Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Nuestra experiencia en pareja fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal nos atendió de manera impecable, siempre con mucha amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos. Las instalaciones del hotel son realmente hermosas y están muy bien cuidadas. Sin duda, una de las mejores partes de nuestra estadía fueron las increíbles vistas desde la habitación, que hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Pudimos descansar cómodamente y disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Definitivamente, es un lugar que recomendamos y al que nos gustaría volver.
Lo único negativo fue que una sola noche no es suficiente para disfrutar de todo lo que este maravilloso lugar tiene para ofrecer. Sin duda, nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más tiempo para aprovechar al máximo las instalaciones y todas las experiencias que ofrece.

Considero que todo estuvo muy bien, y propio para unas personas que no cocían, la zona como mi familia. No se necesita un guía turístico ya que desde el hostal nos orientan sobre la zona

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Dit hotel is een oasa van rust. We hadden een zeer ruime kamer met balkon en met een supergrote badkamer. De wifi werkt uitstekend. Ik kon ook een haardroger lenen. De douche beschikt over heerlijk warm water. We kregen een heel lekker ontbijt. In het hotel is er ook een lief hondje Lucky. We vroegen of het mogelijk was om onze was te doen en ook dat was geen probleem. In de straat zijn ook bijzondere goede restaurants en een heerlijke koffiebar. Voor ons was El Zaguan een van de beste hotels van onze reis.

La ubicación inmejorable, puesto que está en la calle principal donde quedan las tiendas y restaurantes más relevantes. Excelente relación calidad/precio. 100% recomendado.
Hay un motor o una bomba de agua que hacía un poco de ruido en la mañana, nada grave o desesperante. Es lo único por escribir algo.

Zimmer und Bad waren gut ausgestattet und im rustikalen Stil, was mir gut gefällt. Das Frühstück war gut und so, wie man es aus kolumbianischen Hotels kennt. Das Personal war nett und das Hotel generell ruhig und gut gelegen etwas oberhalb des zentralen Parks.
Leider waren die Betten sehr hart, was den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Das Zimmer sehr hübsch und die ganze Unterkunft super schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Some internet issues when we were there but they really tried to fix it as they could! Also quite noisy but this was because of the feria happening in town right when we were staying there.

La habitación era amplia, luminosa y el ambiente del hospedaje muy tranquilo. El desayuno, simplemente 10/10: fresco, delicioso y con una porción generosa; además, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2024Great location just a few blocks away from the square. The hostess was very kind, the place has a lot of potential and looks like it has been very good in the past. The room and the bathroom are large.
Hot water was supposed to be available, but we never had it. There was something falling from the ceiling/roof onto our beds... bugs chewing through something above us? No screen on the bathroom window, so be prepared for bug bites while you sleep. They started construction inside the common area the next morning. Cement grinding, it was unfortunate. Also, keep in mind there is no host on site. You are in the whole building by yourself.

I am vegan and they were able to accommodate to our needs and served us the best breakfast we had in Colombia. The staff was wonderful. 10+
