Espectacular. Decoración cuidada hasta el mínimo detalle, muy limpio y el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno brutal servido en la terraza y la ubicación fantástica.sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a la ciudad, nos ha encantado! Un oasis de paz en medio del caos de la medina.

La limpieza ,el buen olor, la buena actitud y amabilidad del personal del Riad, la amplitud de la habitación ya q éramos 4 y que todos los días hacian la habitación.

Lo único q no me gustó fue que la puerta de la habitación es muy bonita y autentica de madera maciza pero no cierra del todo bien o algo hermético, se oye mucho lo de fuera, y quedaba una ranura abierta, si hubiera estado en otra planta más alta mucho mejor.

Un vrai coup de coeur pour ce Dar en plein centre de la Médina, accessible en taxi et d'où toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied. La décoration est raffinée, tous les détails sont pensés avec soin, du parfum d'ambiance à l'éclairage tamisé, un coin salon avec une belle cheminée, et une terrasse avec un petit bassin, permettant de l'intimité pour chacun des hôtes. Fanny est une hôtesse d'une grande gentillesse, elle vous trouve tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport, les bonnes adresses pour manger selon la thématique choisie, un guide de choix pour découvrir les charmes de la ville avec un parcours personnalisé... Les lits étaient confortables, la salle de bain petite mais très pratique, des espaces de rangement. Il est possible de rentrer à toute heure puisque l'accueil du Dar est tenu toute la nuit. Mention spéciale à Saïda pour sa cuisine, excellentes confitures ! Nous avons adoré l'expérience Dar Fanny.

Rien. Le lieu peut être un peu bruyant car c'est une maison traditionnelle du centre mais c'est ça aussi le charme de Marrakech, il y a d'ailleurs des boules quiès à disposition pour les plus sensibles mais sérieusement, c'est un détail.

La beauté du lieu, l'accueil et le service exceptionnel, on est directement senti comme chez nous. La chambre était magnifique et très propre.

El personal del Riad no puede ser más amable, nos atendieron estupendamente y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nos recibieron con té y pastas y nos hicieron recomendaciones sobre sitios que visitar o donde comer y como llegar. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy abundante, cada mañana con una novedad para sorprender. La limpieza del Riad, el buen olor, las flores frescas, el cuidado y la decoración de habitaciones e instalaciones está hecho con todo el amor y detalle. Seguro repetiremos estancia si volvemos a Marrakech.

Dar Fanny is a beautiful and calm escape from the bustle of the medina. The property is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. From the moment you step in the door, they are welcoming and kind. Staying at Dar Fanny made our Marrakech trip as amazing as it was.

Well-maintained Riad at a great location in the old city centre - with very friendly staff. Super clean rooms, bed was made everyday with fresh towels. Suberb breakfast every morning, and the available dinner was amazing as well! Matress was initially very (very) hard, but after mentioning this, the staff did their best to adjust it until it was perfect (it was stated in their in-room booklet that guests should mention it if the matress or pillows were too hard). We told the staff that we really enjoyed the jam at breakfast - and then, at our last day they even gave us a pot of jam to take home. What a service!

Even though the riad is in the city centre, and noise can be expected - the room is still reeally noisey. You can expect to hear everything that happens in the street, and get woken up by the neighbouring mosque prayer from 6:30 to 7:00. The earplugs are nice, but investing in a well-isolated window would definitly be worth it. After 6 nights you sort-of get used to it, but still.. And as amazingly friendly the staff were, guests are not always up for a full conversation after a busy day. Would recommend to lean into the social antenna a bit more. Finally, every morning asking 'how was your night' started to get a bit awkward after 6 days. Again, nothing big to complain about - just some well-meaned tips.

Ein besonders großes Lob gilt Fanny und ihrem Team, die mit Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für einen rundum unvergesslichen Aufenthalt sorgen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beautiful Riad with unique rooms and great service! I would highly recommend this Riad as it is very well located in the Medina (close to Souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms were lovely with great decoration, and breakfast is amazing! The staff is very kind and helpful, making sure we found the place and arranging our ride for the airport. Beautiful view from the terrace at top as well.

