Location and area

Host rude at check out accused me of having extra people staying there which wasn't the case. No milk or bread for cup of tea on arrival which is not very welcoming. Did not inform us there was a stairgate and told us that Dwe were lucky to have cot provided. Very unfriendly which was disappointing would not use her property again despite the fantastic lication

The house was perfectly located for day trips and touring the sunny South East. So clean and spacious especially for a family of 5. We really cant fault anything with Breda's beautiful holiday home, it was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

1. Smelt it hadnt been cleaned, and odour, soon as we walked in. 2.kitchen cutlery was dirty,saucepans very old ,tired.dirty oven . 3. Other people stuff left since 2018/2020. Ie vinegar/ teabags/mustard pot etc. All kitchen Cupboards needed cleaning inside. 3.Fire extinguisher/ fire blanket faded, hasn't been safety checked since 2010. 4.skirtingboards all over dirty/ dusty. 5.smoke alarms faded in colour dusty/ greasey. 6.Tv signal aways going off, had to reset everything. 7.Sofas seen better days , smelled. 8.main bathroom shower , very poor , dirty , needs updating, bath mat was old faded yellow colour. 9.All carpets in the house , need steam cleaning. 10. No shaving plug . 11.The house smelt very unclean all over . It really was unacceptable , for us or anybody to go in there , and stay , for what they were charging.

The resort was lovely, house was clean and as described/photographed.

For the price we paid I expected basics to be provided like some milk or coffee for the machine, but maybe that's just with airB&B and not booking.com

Breda was very good at communicating with us and she was able to accommodate an earlier check in time for us. this was great as we were travelling with 2 children. the house was very clean, had everything that we needed for our stay

Shower pressure was not the best, but still worked okay

Beautiful spacious house. Our host Breda was more than accommodating. House was well stocked with all we needed and extremely clean. Everything was listed out for us and written down. We had a family bereavement and she gave us extra time to check out.

The most important thing for me was that the house was clean, and I had everything that I needed. It's really comfortable and cosy.

Very clean,comfortable and in a great location

Loved the location, 15 minutes to attractions. The house was really clean & had everything we needed. They had a baby gate there too which my husband set up as we needed it with our toddler.

Not much of a run around area for young children on the grounds. The double bedroom could do with a matress change, a bit lumpy. Master bedroom was perfect.

The security of being on the estate Cosy property with parking near the front door is ideal for self-catering And the good-sized fridge

Quite well equipped kitchen, good location. It was good having the hotel and golf club close by for dinner and spa.

The location if you are attending an event or golfing in Faithlegg House Hotel is second to none. It's lovely to have the run of a house rather than a hotel bedroom especially with a family of 4. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Spotlessly clean. Just like a home away from home

Great place. Everything you could want and more

House was spotless, lovely owner who was very helpful and responsive when we text, no issue asking for a travel cot which was ideal for the baby and we were delighted not to have to bring out own,friendly estate, beautiful pub with playground only a few mins away with lovely staff, house was lovely.

If I had one criticism for the house it would be the towels were a funny smell (maybe half dried and put away)we had our own so didnt need them,not much scope for walks around the grounds with the children most areas golfers only around the estate when we asked in the hotel

We were a family of 2 adults & 2 young kids. The mews was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was perfectly clean. We spent the weekend on day trips to Tramore & Dunmore East, both about 20 mins drive away. We used hotel pool too at extra charge but very handy to have it available.

Very little to complain about but one small thing is the lack of black out blinds in the master bedroom. The kids rooms had black out blinds but the master was very bright in the Summer sunny mornings.

Location was ideal for our sightseeing we had planned. Was located in a lovely area, quiet, scenic. Did not get to interact with any employees personally only by phone. it was very pleasant.

Suited our needs, so no issues. Only suggestion, less extension cables, maybe install more sockets and with USB sockets on them.

Had a fab stay here. Family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The house has everything you need, and Is very clean. Communication with Brenda was quick and easy. The house is close to shops and amenities. Splash world 20mins away was a big hit with our boys. In all we had a great stay and highly reccomend it.

The house was spotless and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Good location from which to visit dunmore east, hotel on site had good food and pleasant place to have a drink in the evening.

I hadn’t read the information properly and didn’t realise there was an additional cost to use the pool. The storage area for rubbish in the complex was overflowing.
