Stopped here a few times now and always perfect. Jay is friendly and easy to communicate with, clean apartment with everything you need.

Property was nice, cosy and presentable.

The shower could be clearer as there was mould on shower head and around pipe area. Try using mould remover spray. Also the cushions need a wash.

It was clean and location for the purpose of our visit was good. Bed comfy. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Bathroom extremely cramped, radiators rusty, basin cracked and shower ran hot and cold. The bedroom fan couldn’t be used as it was far too noisy - fortunately we brought our own.

Spacious, clean comfortable with all you could need. The best property I have stayed in when working in wolves. I’ll definitely be back.

Very equipped room, everything thought of, would stay again, great location, walking distance into town. Secure codes for the door. Slept well.

Found 3 long black hairs about 8 inches which fell onto the toilet when i got a bath towel from the rail above the toilet, 1 hair in the shower under the drain cover and 1 on the headboard. They wasnt mine as mine is blonde and it was either a previous guest or the person cleaning the room. If its the cleaner then they need to tie their hair back when cleaning rooms.

We had the garden room and it was spotlessly clean as was the communal kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the tv had a good amount of accessible channels.

I didn't like being asked that I'd have to give photo I.D in order to get the key safe details, this was after I'd already paid. Luckily they didn't follow this up and gave the entry details a few hours after asking for I.D. I wasnt going to give anything with my photo, you don't need this! The shower was so small, in order to shave my legs i had to stand outside the shower! There wasn't enough storage, no draws or a bedside table that you could put things on. A great job was made of the space available, it was just very small for 2 adults. Couldn't use the patio doors as anyone could have wandered in

The room was comfortable and clean and had everything needed.

I was on the ground floor and the people staying in the room above me talked and walked around the room all through the night and it was very easy to hear them. Also, the cupboard in my room had an automatic light which came on twice seemingly by itself in the middle of the night.

Really comfortable bed. Room had everything one needed. Great value for money. For what I needed as a last minute stay it was perfect. But don’t expect luxury for the price.

Thin walls. You can hear everything. Not sure if it was just me but the shower was temperamental. Either it was when someone else was using water it would suddenly go cold but you adjust it then suddenly boiling. Also just note very limited off street parking.

The communication with the manager was great and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights because of a family funeral. The location was great and easy to attend places I had planned to go. Everything was in the room (what I had expected) The bed was comfortable. The place is very clean

The manager upgraded my room on the ground floor near the entrance of the building.I was so grateful until I had the experience of other guests going in and out of the front door. The noise was really annoying when it's closing and I could hear all the time someone ran up the stairs and loudly walked upstairs.

The Larches is very close to the city centre and has a lot of off road parking. It is very quiet and peaceful. The host upgraded me to the Garden Lodge room, which was a dream and very much appreciated I had everything in the room and it was the comfiest bed ever. Housekeeping is doing a fantastic job because everything was spotless.I really enjoyed my stay. I came to the Larches because I needed alone time and peace to make a life changing decision. I got that. Thank you so much for making a tough time that much more bearable.

Clean room and clear instructions to get in. Comfortable bed and quiet. Really great to have access to a kitchen with washing machine. Also really loked the touch of leaving a take away coffee cup in the room to be able to take with you on your journey.

A little nerve-wracking not receiving check-in information until lunchtime on the day, however, we were informed and it did come when advised. There was also road works that stopped us getting to the property easily which would have been good to know aboutbin advance, if possible.

The Larches are rooms for 1-2 people in a house. Small studio rooms, quite private, very clean, nice design very comfortable and for me, location was very convenient for Wolverhampton. Jay who manages the rooms was super communicative on booking the room, which I liked, and was on hand to help with anything. As it happened a fuse blew the next morning while I was there, and he responded straight away, fixed the problem within half an hour, and let me delay my checkout so I had plenty of time to shower and have breakfast.

Difficult to get up the stairs to the attic with a heavy suitcase as the stairs are very narrow and quite steep. Took a few tries to work out how to get the door open due to the instructions which said to use the back of your hand on a touch pad. That didn’t work, only the front of my hand fully pressed on it worked!! Shower went hot and cold, I think due to changes in pressure when other people were using water at the same time. Price wise was similar to a hotel but no breakfast included! To remote control didn’t work in my room and there wasn’t a way to use the TV without it.

Room was near the front door so we could hear the door and code locks frequently A bit closer to the main road than I'd realised and parking was available on road but not right outside the building.

The room was very small and it a shared kitchen not like the pictures on your site and our room door was right next to the kitchen. So even the smell from cooking was straight into the room our room number 3 .

Lovely room and excellent facilities. Nicer than majority of hotels. Loved having a kitchen.

Everything I couldn’t fault the property, the executive room was everything and more as it has all facilities you need not to leave your room. Upon extending my stay had to transfer to another room but still couldn’t fault it again only thing if I needed to leave the room would have been for the kitchen. So cosy and clean and quiet.

I can’t say there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property

Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located for access to Wolverhampton.

My room was well prepared for my arrival, and had been properly cleaned - which for me, makes all the difference between 'average' and 'very good'. The provided toiletries were good, and the towels nice and 'soft' (unlike some hotels I've stayed in!) The bed was comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep - as was the addition of a portable 'tower fan', (my visit coincided with a heat wave!!) The bonus feature of the property was the excellent communal kitchen - which like my room was clean and ready for use. There were various pot/pans/cutlery etc available for guests to use. As there is a Sainsbury's about 5 minutes walk from the property, cooking my own supper becomes a viable option for my next stay! Communication with Jay was excellent, as was my morning chat with the property cleaner, giving my the distinct impression that I was dealing with an Owner (and Staff) who actually understood customer service - as a lived experience, rather than just a slogan..... Finally, the location was perfect. A 20 minute walk into town, and the property is situated in a quite residential street. This is now my 'preferred location of choice' for my future visits to Wolverhampton.

The only aspect I'd point to is not providing decaf coffee sachets, but that an incredibly minor point!
