You have an excellent, tranquil environment if you can create a few outdoor activities for couples, groups etc. You have lot's of beautiful landscapes and we will be happy to pay

Plan ahead for eventualities eg on your menu there's fish but last minute was told your supplier wasn't able to supply you GPS takes you round and round until you call the facility for directions, very frustrating

We only stayed one night, but would have to spend a few nights. It was really beautiful, super helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for the extra pillows!!! I loved the donkeys and Lochi, the kitty ❤️

The guesthouse is situated just outside town in a beautiful setting. It is next to a flowing river and dam and has got a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast .

The layout of the rooms were not ideal. The washbasin is not in the bathroom but next to the bed. It is also quite small.

The fact that I was going to Cycle and requested that I can check out when done so that I can shower as I was doing mountain.

The place is well taken care of and very clean.

There was an incident that happened, the owner promised us to meet one another halfway on the costs but he did not keep to his word. We settled all costs in any way.

We enjoyed our stay, we even came back a second time after some days. Rooms are enormous and very clean. Generous garden, more like a park, very nice pool. There's a small breakfast buffet and in addition you can order breakfast meals from a menue, plenty and nice. It was not difficult to find due to Google maps, and once through the gate it's just a couple of meters downhill and through perhaps a car length of very shallow water. 2 nice restaurants ver, close by (1 min by car), but dinner is also available, if booked beforehand. Extremely good communication. Shortly after booking we were already informed about details. Very friendly staff!

Executive room was very spacious n comfortable.

Water issues need to be addressed. One of the rooms highlights is the spa bath tub but we had no hot water for 4 hours after check-in so could not use it. There also isn't enough hot water to use the bath and shower.

Was not given the pin of the gate when checking out. This was despite informing the staff of our intention to check out early. I was stranded at the gate and arrived late at the destiny

The property is beautiful as always and the scenery is amazing and good for taking pictures

If only they had bigger family rooms that cater for family of 6 but besides that I loved the place

Notices @ every turn on what guests aren't allowed to do. Bathroom alone, had 3 such notices. I also found the facility to be too rigid & unbending to accomodate client needs.

The place was clean and comfortable.

The staff did not pay attention to detail, they kept attending to us and then leaving us to attend to others. When we were at the bar they literally chased us out saying they are closing, which was a little rude. Breakfast was underwhelming with an omelet that didnt really have much.

The staff were so freindly and quickly to assist. Their communication was so good. The meals was so delicious. The old lady serving us at the resturant was so freindly. The owners were so freindly. The receptionists were rso good in communication.

The loveliest of breakfast in a long time, well presented, outdoor, lovely setting, buffet style and then followed by a cooked breakfast. We LOVED the breakfast. well done.

On check-in no one could find our booking (was confirmed on Booking.com and by Summerset Place a week earlier. Staff were a bit unfriendly. The room, although) it said "Budget, small room", it was small and a very small bed. Next time we will make sure to book their biggest room.

The food was average.. I think they need to invest in the cullinary experiences to ensure that guests don't order outside. Another thing is the lack of entertainment, bar closes early and there is absolutely no atmosphere.

I loved everything. I treval a lot. This is one of the few places I would revisit or tell people to go if they want to relax. I wanted to stay longer. I can not explain my experience. Loved Maria her service was amazing. Wow 👌 wow 👌

It's a suggestion. The pool is next to the eating place. It's uncomfortable to swim while people are eating. Closing the doors while serving breakfast, lunch or dinner would be nice for privacy. .

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was amazing and my daughter loved the big bath. Our food was fantastic and the staff so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return and tell our friends as well. Thank you for an amazing 3 days.

Schöne grüne, sichere Anlage. Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war umfangreich. Abendessen/Lunch ist auch zu empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns wieder gut gefallen.
