在网上随便订了这家民宿，没想到这么好，有挺大的公区可以使用，装修很中式，能看出来老板是个喜欢茶文化的人，楼下还有一面签名石墙，上面全是旅客的签名寄语，特别有情调。🥰还有两只可爱的小猫猫！！推荐！

The property was very close to the scenic / quieter side of the West Lake. It was a cosy inn located in a quiet neighbourhood with several other small inns. The owner / staff was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. The duplex suite we were in was large & we liked the tier seating in the tatami sleeping area. There is a projector in the room where you can watch iQiyi movies. I did not realise the property does not have a lift and we had quite a bit of baggage, which the staff / owner gladly helped us bring upstairs.

The room does not have a fridge or microwave, you would have to go downstairs to the common kitchen. There is a fan on the upper deck of the room which would have helped with air circulation, but the fan was very dusty and we did not dare use it. Most didi vehicles do not drive in to the small roads, so you have to walk a short distance out (~100m).

The location is great, and all the city's attractions are nearby. The rooms are excellent, with beautiful views. I would like to express my gratitude to the kind-hearted owner of the hotel and his family. He was very helpful, even late at night. The young man who works for him speaks English. He is so well-mannered and kind that he even offered to go to the pharmacy for us when we needed assistance. Every day, we were given freshly brewed local tea. The owner also grows delicious cucumbers in his garden, which he shared with us.After our departure, we were given a very beautiful evil-repelling bracelet. The owners are very kind and lovely people. I wish you all the best, health, happiness, and prosperity! I recommend this hotel 100%.

the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and even helped us carry our luggages and kept our laundry. they even send us some sightseeing places which made exploring xi hu easier. if u are a cat lover, u will absolutely love the 2 cats they have!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The accommodation was located in a quaint neighbourhood that is walkable distance to xihu and a short ride away from other attractions. There's two adorable and welcoming cats and a washer and dryer available. Will rebook, great accommodation!

MK Inn is located very close to west lake, walking distance. very quiet area and there are a few small shops around. excellent staff and great service. my kids enjoyed playing with the two nice cats in the inn. great for family

taxi couldn't get directly to the entrance of the Inn. It takes a small stroll ( 3 mins) to walk to the place. there is not lift in the Inn so you will have to carry your luggage to level 2 or 3.

Quiet and within the west lake area

No lift. No clear sign board at the main road to direct to the property. Too dark at night with no street light to return to the property.

I was very happy with my stay at MK Inn. The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.

There were other inns nearby, and sometimes the guests there were pretty noisy. Usually they only stayed a few days, so it was ok.

It was so beautiful there. Within 10 min walking I was at one of the most beautiful places of the westlake. People were friendly and in a short time you feel a little bit like being at home. The woman who manages the hotel is so nice and helps whereever she can. She rents a bicycle for me, she helps me finding souvenirs for my relatives at home. She also speaks a nearly perfect English. Supermarket 5 min walk. It was clean and silent. If I one day will visit the region of Hangzhou again I will find my home in the MK Inn again. I can 100 percent recommend it. Kurt from Germany

Helpful and friendly neighbourhood (host, neighbours, nearby shops); bed is comfortable; peaceful and surrounded by nature; walking distance to nearby attractions, bus stops.

(Nothing we dislike about) note that getting a cab to get out from that area can be difficult during the weekends/peak season - suggestion to catch a bus at nearest bus stop to a metro

The room was massive and super comfortable. Location is great as it's only a 10 min walk from West lake. The staff are very friendly and patient and can speak some English.

The address is wrong, although I think this is more of an issue with Booking using Google maps services for China. I asked for directions at a local shop and the lady at the till called the hotel and they picked me up.

It’s perfect for family

Quite nice service. Help me a lot to decorate my room for 10 years anniversary. A big surprise for us.

The hotel was very modern and was located perfectly! The people were very friendly.

This inn is located in a little neighborhood right across from the lake. The staff was excellent in making sure we had what we needed. When we arrived it was raining and the DiDi couldn’t find the exact address. A staff member walked to the car with 4 umbrellas and led us to the hotel. Our room was comfortable and compact. They even had a washer dryer we could use. It was a short walk to a path by the lake and the foliage was beautiful. You’ll really enjoy this small inn.

It was a very homey boutique stay tucked in an old heritage village, living like a local. They had the cutest resident cat.

It was a little hard to find in the taxi as the road was narrow and house number sign wasn't prominent. We had to walk up 3 floors which is not a problem for our family but should highlight in the room description in case there are elderly or very young kids.

Our room left much to be desired. It was very small, cramped and basic. The toilet did not have a door, just a simple curtain through which everything could be seen. The shower was extremely basic and not very pleasant, you could tell the flooring was just concrete. The staff tried their best to help but the shortcomings were overwhelming. To access the slow wifi offered by the property, the receptionist had to use her phone to log us in, without a Chinese phone, it is not possible. We were forced to pay cash as only Chinese cards were accepted. Even AliPay was rejected. The location is terrible, everything is far, to navigate the bus system is impossible even for a Chinese speaker like my girlfriend and DiDi drivers do not drive to the property, they leave you on the main road, from which you have to walk several minutes. We will not stay again

The location is fantastic, it was walking distance to the West Lake and located in a nice village with lots of character.

The family room was nice and big, but only one proper bed. The other one was Japanese style on the floor so not very comfortable for us as Americans.

we had a wonderful stay at MK. the location is great and gives you a nice experience of the Hangzhou culture. the hosts were really nice and answered any questions we had. the room was clean, shower great, and most importantly a very comfy big bed! we loved it
