Quindi…

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Very well presented. Breakfast was a treat, hot and cooked to order. Location spot on.
The bed was actually two singles joined to make one large bed. It was uncomfortable as the singles joined in the middle. A padded piece across the mattresses would have made it much easier to sleep. Would almost have earned a higher score if the sleep had been better.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Simply superb. Could not be improved.
The plumbing in the building is noisy such that people having an early shower in the neighbouring room wakes one up and prevents one going back to sleep. I'm not an expert in these matters but i would have thought this could be easily fixed. But, in ALL other respects , Blind Gate is an excellent establishment.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Close to the old town
2 people came in late to the room next to us & proceeded to have a loud argument between themselves around 2-4am. The walls must be thin as we could hear them well. I phoned the manager & she said she couldn’t do anything about the noise as there may be alcohol involved. So we had a sleepless night; not good enough as it is not cheap to stay there. Pillows were soft & needed updating & the plumbing is noisy.
