Es gab auch Kaffee, Tee, OSaft, Müsli und Milch inklusive Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer ist wahnsinnig schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich
Unser Zimmer wäre für einen langen Aufenthalt recht klein. Wir waren aber nur eine Nacht dort, so dass es für uns völlig ok war

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The room was modern, had nice decor and everything was spotless. The small shared kitchen was a great extra. I was able to treat myself to a coffee, cereal and an iron was able so I could even iron a shirt. Quiet, soundproof rooms. Lovely garden space and everything Carrick On Shannon has to offer is Literlly right at your doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The location was great as its central on the Main Street (which comes with noise but that’s what to be expected staying centrally) and the owner was lovely.
Aside from the handy location it wasn’t a pleasant experience. We had an external en suite so our bathroom was in the main hall, I was wolf whistled at by a group of men in the middle of the night when I used it, it was very uncomfortable. The pillows smelled like vomit, despite the linen being clean there had clearly been an incident prior with vomit in the bed and it was a very strong smell.

It was quite noisy thanks to the pub next door could hear the music perfectly like you were actually in the pub and for the room the price was quite alot just for somewhere to put your head down for 6 or 7 hours

Reviewed May 22, 2026I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The guesthouse is spotless clean, calm and incredibly comfortable. The shower was fantastic (great water pressure, high quality shower gel and shampoo provided) and having breakfast options plus a nice coffee machine and filtered water in the kitchen made mornings a joy. What in addition made the experience exceptional was the host: Christena is super lovely, thoughtful and was always helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. 🥰

Tjere is also a lovely sitting room. The kitchen had cereal and pastries for breakfast with milk orange juice and yoghurt in the fridge.Christena was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay

Reviewed May 21, 2026It’s a beautiful old building that is also beautifully decorated. It’s very clean and cozy. It has a kitchenette with some breakfast food and even a freshly baked lemon loaf. It’s has a charming little sitting room with a small fireplace for extra ambiance. We also met the owner who welcomed us and gave us some great travel tips.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026It was very central to around the town with a pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very quiet and warm and beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee biscuits and water was available which was a nice touch. Host was very pleasant.
The only drawback that the bathroom is very small and not much room in the shower but it was spotless and as we were only staying overnight it was not a problem

Kinda got the feeling strait away i wouldn't be getting my deposit of 50euro back from host. Showers were not hot at all. Beds were small. Room was tiny. Bed clothes wer a little dirty from our hands after eating pizza across the road. That's why I belive I didn't get deposit back. So 200€ 1 nite bad value..
