Great location, very clean, personal touches like tea/coffee/sugar plus water and breakfast provisions were very welcome.

It was a perfect stay and location! Pat was fantastic and so kind - would highly recommend and we hope to stay again during a future visit!

The location was pretty by the river, unit was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

We had hoped it was a little closer to carlow town though, so only the restuarant at hotel was walking distance. The arrival was not clear, we were looking for a red front door which is not visiable from where you drive/park. The number for whatsapp was not answered when we didnt know where to go. Beds are small for a couple to sleep in. Wifi not always strong.

Pěkná, klidná lokalita. Čistý, vybavený dům. Potěšilo jídlo v lednici (vejce, mléko, voda). Toastový chleba, káva, čaj, cukr, sůl, olej, cereálie, nějaké mlsky, prostě paráda! Dostatek nádobí. Pračka. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Pokoje měli své koupelny. Ještě jedno wc v přízemí, takže když jsme seděli v přízemí, nemuselo se chodit do patra. Ztrávili jsme tu 5 nocí a určitě bych se sem vrátila. A doporučuji všem ostatním. Majitel ukecaný ale příjemný. Podrobně vysvětlil fungování domu, takže nám nic nechybělo. :-)

The property is ideally located just outside town and beside a hotel which is very convenient. The house was spotless and so very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Carlow area.

Had a lovely stay house was lovely and clean we had home made scones that was lovely and milk and teabags every thing you needed great location and the hosts could not do enough for us we would definitely recommend

Stunning property and the owners are absolutely lovely. We stayed for a long weekend it was so close to everything Carlow is a lovely place to visit definitely recommend the delta sensory gardens

The facilities were ideal for our needs, it offered a great stop to allow touring of the Irish South. We were very appreciative of the hosts extra compassion to our travel schedule and inability to locate the property. Should use the Post Code to locate property. Google failed us. Lovely to meet the host, enjoyed the welcome scones and milk in the fridge to ease our later than planned arrival. Would recommend for 2 couples.

The house is well presented, with good furnishings. 1 extra cooking tray would be beneficial to allow 2 meals be cooked at same time. Overall a very quiet and pleasant position.

The house is PRISTINE! A warm welcome upon arrival. We used it as a base for exploring Carlow Town & Kilkenny so location was perfect for us. Everything you could need for your stay is provided - including breakfast essentials & delicious homemade scones! Thank you Pat & Jindou.

When we arrived at the house we were met by pat and jin. They showed us around and made sure we knew where everything was. The house was spotless they were very generous with all the little extras especially the home made scones. There was nothing we didn't like also there is a lovely hotel 2 minutes walk

The Town House has great location, easy access to Carlow Town and the M9 motoraway. Very modern and comfortable house with TV and Wifi Broadband. Loved the treat of scones on arrival and milk in the fridge for tea or coffee! We will be back!

We really appreciated the welcoming, flexible and friendly owners. The beds were very comfortable and the scones were delicious. A lovely touch among many. Lovely view of Kileshin.

The road the house is on is not well lit at night if on foot. But phone 🔦 do the job and there is a light at the house itself which is good.

Lovely house in the grounds of Woodford Dolmen Hotel only a few miles from Carlow. Was exceptionally clean and the owners had thought about the little extras such as providing slippers, toiletries and food on arrival. The house warmed up so quickly which was needed in January. You can eat and drink easily in the hotel just a short 1 min walk away. We will definitely use again if visiting Carlow again in the future.

Nothing but if I had to mark it down for something it would be that the shower cubicle in the ensuite was a little small..
