The location of the guest house was easy to find and it was nearby the mall. The staff was very friendly and I would really recommend Barry Lane for my friends and family. Again thank you very much Sueretta.

Dustbin required in the bedroom. The adjoining locked door going into the house is not ideal. You can hear whole conversations and the light shines through. The toilet seat is loose. Maybe a bowl to put your old teabag in?

Room was open and spacious. Could not watch my favorite sport on DSTV because it was not connected, so had to settle for music on You Tube.

No DSTV No sitting area except on the bed No tea but sugar and milk were available No sitting area outside. It was a mission to get to the pool area

The bed was very comfortable...i loved it and the was a warm blanket in the closet. just incase you needed it.

The place is okay, but I didn't like the fact that the was so many rules when coming to the rooms. I love white bedding but why put them on the bed and expect the guest not to sleep on them. 1. white towels...if you mess them, they say you pay a fine. then the bathroom/shower room plus toilet smelled like old ppls curtains (like oud clere). I think it was the old curtains. the should change the curtain to blinds.

Breakfast was not requested. room was very clean comfortable; the bed was neat and felt fresh. for a one night and early departure 7am can recommend. The receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival and booking in was simple and quick.

The double bed was a little high off the floor and don't think older 60+ guest would manage climbing into bed!!! 2nd a small microwave could be very handy e.g. to warm some milk or pie. There is no place in the bathroom to accommodate one's toiletries a small table or shelf would solve the issue. The last issue, water pressure in the shower was poor to say the least. I think this could be a municipality issue!!!

It was spacious. There was air-conditioning. There were cupboards to hang clothes. Spacious kitchen to prepare food. Safe off-street parking. It is situated in a quiet area.

Cannot think of anything that we did not like.

The unit next to 11 was making noise the whole night .Had to go and knock on their door at 3 am to sort it out.

The bed was very comfortable and warm with a electric blanket which was very nice.

Well firstly when I unlocked the door and step in... the room was having a really bad smell..so bad that I wanted to just leave but I thought let me try ro make a plan.. so I spray almost a quarter of my perfume out in the place...Not deodorant real perfume....and I left the door open for a while.. I then went to my car to fetch my other stuff. When I came back the smell was better but not gone..so I sprayed another round of my perfume.. there was not even toiletspray in the bathroom.. The second thing is the parking space is a bit inconvenient not close to the unit I was booked in. Unit 5..but okay..that I could deal with just saying it will be better if parking is closer to the units. My third problem where that there is no Mirror in the room itself as a lady guest I struggled to do my hair and make-up. The only mirror available was in the bathroom.. so imagine the struggle.. My suggestion is that they add a proper mirror on the wall next to the bathroom just above the wall heater and maybe just a small shelf were make up can be put down while using it...There is plugs for hairdrier etc.. and a mirror and shelf will make life so much easier for a lady guest. But please.look at the units smell..that was very much off putting..and I was very much displeased and dissapointed with this experience. Thank you for the opportunity to raise my concerns. My room was changed to a more expensive room after there was a minor problem in my booked room.

The pictures matched exactly what was on the website. The location was perfect because the shops and N1 is very close

I like the fact that the rooms were exactly what I saw online. It's close to Panorama mall. It's perfect when traveling from one Province to another and you need to rest.

The flooring was slippery. That's a serious safety hazard. There was no soap holder/dish in the shower.

Clean and friendly staff

There was no mirror in the room only in the bathroom, no bin in the room only in bathroom(we asked for one but they didn’t bring one). Kettle was very uncomfortable because the cord was not long enough. Fridge makes a lousy noice.

Everything was very nice. Enjoyed the stay.

Room 4: There is no door between the room and the bathroom. There is no privacy when you are in the bathroom. Even if you are a married couple, you need a door for privacy.

Property is clean, space is also great. Electric blanket with the cold weather that helped a lot.

Towels are quite old, they are worn out so they need to be replaced. Milk in our fridge was off. The tea and coffee making facilities were not enough, two sachets of coffee for two people is a joke. The coffee is just weak. There was no option for teas also. Just tagless tea.
