did not have electricty for most of the stay with no backup power excepting a flashlight. no hot water to shower a place like this needs backup power and internet

The quietness, the cleanliness, their flexibility by the management as I was running late for my check in but I was still accommodated. If it wasn't for the cut off in check in times I would have rated them a 10. Mama Miriam was also amazing, with her warm smile and the pleasant chat as she was showing me around.

The cut off in check in time. I was driving from Joburg and it was a bit of reckless driving as I was expected to arrive at or before a certain time for my check in.

My 1 year old son was denied a cot for the first3 days we were there and given lousy mattress gos they said he would break it

Miriam was so friendly and kind on arrival. The room was gorgeously decorated; clean and smelt amazing. The outside shower was a huge hit. My boys even had a quick dip in the pool even tho it was raining. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was an added bonus. The breakfast was also delicious and the “Tannie” hosting us in the dining room was also so sweet. We will definitely be back to visit!

Meriam was so friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. We loved the green garden and central location in town. This is the third time we have stayed here and we will most certainly return!!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this guest house under any circumstances. Based on our experience, we lost money and received no proper service or resolution. Please do not use this guest house at all. Their service is completely unacceptable and shockingly poor. Do not be fooled by appearances or promises. This has been the WORST guest house experience we have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away. Terrible Service... Extremely arrogant and unprofessional staff.

It was clean, modern and had everything we needed including a braai and a pool. I will certainly book again.

The strange door locks with the code. We forgot the keys inside and got locked out but we were assisted immediately, no hassle.

We had the front facing room, I wouldn’t recommend it as it carpark facing so no privacy. It would also be great if the toilet had a door. More breakfast options would be great too.

Room for improvement: from the Diamond Room you can hear some staff talking in the kitchen, and there was no shampoo or shower gel provided (perhaps an oversight).

Beautiful guesthouse, rooms are spacious with swimming pool and Lapa where you can relax. Miriam is friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and Una was accommodating when we added 2 guests for breakfast

Location excellent, on-site parking excellent . Bed was very comfortable, and shower superb. Also very surprised they had a full dstv package available . Sport , movies etc.

The structure of the house , is such that if you are allocated rooms at.the back , you have to walk through the dining area - this could be disruptive to the rest of the guests

Great room with beautiful soft white bed linnen. Ample space in the room and with an area to work at a desk. Friendly staff that make yoo feel very welcome. Great value for money.
