Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Slightly out of “main” town but near really nice restaurants. Host was fantastic and helped organise our transfer as well as being really chatty and friendly.
There wasn’t really anywhere to chill in a communal area but this wasn’t a problem for us.

The location is not great, as you always have to take a tricycle to reach the town center...There was a little issue with the push shower in the washroom, but the staff resolved it the very next day.. Overall, it’s an okay stay if you don't mind commuting.

В пешей доступности нет крупных магазинов, но есть киоски. Район немного напрягал, но местные были приветливые) кондиционер шумит (вмонтирован в стену), но тут так везде практически

Serious electrical hazard in the shower head. When advising the staff about it was simply brushed away: "it's an Italian brand of electric showerhead" as if nothing can go wrong. There was a sign NOT TOUCHING THE SHOWER HEAD WHEN WATER FLOWS, so they were clearly aware of the fault. In addition the table lamps had exposed lamp bases, again a serious hazard. I'm writing this to protect others, not to be Mr. Know it All....be AWARE, it's not a joke!

La salle de douche se situe quant à elle au niveau de la réception, Ça ne m’a pas dérangé du tout. Vous avez la possibilité d’y laisser vos affaires pour aller à Balabac, ce qui est quand même pratique. À ce prix, je n’ai rien à redire

Reviewed May 3, 2026I stayed at Villa Skanderbeg and found it quite convenient due to its close proximity to the airport. The owner was very kind and helpful, even arranging the airport transfer, which made arrival and departure much easier. However, the room felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, the shower towel had an unpleasant smell, which was not ideal. While the hot water worked fine, I was concerned about the exposed electrical cables in the shower area, which did not feel safe and definitely needs attention. Overall, a practical option for a short stay near the airport, but there are several areas that could be improved.

El personal es amable, te ayuda en lo que necesites y la casa está muy bonita, con una terraza, plantas, está en un barrio local por lo que puedes ver la vida de barrio, en la calle hay varias plantas, de mango, papaya, plátano. Ellos te llaman al Tuk Tuk para el aeropuerto. La habitación estaba bien limpia y funcional
