A lovely traditional cottage set in a beautiful Monaghan rural landscape with great views of the drumlins & hills. Spacious & well equipped accommodation. A very friendly and attentive host who made us all feel exceptionally welcome and was always available to contact if needed.
All Good.
The location was absolutely stunning, the host was extremely attentive and the property itself was lovely!
Nothing - it was all perfect!
Not far from Castleblayney or Monaghan town. Spacious house.
You can't go wrong with Mr Declan - very helpful. The property was absolute amazing and comfy. with excellent location and view. I highly recommend it.

Great spot out of town in the lovely countryside. Had everything we needed and great contact with the host which we really appreciated
Parking area and garden good. One way view was good.
The cottage (not a cottage just an old house) was a huge disappointment, and there were so many faults that we wanted to find somewhere else to stay. There were large damp patches in the living area and bathroom which I reported to the owner. The cooker was so old and worn that we could not see the dials. The crockery looked like it came from a jumble sale, with cups cracked and cheap pans. The shower pulled off the wall at first use, and the cubicle was dirty, and bathroom light not working. The furniture was worn and old and again looked like it came from a jumble sale. There were no hand towels, and poor quality bedding and no topper on the bed. Cobwebs in the bedroom. The BBQ was filthy and unusable, and so was the fire. No carbon monoxide monitor. Rubbish was left outside, and cigarette ends littered outside. I have made formal complaints to the owner and Booking.com. Curtains were dirty. We paid for the whole property, but the rooms upstairs were locked. The property was misrepresented, and cannot and should not be recommended in its present state.
Cosy house, plenty of space for up to 8 people. Nice lake walk nearby

Countryside location. very quiet less than 10 minutes from Castleblayney. Right down the road from where mt great grand father was born. Home away from home my 2nd time staying there. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was okay. I will be staying there on my next trip.
The place was spacious and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and always available for whatever question or requests.
Great rural location. Private parking. Close to nearby towns and Monaghan itself. Welcome pack nice touch. Declan very good at suggesting areas to visit for kids.
It was great value for the price

EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH WONDERFUL VIEWS. VERY PRACTICAL, COMFORTABLE HOUSE. FULLY EQUIPPED VERY HELPFULL HOST.
Light and airy and so close to Castleblayney town Gorgeous countryside views
Need a more privately sectioned garden without neighbours kids wandering round
very happy with the location
very very dusty also had trouble with the tv no cable reception
Warm and cozy, the bed was so comfortable. Everything you could need in the kitchen.

The house was amazing, very spacious, and spotless. Everything we could have needed was supplied. Declan texted me every day, making sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcome pack on arrival of butter, milk, sugar, t bags, coffee pods, instant coffee, jam, and soda bread. It was so appreciated as we had a long drive and were going to go straight out for a take away but having a few slices of bread and a cup of tea, sorted us out before we went exploring. The house was only a 5 minute drive to the town but still in lovely countryside with amazing views. There was a folder and maps telling us all about the area, where to visit etc. There were takeaway menus also. The TV had Netflix and YouTube, which was brilliant for my 6 year old as he is obsessed with videos. The WiFi was great also. The beds were so so so comfortable, we slept great.the shower had great pressure, and I didn't want to get our as ours at home is rubbish. Declan was a brilliant host, and we will be rebooking again.
Nothing, everything was great!

The location. Surrounded by beautiful greenery. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable.
Few things missing in the kitchen. Need more vegetable cutting knives and some clothes pegs.
The place was warm and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Ideal location for our first trip to Ireland.
Kitchen ware needed a good clean.

Lovely and helpful people Beautiful location and easy access to everything we needed
Single beds could be more comfortable More logs for fire would be great
Plenty of room, good value, scenic location, great host.
A beautiful location with wonderful scenery. Near enough to Castleblayney and Monaghan. Would need a car though.
Liked everthing but if I was to mention anything it would be the pillows. Need updating. Very flat.
