I had a great stay with my husband and child the room was clean. Location and view is beautiful

Linen not changed specially sheets and bath towel not being changed. As for TV i think i will be nice if they can add sports channels

Great getaway for the family, loved that you have easy access to the beach. Baby friendly too where little one could crawl around without having to worry about anything. The most amazing view. Absolutely loved every minute of it and will definitely be back.

The view was absolutely breathtaking sunrise was phenomenal. Would have really enjoyed staying there for a few days. Time was not on our side. The sound of the sea so calming.

TV channels for DSTV don't work properly, with the exception of MnetMovies4; it is however a smart TV so if you have a streaming login, then it works great.

Great location and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Friendly service and you feel at home and welcome. Comfortable bed as well. Amazing view of the ocean and very well located. Close to the beach and shops. Would recommend for anyone.

We loved our stay at the beach house, amazing spot and lovely staff. Only issue was we got there having booked a family room to discover even tho we had put teens ages in they were too big for bunk room. We had to pay to get another room. Is an issue on line but doesn’t seem to have been rectified. Amazing place we will be back but booking two rooms next time.

Das Doppelbett hat in die Mitte zu nachgegeben was zu einem unbequemen Schlaf geführt hat, weil man nicht gerade liegen konnte. Sauberkeit könnte auch noch verbessert werden

Amazing location. Our ground floor apartment had direct access to the beach and stunning view.

Friendly manager and staff. Our kichenette was missing a few things I needed to make meals. The brought them to me immediately. I work remotely and the WIFI was strong and stable.

Die Ausstattung beinhaltete das nötigste, es fehlte leider ein bisschen Liebe in dem Zimmer welches wir hatten und der Kühlschrank hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und auch eine reibungslose umbuchung hat problemlos funktioniert.

We didn't have a view as we chose a patio option but we did have outside seating and a braai. The location was wonderful right at Super Tubes Beach and we saw dolphins every day. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Check in and out was easy and there was ample parking in front of the accomodation.

The room wasn't very private - people were able to see into our room either through the wooden fence (which was at the front of the accomodation and looked onto the road) or through the windows - so we had to keep the curtains closed quite often. The room and outside area were not well maintained or very clean - outside was very dusty and had not been wiped down / swept and just looked very untidy. Inside felt quite grimey, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower didn't drain very well and the fridge was very rusted. The bed was very hard and creaked for every movement so we were constantly woken up every time we rolled over or moved.

This is our third time staying here and we love it. Breathtaking views of the beach and only a few steps and you are on the sand to enjoy fun in the sun.

Cozy and relaxing. I really enjoyed the smart TV and the bed was very comfortable.

The view on the balcony was not that impressive, I was hoping for a view of the sea.

The location is excellent as it’s a few meters from the beach. Pepper street is my favourite road in Jeffrey’s bay. If you up early and the waves are good, you can catch the surfers. Plus it’s close to the Spar and Nina’s restaurant. It was clean and bathroom was good and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. Nice to sit on the deck for having a braai. Parking outside which we felt was safe. Area feels extremely safe.

There were a few areas that need improvement though to bring it up to decent standard. * bathroom mat is very old and frayed. Chuck it and buy a new cheap one * no bread board or bread knife which should be standard in self-catering * no braai blik or braai tongs which should be standard in a self-catering unit with a BBQ- which is why we booked. Also invest in a decent braai grid for the unit * the fridge was not turned on properly or faulty so leaked water on the floor. The fridge should be ready for guests and I would suggest the thermostat is checked as the setting should be correct not up to guests to sort out * no cloth or drying up cloth just a sponge for dishes. So terribly sorry we left out dishes which we don’t normally do * if you have a frying pan, supply an egg lifter. That should be common sense * very minimal with crockery. We had two short glasses and one long glass and mismatched coffee mugs. I would suggest supplying 2 wine glasses in the unit too. * the other unit we booked for our Japanese guests had no main plates at all only side plates and bowls. That’s unacceptable in self-catering and we had to wing it when we did a braai for the 4 of us. The owner needs to dig a little in their pockets and get a few basics to make it self-catering after all that’s why many people do book. A fam for hot summer months would be a bonus too as no air con. Would I book again? Probably as it wasn’t unpleasant at all and was clean and comfortable. But I would bring bits with from my own kitchen- which is a bit silly for self-catering.

The best view ever!! Watching surfers surfing & hear the waves crashing, love it!

The owners were fantastic! They upgraded our room with no charge as they said it was better suited to us and also with a nicer view! They were so good at recommending where to eat and what to do during our stay! We only had one night so we were very very sad when leaving! There photos online are good but they do not do the view of the ocean from the bed any justice 10 times nicer in real life!

Room not good, cutlery missing, glasses and small teaspoons. No warm blankets for cold nights. Very basic, does not match price, disappointed.

De locatie is geweldig, je bent in een paar stappen op het strand! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen.

De inrichting is oud, bij elkaar geraapt, kapot. De bank moet echt vervangen. De vloer was niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst.

the location and the upstairs room was great with privacy

limited coffee staff, the 2 plate stove had an issue, only one plate worked at a time. no back up when power is off.

Great location and the apartments are all set up very nicely. Had everything we needed. Close to shops and right on the main surfing beach.

Leftover toiletries from previous guest were still in the bathroom cabinet so not certain how well the unit was cleaned.

Our studio apartment at the Beach House was comfortable and had everything we needed. One of our windows didn't have a curtain, which did make the room a little less private, but this was addressed and sorted during our stay. The place is also located close to the shops and a really amazing restaurant called Ninas. Access to the beach was easy, which is an added bonus.

Location and staff were perfect. Excellent view especially if you got the sea view rooms.

The room had no microwave, no iron and tv only had 2 channels.
