Tolle, ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet. Sehr netter Gastgeber! Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
The authentic , peaceful , rural setting was superb. The cottage was charming , tastefully decorated to suit its age and style. The tame peacock and donkeys provided a wonderful experience for our 2 year old grandson
Our only reservation was that the second bedroom was accessed by a spiral staircase which was a challenge to us as 70+ year old guests.
The minute we‘ve seen the cottage, we fell in love with it and in love with the beautiful animals. The hosts made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for everything.
Everything was perfect!!!

Such a chilled out relaxed atmosphere, with lots of animals! Ciaran and Deirdre have thought of everything, it really is a home from home.
The location was amazing and Ciaran was a fantastic host. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The Cottage is stunning.

The stairs were a bit cumbersome. Everything else about the stay was wonderful
Everything was as described. Ciaran was so kind and conscious of our needs as a group. He even provided milk, condiments and best of all someEggs fresh from their hens.
Nothing couldn't fault it. There was no WiFi but good signal so it wasn't an issue. Only best to warn people who may need it but given the stunning setting it was good to switch off.
An authentic and enchanting cottage nestled in beautiful countryside- so cosy and the attention to detail was impeccable. Very quiet and tranquil.Ciaran the host was so welcoming and hospitable and had a lovely fire awaiting our arrival.
Nothing…
Turrock cottage is so warm and cosy in the most peaceful beautiful setting. The host Ciaran was so friendly and welcoming when we arrive and had the fire lighting for us. All the lovely animals around us made our stay even more special and the kids just loved feeding them. I will definitely be back and would recommend Turrock cottage. It’s a little piece of heaven ❤️❤️❤️
Traditional, charming and well appointed. The owner has a number of animals in the garden which enhanced our experience, this included peacocks, chickens, deer , kitten and Juno the dog! The house has everything you need, a real home from home.
Nothing!
Spectacular location and setting. Ciaran and Diedre were wonderful and very welcoming hosts. The farm is full of wonderful animals, including two entertaining peacocks. We loved the somewhat remote, easy to access location. Idyllic really! There are beautiful grounds to explore and the nearby villages and wonderful sights are easy to access. A wonderful experience!
Beds were the most comfortable.
Amazing to see peacocks and deer in the garden. The kids were delighted!
Ciaran was very friendly and helpful. There were beautiful animals (especially sweet little Mario the cat who was so patient and loving to my small child), lots of firewood to keep it cosy and toasty warm electric blankets in the comfy beds. Quiet location in the country but short drive to pubs and nearby points of interest.
There was not one thing that we didn't like everything was amazing , Ciaran was so enthusiastic and an amazing host his cottage was beautiful and so we're the animals ,
There was nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing. I will definitely be booking again
Good place for family. Love animals 😊
Commuting road
Beautiful setting, so welcoming, fantastic quaint cottage which immediately felt like home. If you want a rural retreat with peace and quiet, animals and views, this is it.
All great, unless you had mobility issues with a spiral stair.
Everybody should be tray this cottage...is totally perfect. And Cirian..he is amazing!! I can't wait for to back!!! Thanks Cirian
Short time there....

Location is fabulous, well off the beaten track so perfect for getting away from it all. Facilities are just about right with some interesting features to make the property interesting and comfortable to stay in regardless of what the weather was doing outside and with the Wicklow walk just round the corner plenty to explore on foot.
Remember to bring your slippers or shoes for indoors stone floors look great but can be chilly underfoot, but the log burner was a easy to keep going and we had plenty of logs provided to keep us cosy and warm.
Host Ciarán was sound. Juice and milk in the fridge, stove ready. 2 peacocks and a cat visited me in the Kitchen ;-) Donkeys and the dog were very friendly. Thanks a mill Ciarán and Deirdre, ye have a lovely spot.
