The self check-in didn’t work, and we spent an hour trying to get in with no response from anyone. Five other guests had the same issue and had to wait as well. The room was very small, with no table, and extremely poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear noise and bathrooms from other rooms. Someone also knocked on our door at 8 a.m. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location was approx 10 minutes walk from central station. Spacious room and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good too.
The check in process was tedious because of the self check in system. The check in kiosk machine was asking for some information we didn't have and we were stuck with luggages in front of the door for more than 30 minutes (it wasn't just us , another couple were there too who couldn't check in). Luckily one staff dropped by and apparently the device needed a restart. Please make sure to post some information about the restart process in case anyone gets similar issues in the future. P.S. The emergency WhatsApp number responded at the same time as the staff helped with restart.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal - wir hatten uns mechanisch "ausgesperrt", und Hilfe durchs super hilfsbereite Personal war innerhalb von 15 Minuten vor Ort und konnte uns wieder ins Zimmer lassen. Frühstück gut, sogar Waffeln konnte man sich backen. Sauberes Bad/Dusche.
Zimmer - war aber angegeben! - recht klein, Koffer können also nicht offen irgendwo liegen bleiben. Parkplätze vorm Haus zu wenige für alle Bewohner. (Da das Hotel aber am Ortsausgang gelegen ist, konnten wir sehr nah kostenlos in den Parkbuchten an der Straße vor Ortseingang parken.)

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war absolut prima. Wir waren zum Ironman in Zell am See und hatten sogar einen tollen Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe des Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Es gab eigentlich alles, was man auch zu Hause bei jedem findet. Vielen Dank
Die Kissen waren sehr weich, aber auch, dass es Geschmackssache.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, il ne manquait rien et même il y avait trop de nourriture pour le peu de clients que nous étions.
Pas d’ascenseur pour monter les bagages au 3ème étage nous avons dû faire six allers et retours! Seul un détail pratique qui ne nous avait pas été expliqué ou était le papier toilette? Nous ne l'avons trouvé qu'en levant la tête au bout de quelque temps après notre arrivée, il était en haut du radiateur sèche serviette.

De kamers hadden wat schoner gekund.

Очень приятная брекфаст леди. Есть сауна, но надо заказывать зараннее. Парковки нет! Вернее всего на 4 машины, из них целое парковочное место занимает мотоцикл. Чек ин удобный - самостоятельный (через терминал) Нам после красивых мест - этот город - ужас ужасный! Толпа везде! Не рекомендую вообще!

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che all'interno della struttura non avendo in camera il frigo bar o un bar, non ci fosse almeno un distributore automatico di bevande.

Die Lage war schlecht. Die Zuggleisen sind in direkter Nähe. Es war sehr laut und sehr warm, da wir keine Fenster öffnen konnten. Des Weiteren sind die Wände der Unterkunft sehr dünn. Wenn der Nachbar nachts um 23:45 Uhr beschließt zu duschen, sind alle wach.

The room is little room to move and if not careful you can bang into the TV hanging on wall. No ventilation and cannot open the window, room is road facing, Hear cars zooming all night. Cannot sleep.

In der Nähe ein größerer öffentlicher Parkplatz (ca. 3min Gehzeit, Wochenende kostenlos) alles innerhalb von 10min Gehzeit erreichbar, etwas abseits vom Tourismushotspot. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.
Keine Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Grad im Sommer möchte man sich doch ein paar Getränke einkühlen. Der Balkonteppich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenige Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft, aber genug Platz für schnelles aus- einladen ist da.

Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, aber das nicht genügend Parkplätze verfügbar sind. Es haben sich dann andere Autos einfach hinter den bereits parkenden Autos hingestellt aber dies wollte ich nicht mal mit dem Motorrad machen

Das Zimmer war extrem abgewohnt, lieblos und muffig. Die Matratzen durchgelegen, der Couchtisch instabil und nicht zu brauchen. Wir hatten das Zimmer S01 im Untergeschoss. Alles nur notdürftig geflickt und überpinselt. Sehr unzufriedenstellend.

Only a few parking places, so you has to be fast:D if you would like to go out to your balcony you can, but just through the window, there is no door. The room is really small and there is no air conditioner.

