La climatisation fonctionnait bien le 1 er jour ensuite plus rien , la clim de la chambre de ma fille sentait très mauvais . Le petit déjeuner est pas ouf mise a part le jus d'orange frais . Alors attention si vous venez en voiture ! C'est très compliqué à trouver une place. Franchement cest bien 2. 3 jours max .

La chambre au 3ieme étage (sans ascenseur) était minuscule et la salle de bain encore plus. Wc, mini évier et micro douche concentrés dans 1 mètre carré !!! Aucun rangement ni place pour poser ses affaires ou sa trousse de toilettes. On était que 2 personnes mais on se marchait dessus dans la chambre et a slalomer entre les valises!! La literie était pas très bonne

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026O nosso quarto não tinha o mural que se vê na foto, mas o restante corresponde à foto; é bem decorado e simpático. A limpeza é excelente. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Fica muito perto da medina, O custo-benefício é excelente. O pequeno-almoço é quase familiar com produtos locais trazidos a cada mesa (não é buffet), frescos e oferecidos num ambiente simpático e prestável. Tem um parque de estacionamento a 6 euros por dia mesmo ao lado.
O barulho do quarto. Ficamos no quarto barulhento (especialmente à noite) e sem vista para as montanhas. Peça um quarto tranquilo e com vista para a montanha e a estadia é excelente. Duas pequenas sugestões para o pequeno-almoço: fechar a porta da rua para não vir frio (mas resolve bem com um casaco) e os ovos não serem tão gordurosos. Apesar das sugestões, gostei e aconselho.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Our room (#12) was beautiful, bright, and airy, with blue-and-white painted furniture and plasterwork, and windows with a view of the mountains and the hilltop Spanish mosque. Totally worth hauling our heavy bags up two flights of stairs. We loved the room so much we extended our stay by a night, which was easy since the front-desk staff spoke English well. The beds were firm, just as we like them. The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside the medina on a main street, so a taxi from the bus station can bring you right to the door. (If you’re driving, there’s overnight parking in a lot under the Chinese restaurant a few doors down from the hotel.) The hotel is opposite the back walls of the Kasbah, so it’s a short walk to the main medina plaza, which is lined with shops and cafes. You’ll find the best restaurants off the plaza, such as al Witam, Palacio al Andalus, and Ben Tarik. The Chinese restaurant down the block from the hotel is also first-rate. (We were so surprised to find such good Chinese food in a small Moroccan town that we ate there twice.)
The wifi worked very badly in the room, and our Maroc Telecom cell reception wasn’t good enough for a hot spot. That was a pain because we needed to do a lot of work and trip planning while in Chefchaouen. The wifi was better on the beautiful rooftop terrace (no shade, alas) and in the breakfast lounge.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Arrivées pendant une période difficile pour la région à cause des pluies intenses, nous étions très bien accueillies. Suite à une fuite d’eau dans la toiture, nous avons pu changer la chambre. Elle était propre avec une salle de bains bien équipée et une douche chaude. La connexion wifi était bonne et c’était un des rares endroits avec un chauffage efficace (clim réversible). Le personnel était adorable et le petit déjeuner copieux ! Nous avons pu laisser nos vélos à l’intérieur de l’hôtel ! Merci pour tout !

Tiene un baño pequeño, pero completo. La terraza del hotel tiene vistas espectacular, todo muy limpio. El personal muy atentos y cordiales. Buen desayuno, completo. En general, volveria a hospedarme. Buena relación-calidad/precio. Hemos estado muy agusto.
Faltaba algún espejo en la habitación y también alfombras en el suelo. Chauen tiene muchos tapices, mantas y alfombras para decorar. La zona común de la entrada, muy fria, dias de invierno, puertas abiertas. Sin estufas.

It was quite cold on upper floor . And the blankets they provide are very unhygienic. It’s the same blankets everyone uses and leave it in cupboards for next guest. unlike bedsheets they don’t provide washed blankets beddings.

La habitación espaciosa y muy limpia, grandes ventanas con buena ventilación y buenas vistas. Escaleras amplias, desayuno muy abundante y bueno.

El personal increíble, la señorita de recepción un encanto, súper amable, puedes dejarle la maleta y te la guarda en un sitio seguro. Reviewed Sep 7, 2025シェフシャウエンで一泊。バスツアーで到着後、中途半端な場所で降ろされホテルを見つけるのに苦労しました。 後でわかったのですが、ホテル名が変更されたばかりだったそうでGoogle Mapで探しても表示されず、地元の方が親切に電話してくれてやっとたどり着くことができました。 ホテルの部屋はブルーを基調としたかわいらしいデザインで広さも十分。メディナにも近くロケーションも申し分なし。また、受付のYassminさんの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。エレベーターがないので荷物が大変だろうと部屋を3階から2階に変更してくれたり、おすすめのレストランを教えてくれたり、地元の人からの電話にも丁寧に対応してくれました。 朝食はとてもおいしかったです。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもOK。
ホテル名が変更されたばかりで、Google Mapで見つけにくかった点は少し残念でしたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。手ごろな価格でシェフシャウエンの魅力を体験したい方にはおすすめです。