Het is een prachtige riad (zoals op de foto’s), op een hele centrale maar ook rustige plek. Het personeel is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Groot en mooi dakterras. Echt een paradijs middenin de medina.

Riad Dar Fanny offers a calm and peaceful getaway from the vibrant but, at times, overwhelming sensory experience of the crowded streets and public squares of Marrakech. The interior is beautifully decorated in the style that’s unique to Morocco. The sound of the flowing water from the fountain in the middle of the courtyard adds a soothing soundscape.

I wish the doors to our suite would close more snugly.

The ‘suite’ detail is misleading on Booking.com. It specifically speaks of a bedroom and ‘separate living room’ but It is all one open plan room. Be aware of this. Also, there is no balcony as stated.

Un Dar ristrutturato con gusto, estrema eleganza, autenticità ed attenzione ad ogni minimo particolare. Facilmente raggiungibile - seguendo una strada che porta direttamente al Dar-10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale . Personale gentilissimo, efficiente e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta…ci hanno fatto trovare un taxi direttamente difronte all’ingresso in meno di 20 minuti nell’ora di punta!!! Colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti tipici squisiti. Sicuramente consigliato!

This property is simply stunning in every way. Much thought has been given to the decor, collection of artefacts, comfort of the guests, and it is in the best location to explore the old city. The staff attended to our every need with delight, and passion for this beautiful and peaceful environment. Dinner served in house was superb!

Abbiamo adorato il the di benvenuto con consigli sulla città e le splendide colazioni in cima alla terrazza. Le stanze sono confortevoli con letti comodi e bagno ampio. Sinceramente non sceglierei altro posto per soggiornare a Marrakech. Grazie Fanny!

Beautiful riad in a central location, with very easy access to the main souks and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help with booking hamams, taxis etc - a huge thank you to Etienne, Ayub and Abdul in particular for this. The room was more spacious than expected and beautifully decorated. The riad also offers a nice rooftop seating area for breakfast, with a small plunge pool and peaceful area to relax.

Only minor comment is the room was quite dark (given the riad layout), with only a small window - some additional lamps could help with getting ready!

Riad Dar Fanny is exceptional. From the rooms to the staff and everything in between our stay was truly one of a kind. I originally only booked Riad Dar Fanny for a one night stay as we had booked a tour that came with accommodations that were selected for us. But when we got to our new Riad we were less than satisfied with our new accommodations to put it kindly. This prompted me to text Riad Dar Fanny in the middle of the night asking if they had a room available for the remainder of our stay in Marrakech. I’m sure Fanny and the rest of her staff were a little shocked and confused by the midnight cry for help, but they welcomed us back with warm hospitality and of course a hot glass of mint tea. I can’t speak highly enough of Riad Dar Fanny and will recommend it to anyone who comes to the beautiful city of Marrakech.

The Riad is a rare find. Everything from the decor to customer service is sheer quality. I must emphasise the Riad is outstandingly beautiful. I truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived - the staff were very professional and super friendly. Food was exceptionally tasty and prepared with love. I also was very impressed with their airport transfer service (I got ready much earlier for departure and the driver was already there waiting). I very much look forward to going back soon.

Staying at this riad was an unforgettable experience. The entire space is absolutely stunning – every object and every piece of furniture was unique and beautifully selected. I honestly couldn’t decide what I loved the most; everything was simply perfect. The room was tastefully arranged, the décor was exceptional, and the door of our room was particularly beautiful – a true work of art that added charm and character. Before staying here, we had spent nights at two other riads that were not accessible by taxi. This riad was a big relief in that regard – it’s directly reachable by car, and the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The driver picked us up right outside, helped with our luggage, and we paid only 100 dirhams – much less than what we paid for the taxi from the airport to the city. The entire riad was filled with the delicate scent of roses, creating a calming and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. During check-in, one of the team members sat with us and shared stories about Marrakech and the riad, which made us feel immediately at home. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, which was beautifully set up . Ι truly don’t know what to praise first – it was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places I’ve ever stayed in Highly recommended – a true gem in Marrakech.