We didn't sleep the whole n8ght and no reception, no one to ask for help. Never ever again. We could hear the street the whole night! Terrible breakfast. We had to wait 10mn to get finally some eggs and 20mn to get some tomato. Such a disappointment!. Although the lady working there for breakfast was very nice and she was running around to get the food ready. But too many guest for just one person ....

Der Parkplatz vorm Hotel ist nur Schotter, mit dem Motorrad etwas schwierig. Aber wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Straße einen Parkplatz gefunden, dort zahlt man am Sonntag nichts.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Privalumas - geri pusryčiai (yra įvairus pasirinkimas tiek vaikams, tiek suaugusiems). Nėra triukšmo naktį, patogi lokacija. Labai patogios ir minkštos lovos, puikios miegui po sunkios dienos.
Atvykus kambaryje neradome rankšluosčių, reikėjo susisiekti per whatsapp ir kol atnešė pusvalandį pralaukėme kamabryje. Wi-Fi ryšys veikė tik vonios kambaryje ir virtuvėlėje, lovose Wi-Fi ryšio visiškai nebuvo. Ant langų nebuvo tinklelio nuo uodų, todėl įskrido kelios muselės. Taip pat neradome nei virdulio, nei arbatinių šaukštelių, nei stiklinių. Neaiškus parkingas - nors prie viešbučio buvo nurodyta, jog laikyti negalima, tačiau automobiliai buvo parkuojami ir laikomi per naktį.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Lage war gut, großzügiger Balkon, alles super für den Preis. Besonders gut hat mir die Fürsorge des Personals und die Herzlichkeit der Hotelleiterin gefallen.
Es war auf dem Balkon etwas laut von der Straße her, drinnen mit geschlossener Tür allerdings erstaunlich ruhig, wahrscheinlich sehr gute Schallisolierung.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Понравился просторный балкон с красивым видом на озеро и горы. Отель расположен не в самом центре, но до центра можно дойти пешком, а до озера — всего 2–3 минуты. При заселении возникла небольшая проблема: из-за севших батареек в электронном замке дверь не открывалась. Поскольку в отеле нет стойки регистрации, мы написали на электронную почту. Примерно через 15 минут приехал сотрудник, быстро решил все вопросы, заменил батарейки в замке, и мы смогли заселиться.
На завтраке иногда попадались недостаточно чистые тарелки и чашки с остатками кофе. Выбор блюд был довольно скромным: за три дня омлет подавали только один раз, в остальные дни из горячих блюд был только один вариант приготовления яиц. В целом завтрак включает всё необходимое, но ассортимент хотелось бы видеть более разнообразным.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The location is good, just out of downtown. The exterior is attractive. The room is a good size and the shower was great. The bed is nice and large. Linens were very clean. The breakfast was great. The breakfast lady was very sweet, very charming, she really made us feel welcome. We got in early before check in and it was no problem to store our bags for a few hours.
The bathroom has an almost invisible step from the bedroom. I tripped on it several times. It is a safety hazard and should be marked with bright tape. There is no air conditioning. There is no elevator.

Our first impression was not so welcoming as we came to the hotel in the evening and everything was dark and nobody there. Our kids felt unsafe. We thought there would be someone at daytime (the reception was said to be open at daytime every day) but no staff at all except for the nice lady preparing breakfast. We needed help with transportation but only got support through email, which came to late. Also, room was on the top floor and so hot we couldn't sleep.

Parkeerplek was een probleem. Even bij de buren geparkeerd om uit te laden. Zeer onvriendelijke man, we kregen 5min om ons elders te parkeren. Geen begrip. Voor 4p geboekt, 4 bedden maar 3 stoelen.

Keine Klimaanlage, dadurch mussten die Fenster direkt neben der starken befahrenen Straße geöffnet werden, was ein ausschlafen unmöglich machte . Kein Platz für die Koffer hinzustellen, standen mitten im Gang. Kein Aufzug Check In teilweise sehr Aufwändig

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich wir durften noch Frühstücken obwohl die Frühstückszeit eigendlich schon aus war. Das Früschtück war sehr lecker und es ist für jedem etwas dabei. unser Zimmer war im Keller was uns erst abgeschreckt hat aber dafür war es schön kühl.
Nachdem man sich selbst bei einem kleinen Display einchecken musste muss man nochmal eine gebür von über 6€ zahlen. Man muss alle Daten nochmal angeben und bei Kindern musste man ebenfalls eine Mail Adresse angeben was sehr komisch war.
