, администрация пошла мне навстречу. Также не заставили выселяться из номера ровно в час выселения, разрешили задержаться на час подольше без проблем. Приятная кухня с холодильником и микроволновкой в полуподвале. Также есть посуда, кофемашина и плита. Можно даже было что-то приготовить или разогреть. Было очень комфортно в этом плане.
Шумновато было, окно выходит в какой-то двор колодец. Рядом какой-то ремонт был. Уборка не каждый день.

There was a spacious shared kitchen with everything you need. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and thank Pauline for her attentive and friendly service.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Ho scelto la zona perché ci ho vissuto da ragazza tanto tempo fa e volevo stare proprio nella "mia" via. Ho viaggiato con mia figlia di 12 anni. Tutti i servizi sono nei pressi, bus e stazione metro proprio accanto. Praticissima la cucina a disposizione e imbattibile il deposito bagagli. Gentilissimi i proprietari che rispondono immediatamente in caso di necessità.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The place is ideal for someone like me, who likes quiet, independence and freedom in travelling. Having no keys was a bonus for me and I actually prefer having the choice whether my room gets serviced or not as I'm pretty tidy anyway, so that was perfect. The room was spotless, great shower, ideal temperature, comfy bed, the mattress was perfect, not too firm for my problematic back, but had great support. I loved the proximity to everything I needed, including transportation, good, safe area. Guests were reasonably quiet and respectful of the no-noise times. The staff I met was really friendly and polite. I also needed to stay an extra day and the lady in charge of the property was incredibly responsive and helpful. Next time I visit I'll sure come back here! Thank you Pauline!

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente. A un passo dalla metropolitana (oppure una mezz'ora a piedi dal centro) e davvero molto comoda.
Unica cosa "strana" erano la doccia e il lavandino direttamente all'interno della stanza, che eventualmente potevano essere separati con una tenda per avere un po' di privacy. Di per sé non è un problema, solo una peculiarità a cui di solito non siamo abituati, da tenere a mente se si viaggia in due e si preferisce avere più discrezione.

Je to penzion bez recepční, pouze vám zašlou přístupové kódy. Tak je to tam takové neosobní. Pokoje jsou v přízemí do ulice a jeden pokoj do dvorku.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Das Zimmer hat genau dem entsprochen, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt war, nett und harmonisch, nicht billig. Self-Check-in und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat perfekt geklappt. Obwohl das Zimmer ebenerdig straßenseitig liegt, war kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Extra Kissen fand ich super. Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer integriert war nice, eigene Toilette abgetrennt mit Türe. Indirekte Beleuchtung hinter dem Bett fand ich abends sehr angenehm. Für eine Nacht für mich perfekt, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super, Handtücher, Seife usw alles da, sogar eine Packung Manner Wafferl :) sehr cute !
Es war generell sehr kühl im Zimmer, vor allem auf der Toilette;) Aber da ich spät kam, und nur zum Übernachten, war das zum Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster ideal. Die Nachttischlampen sind nur Deko ;) Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken könnte besser sein. Auf meinem Leintuch war ein kleiner Fleck.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Habe kein Frühstück bestellt. Zimmer groß. Das Hotel liegt Ideal. Die Anbindung zu den Öffis ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung könnte etwas besser sein. Die Beleuchtung hinter dem Bett muss nicht sein. Der Spiegel beim Waschbecken hat leider keine Beleuchtung, weshalb man sich nicht nass rasieren kann. Man steht eigentlich vor dem Licht und der Spiegel ist unbeleuchtet.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026自助入住跟退房，不需要碰到其他人。共用廚房有免費使用的膠囊咖啡機、冰箱、微波爐跟電磁爐跟可用來烹飪的廚具。有storage locker可以先寄放行李，能用鑰匙鎖起也很安心，對於提前抵達的我們很方便。地點雖然離主要景點有段距離，但是離公車站跟地鐵站很近，步行約兩～三分鐘可抵達，交通方便。 房間跟床單整體很乾淨，也沒有異味。
很神奇的是廁所是有隔間但浴室是透明的，如果只是普通朋友一起入住可能要注意一下

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questa struttura, posizione ottima, metro supermercato e bakery a due passi, bella zona. La stanza era pulita e con tutto il necessario, inoltre la proprietaria è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha accolti benissimo e prima dell’arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura e come accedere in autonomia con l’utilizzo di codici di accesso sia per la porta principale della struttura sia della stanza, quindi comodissimo perché così non si ha nemmeno il problema di portarsi dietro chiavi o altro. Abbiamo passato il capodanno a Vienna e ci ha anche omaggiato di un piccolo panettone al nostro ritorno in stanza nel pomeriggio del 1 gennaio, un pensiero davvero carino! C’è anche a disposizione di tutti una sala comune attrezzata di macchina per il caffè con varie capsule e qualche biscottino, wc (anche se noi lo avevamo privato in camera), postazione per ricaricare telefoni/altro e deposito bagagli sia per il check in che per il check out. Quindi per noi rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, Grazie di tutto Pauline!
La doccia nella nostra stanza si trova di fronte al letto senza niente a chiusura di essa quindi potrebbe sembrare un pò bizzarro per alcuni, soprattutto per una questione di privacy. Lo specifico solo perché per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema, per noi però non lo è stato.

Wer Selbstverpflegung mag, aber kein Apartment mieten will, wird hier happy., sei es Frühstück oder ein schneller Snack, von Töpfen , Besteck, 2 Herdplatten, Toaster, Wasserkocher , Kühlschrank bis Mikrowelle. Alle nutzbar. Nachts war es ruhig, da Zimmer nicht zur Straße lag, ggf beim Buchen als Zimmerswunsch angeben.
Bettdecke zu dünn, eine zusätzliche Wolldecke als Tagesdecke wäre im Winter gut. Checkin und checkout absolut anonym, ohne jemanden zu sehen.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Very kind personnel. They always cleaned our room promptly even when we were leaving at weird hours. There is a kitchen downstairs with coffee and tea 24/7 that came in really handy in the mornings and evenings.
We are a couple and this was absolutely fine for us, but the shower is in the middle of the room and is fully transparent. It might be a bit awkward if you are travelling with someone other than your partner. Toilet was in an enclosed room. Windows are facing the street and are at the street level, so you need to always keep the curtains closed.
