Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The room is on first floor of ancient building but it's very well maintened.You are very indipendent cause the rooms are separered from the reception, thus the more privacy. The location is amazing, close to parking areas and justt 15 minutes on foot to the center. Bars and restaurants along the street. Room is clean and tidy, good bed, a/c working, restroom is clean and comfortable, wifi ok. Reception staff is kind and friendly. I think you don't need anything else. Recommended!
Maybe some more amenities like biscuits, coffee machine, water dispenser and similar would be appreciated, as well as more guide-books.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The property was in a great location near the train station. Just one to be aware of there are stairs which weren’t too bad. Housekeeping was very good new towels and bed made daily. The property let us keep our luggage until our train and use a washroom before we left when we returned to pick up the luggage.
Cleanliness - the bathroom toilet was not clean and had to be requested to be cleaned. Over all cleanliness of the common area also wasn’t well kept area/coffee areas dirty along with the chairs covering dust. No safe deposit box like it was stated. The room was classed as soundproof however every night unfortunately everything inside and outside could be heard this is not the fault of the hosts however other guests should be considerate there was a lot of banging from them. Bathroom was very old the photos showed fairly updated rooms and bathrooms however in our case this was not correct. Air conditioning not very cooling at all. It was hot and when you entered the room there was not a significant output would be very difficult in the summer to keep cool.

Senti falta de tomada perto da cama para carregar o celular. Tinha apenas uma tomada no quarto e uma no banheiro. A do quarto ficava próx a um aparador q estava ligado o freezer. Onde tive q desligar para usar a tomada. E da cama tbm, eu prefiro cama mais firme, lá a cama vc deitava e onde estava ela ia dando uma leve afundada.

Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamız boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz! 🌸

No había ascensor disponible y tuve problemas al subir mi maleta, a pesar de que era un solo piso, ya que era muy agotador e incómodo. La ducha en el baño era demasiado pequeña y si se abría mucho el chorro, el agua no caía sobre mí sino en la pared.

El colchón tenía forma humana, tenía un hueco hecho y era incómodo. Al enchufar el cargador del móvil (en la pared abajo del todo) estaba debajo de la cama con mucho polvo y pelusas (le hacía falta aspirador…). El baño muy normal, cuando llegamos de noche había una cucaracha al lado del vater, desapareció y estuvimos toda la noche pendientes de que no hubiera más… y efectivamente en el hall de la Pensión había un insecticida para cucarachas y arañas… pero no nos dijeron nada. Había cerca de 30 grados dentro de la habitación, desapareció noche no se podía tener la ventana abierta porque los coches y autobuses hacían muchísimo ruido fuera. Dentro de la habitación había aire acondicionado, a máxima potencia hacía muchísimo ruido y NO ENFRIABA NADA, era como si no existiera…

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The facilities were great, and everything met my expectations. The windows weren’t opening and even though there was small kitchen areas there’s no where to wash the cups and there was no new clean cups for coffee on the next morning. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Bit of difficulty finding the place as street had the same number on two different places. Lock entering room not easy to manage.

There was also a complimentary bottle of water waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The room faced the inner courtyard, so it was wonderfully quiet — the only sound we could hear in the morning was the birds singing 😍

Soba je mračna i vlažna. NEMA klime iako je ona upisana kao opcija u ponudi. Postoji jedna utičnica za punjač računara, ali je u nju uključen mali frižider. Na prozoru piše da ga otvarate što kraće jer ulaze komarci - to je tačno. Nema ormara. U kupatilu je nemoguće sesti na WC šolju normalno, jer nema mesta za noge. Ne postoji tuš kabina sa staklenim vratima, kao što je prikazano na slikama, nego postoji plastična zavesa. Veličina kabine je takva da u nju jedva ulazi osoba prosečne visine. Svugde u sobi se oseća miris vlage i buđi, teško se diše. Nakon par sati na vešalicama garderoba postaje vlažna. Ne preporučujem. Cena nikako nije odgovarajuća a slike takođe ne odgovaraju realnosti.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026A Edna foi muito atenciosa e foi confortável ter um banheiro no quarto. Há serviço de quarto todos os dias, ar condicionado e frigobar também. O café da esquina logo ao lado foi um ponto muito positivo nessa estadia.
O elevador do edifício não pode ser utilizado por hóspedes, a limpeza e do edifício não ajuda na sensação de conforto. Achei uma área um pouco perigosa para andar sozinha pela rua quando anoitece.

Unfortunately the property was a major disappointment. The condition of the room did not justify the price, and the overall experience felt more like a one-star accommodation than a hotel. The property appeared poorly maintained, the air conditioning was weak, and the overall atmosphere felt dated and somewhat unclean. I would not stay here again and do not believe it offers good value for money.

Reviewed May 22, 2026The flat was clean. The bathroom was smart with an excellent shower. Staff were helpful and let us leave our suitcase beyond our check out time. C10 minutes walk to the nearest places of historical interest. Tea and coffee making facilities provided but communal.
About 15 minutes walk from station to the room. There is a lift, but not useable to customers/guests so awkward with a hefty suitcase. There is a view of close by buildings and a pub/bar courtyard. In the afternoons music plays loud enough to disturb in the room, but this doesn’t seem to continue int9 the evenings. Room very dark.

They just change the towels , no refill the tea bag, no water courtesy, they don't make the bed everyday and the bathroom has a bad smell like an old very strong smelling.

Reviewed May 1, 2026The location is excellent, 5-10 mins walk from all the main sights. A lovely neighborhood with parks, shops and cafes. The room was clean and cozy with en-suite shower. The hostess was very friendly and always ready to help.

Inoltre l'accoglienza è stata delle migliori, venendomi incontro anche con "servizi" non rientranti nel pacchetto, come aver potuto lasciare il bagaglio in struttura per poter visitare senza la zavorra appresso, il tutto dopo aver affettuato il check out! Che dire, gentilissimi!