One small tip for future guests: if you can, try to book a room on the upper floor, as the soundproofing on the ground level is not as strong.

The Riad is as described in many positive reviews and a charming place to stay. The main advantage is the personal attention of staff and by Fanny. It starts with the arrival. I strongly advise to use their transport service. The taxi drive will call the reception and you will be picked up by a team member at the meeting point and brought to the Riad. They are also helpful with whatever you need in Marrakech, from booking restaurants or hammams to taxis, even when you get lost somewhere in town. The Riad is in walking distance to many of the main attractions.

What a place! We were met with warmth and flexibility from when we stepped through the door. Riad has just been freshly renovated - high class all the way, and fantastic beds.. Beautiful rooms and lovely breakfast. A place for return to.

Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk along one street to the main square in the Medina

The Riad was beautiful, clean, quiet. Room was great, great shower, comfy bed. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful from arrival to departure.

Absolutely beautiful interior, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. We were greeted by warming smiles and a lovely smell of incense, as well as a pot of mint tea and biscuits. The taxi could drop us off right outside, but we were still in the hubbub of the Medina and just a 10 minute walk to the main square. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinner was the best food we ate in the whole of Marrakesh (and I’m fussy with good food). Everyone at Riad Dar Fanny were so helpful and kind, I can’t fault them at all. Thank you to all, we can’t wait to return.

One small thing was that the sound travels in the Riad, I was very concerned that my children were going to wake up the other guests. We had no complaints though!

The hosting by all the team at Dar Fanny was excellent, from arranging to collect us and our luggage in the Medina and taking us to the Riad, to arranging for our follow on journey. People have commented on the breakfasts which are superb, but the Riad is so much more than good food and service, the attention to detail on everything is exceptional, the care that Fanny has put into all the furniture and fittings, the ambiance throughout the day and then how this subtly changes with the candle lighting at night, it is a very special place, we loved it.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, big thanks from Sweden! :) Great breakfast and coffee that can be enjoyed on the roof terrace. Some mornings we even enjoyed company of small birds shirping charmingly. The Riad and our room looked newly renovated, a beautiful and clean place to stay.

Bed was very firm but this might be the norm. Same experience at another Riad in Marrakech. The beatiful doors and inside window-shutters are not sound proof. Not a problem for us but if you need/want high privacy and quitness.

Wonderful from start to finish. Staff were kind and conscientious about anything from local information to our son knocking rather loudly on the door at night! Breakfast was delicious and set us up well for the day. Rooms were clean and decor spot on. The roof terrace was a lovely, peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the medina.

This place was all quality. There were so many little touches that were done to enhance our stay here, from the tea candles lit each night as the sun went down to the aromatic oil burnt all day. I highly recommend a stay here. When you enter the doors each day after visiting the Madina or tour, you feel relaxed and looked after. Both the owner and staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at Riad Dar Fanny and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The interior was absolutely beautiful - tastefully decorated and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to every taste. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Any requests were handled promptly, and the attention to detail really stood out. Overall, we highly reccomend this hotel. It exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be returning!

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. The owner and staff are wonderful, very helpful and kind. They go above and beyond in coordinating airport transfers, taxi pick up to/from dinner, packing breakfast to go when we had to leave early. We arrived back kate from a long travel day from the desert -- dinner was prepared for us as soon as we returned. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We stayed 3 nights at Dar Fanny and loved our experience. The Riad is beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The breakfast was delicious--and served on the rooftop, which was lovely. There is plenty of seating on the roof along with a plunge pool. The location was amazing. You're right off a main street, so walking around Marrakech was very easy.
