在平台订房间看到这家分数较高，但是请假只有十几天，犹豫后还是决定赌一下！入住后竟然全是惊喜与感动，真的真的太棒了！很少写评价的我一定要用这种方式表达我的赞赏！第一：房东非常热情，亲自交接钥匙并解释所有的注意事项，第二：房间的布置充满了温馨与用心，每个角落每样物品都考虑非常周到，第三：房间一尘不染，处处都干净整洁，第四：房间布置也很温馨，房间视角特别美丽，夜晚坐在阳台可以看到但尼丁的美丽夜景！如此美妙的入住体验增加了我们对但尼丁的好感！最后临走时我们把房间收拾的干干净净回馈主人，也祝愿房主一家越来越好！

I love this property and all the attention to details including enough provisions to start your stay! I wanted to live here forever! It’s a great property for FAMILY with enough room for everyone to spread out. It’s close to downtown with beautiful all day views. The owner Fiona is amazing, if I lived there, she would be certainly one of my dearest friends! I have stayed all over the world and this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at!

The directions to the property are little confusing on Google Maps but once you get there, you are settled in and ready for an amazing stay!!!

Central location. Views magnificent and very thoughtful touches throughout. Certainly large enough for our family. Lots of kitchen items were very helpful.

Beautiful place to stay! Big enough for 2 family’s plus our mum! The kids absolutely loved it and they had toys for the kids!

The location is great, within walking distance to nice restaurants and sights. The property is clean and there were some toys for the kids to play with during our visit. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was fresh and very warm on a cold night. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and things you may need for some cooking. The fireplace was a lovely treat too! Very comfortable and warm.

There are a lot of stairs outside to get up to the house from the street and getting into the driveway was not the easiest. However, these were not deal breakers in the slightest, it happens when you have a hilly city.

Location to the Town Hall was great. The fact we could keep all of our family of 6 together was also a bonus.

City Views had everything you could ask for. From great and plentiful coffee capsules (to keep five guys caffined up) to a very big fat Kereru sitting on the balcony keeping an eye on us. Fiona was there to meet us with the keys and help us get wifi sorted. The property is really well kitted out with all the comforts of home. If you need somewhere for a long term stay then this is your best option. Great location, town is a ten minute walk down the hill (maybe fifteen for the return uphill leg). we also struggled to get through all the complimentary lollies and breakfast sachets.

This is a very beautiful house, very modern, warm and nicely decorated. It was very warm and comfortable with the fireplace all ready to light. Fiona met us on arrival which was easy to arrange and she was super friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is very well equipped and has coffee, milk, tea etc. It was great to be able to park in the carport right at the house. The location is very conveniently within walking distance to the center of town and of course the views were lovely!

Such a lovely cosy home for us and the family to spend a long weekend together. Clean and tidy with every comfort needed

It was an amazing house, it had soo many amenities and it was very modern in the inside,very spacious and clean. Amazing owners which were very helpful and fast and also very caring, we were received with wine and wafers, absolutely amazing. The location is to a side of the heart of Dunedin so it just takes a short walk and you are already in the centre of the city. We cannot recommend it enough, will be looking forward to returning someday.

Loved the fire and wood waiting inside to warm us. Electric blankets on the beds. Sun coming into the rooms. Lots of quirky ornaments in the house, made it feel like home. Would book again

Climbing up the hill from town, we’re a little older.

Very clean and homely and so cozy with amazing views.. lots of information on things to do and walking distance to the city. We loved our stay and the host Fiona was very helpful . We wish we could have stayed longer.. Thank you

Phil the owner came to give us the keys and show us around. The independent house with its own car park , is bang in the centre of the city , just a short walk to all restaurants. The duplex house at the street level where the car port is , opens up to 3 bedrooms, one of them with a king size bed. One bathroom and WC separate. One floor lower was the lounge area with the fireplace and TV, Kitchen and dining room and a kids room. One self contained bathroom below. The house was gorgeous and very tastefully decorated with lots of art pieces and paintings and succulent plants in pots everywhere. But the piece de résistance was the observatory outside the master bedroom. Made fully of glass , both walls and roof the views were stunning - the sea , church and lots of greenery. Very neat and clean, kitchen with good quality gadgets, pots, pans and crockery cutlery. Phil had thoughtfully left some milk and breakfast cereals which was a nice welcoming touch

The apartment was light, clean and spacious. The small conservatory was a lovely space for coffee and looking over the city. Brochures and a very helpful owner gave us ideas for how to spend time, where to shop and eat, etc. We were welcomed with milk in the fridge, freshly ground coffee, some supplies in the pantry and powder for the washing machine. A fabulous addition was the “just in case” box full of needles and thread, buttons and other things to make small but necessary repairs.

The street can be extremely noisy at night.

The whole caboodle. Fantastic location. Fabulously appointed. Very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lovely woodfire heater.....

The property was so clean. Maybe the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. Not a spot of dust. Even behind the doors :) The cereal and spreads were a nice touch. All the furniture was comfy.

The view, the facilities, the comfort. This is a gem only 1 minute drive from the octagon. Phil and Fiona where very friendly and the communication was great.

It was really good and our whole family loved it, the views were good and it was really clean and had everything we needed. The house was very big as well and had a good location

Hosts have thought of everything- extremely well appointed. Even a mahjong set! Spotless and comfortable.

Fiona was at our lovely accomodation to meet and greet us. She was very friendly and gave us a tour of the house.

This house is amazing. You can tell the hosts are experienced hosts, all the little details are considered and provided for your comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The fireplace was great to sit around on the chillier evenings and all the little provided amenities were amazing. You are great hosts and we will definitely be back!

Can't really think of anything negative! It was really amazing. Two (very minor) things is that there sounded like something in the pipes of the washing machine as it sounded like it was going to take off haha.. And the bottom set of stairs to the road could use a handrail at some point (we had older parents staying with us). Again though, these were super minor and didn't really affect the stay - very much a 10/10!

Location in central city excellent but in quiet surroundings. A beautiful home to relax in and enjoy with a wonderfully equipped kitchen to met all our needs.
